I recently had my car serviced for an oil change, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The waiting room was immaculately clean and inviting, complete with a desk for those who need to catch up on office work while waiting. The complimentary coffee and other amenities made the wait even more enjoyable. What truly impressed me was the punctuality they always adhere to appointment times without any delays. It's rare to find such attention to detail and professionalism in car maintenance services. Highly recommended!

My first time using this service department and I ll definitely be using them from here on out. The service rep, Jason, that I worked with was so pleasant. They make it super easy to drop off or to wait with your car. They have plenty of desks setup if you want to get some work done while you re waiting, which was what I did. They didn t try to add on services or things I might need done to my car, although if there was something that it needed I m sure they would have let me know. The gentleman that I bought the car from saw me and came over to say hello and thank me again for the business. Great place to do business!

Bassam is a great person always helps his customer in the best way and I am always satisfied from his service .He explains everything you need to do with your car. His advice is very professional , valuable and very helpful.

Service personnel were friendly, and quick to respond to questions. Job was finished on time. My only complaint is the price for 2 programmed fobs. Not the service employees fault though

Sloane Toyota is wonderful and the employees especially the mechanics work their butts off to make sure the jobs are done correctly. The reason for the four star rating is that when I went to pick up my car the people who were supposed to drive the car around were busy flirting with one of the girls who works there and it seemed to surprise me how much all the guys who work they were flirting with this one girl and forgetting to do their jobs. I waited out front for 20 minutes to get my car pulled around after I paid $700 to get maintenance done It was a little shocking that when I went back to see if everything was okay they were just sitting around. It was a little surprising thatafter such great service when I went back to see if everything was okay with my car the valet guys were just sitting around flirting with a girl (employee) and not doing what they were supposed to be doing.

I just moved to Sloane Toyota from another dealership and I m absolutely impressed with the fantastic care I encountered on my first interaction. I especially want to call out Isaac for his top notch professionalism as my advisor. He has great knowledge and his communication is superb. I don t do a lot of reviews and I m a critic when it comes to service metrics. But for Isaac and the Sloane Team I have to pass along well deserved high praise. I m impressed.

It was OK. I don't like how they text you asking if you have any questions. When you do ask one, they do not answer. Also, the cashier was busy on his phone when I was waiting to pay. It would have been nicer if he put down his phone immediately and didn't make me wait. I just didn't feel like a valued customer.

Excellent service. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff (from check-in to check-out). Great waiting area with plenty of room. Also keep you up up to date on the progress of your service. Short video show when they are working on your car so you don't have to wonder if your car has been pulled in yet for service. Samantha, my check-in rep was extremely helpful.

The Sloan Toyota service department is great. Recently I bought in my older Toyota vehicle for service. They located some other ongoing issues and fixed all of them. Now it s running great. Additionally, Issac in their service area was fantastic. He was great throughout the process and I appreciate all his personal assistance. I am thinking about a new vehicle in the next six months and Sloan will be my first stop!

Hands down, ask for Isaac, he takes the time to explain everything and anything to you and make all the best choices for what you need. He is so helpful and kind and you can tell he really cares about the person. They did a great job of taking care of my car and even left me a video of my car after they inspected it all!

Rarely ever leave feedback. In for service for 2 wheel sensors , spare key and coolant flush.Pickup car .....went home checked coolant level. Reservoir empty. Filled reservoir. Checked bleeder back of engine no signs of coolant spillage. Usually you see some spillage.Suspect after fill mechanic did not purge engine. 2g-fe engine. Usually I flush and purge myself but couldn't ....misplaced my purge kit after move.Ordered purge kit from Amazon. Purged engine today. Nothing but air. Took about 20 minutes to purge.$1300 for repair. Disappointed.

Made appointment on line & was able to get my vehicle in the very next morning. Brought vehicle in for service for 9am. They did an overall inspection of my car & did the oil change. Everything was done by 11:30am & car was ready when I got there. I highly recommend Sloane Toyota of Malvern.....they'll take of your vehicle.

I recently had my car serviced at Sloane Toyota, and I was very impressed with the service from when I pulled into the service bay to check out. My service rep, Fred was very courteous and professional throughout the entire process. He carefully listened to my concerns about my car, and he explained the service that needed to be done in a clear and concise way. He also answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly.Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received from Fred and the dealership. I refuse to visit my nearest Toyota dealership, which is less than 10mins away. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quick and courteous car service experience.

Fred at Sloane Toyota of Malvern turned a very frustrating experience (stolen catalytic converter) into a good one by going above and beyond to make the process easy and efficient. He dealt effectively with the insurance company, stayed a step ahead on ordering parts and ensured we got the car back quickly. It s great when someone takes the opportunity to excel and change a lousy situation into a happy customer.

Thank you to Issac at Sloan Toyota for his professional, top notch service when servicing my Sequoia. Issac provided a ride home and back all the way across town while my Sequoia was inspected and serviced. It was going to take longer than I had anticipated . Fred was excellent!! Very professional. I had a service appointment 1st thing in the morning and left the house without grabbing breakfast. Fred scheduled an uber to pick me up at the dealership and drop me back off again. It was very smooth and I felt valued and appreciated. Thank you Fred for going above and beyond in customer satisfaction.

I had very pleasant experience when I had my 2023 Toyota rav4 annual inspected at Sloane Toyota. Fred who was my advisor explained what were expected and the approximate waiting time. I had some questions on the front camera and Fred showed me where they are and explained why sometime they might get blocked.
