I believe these people are thieves. (Malvern) I was given an estimate to replace a door to my SUV of $5921. A few days before completion, (about 2 weeks) I was sent an email, the cost was now 30% higher than the original estimate totaling $7759.72, an $1838.00 increase and my car was delivered without the door shutting properly. Regarding estimate, They blamed the manufacturer's price sheet for not being updated. What kind of business doesn't know how to confirm and efficiently pull pricing? Then they could never deliver my car, I was told for several days it was going to be completed and it took days later for final completion. At pick up Dan acknowledged that "I may have to push the door a little harder than normal to close it'. How is any of this acceptable?Lastly, they want you to bring your vehicle in before they even have your parts on site, I didn't want to be without my car while they waited on the parts. It all seemed pretty antiquated...They suggested I put down a 400 deposit in advance. I had no problem with that and I did that. In the end they didn't take the deposit off the bill. I had to call back a couple of times before my deposit was refunded.It All seems like pretty shady business. Stay away.

My car got hit while parked. Service King worked with the insurance company, so I did not owe anything. The staff are friendly, professional, and excellent at what they do.

My experience with Crash Champions Collision in Malvern, Pennsylvania was subpar. The vehicle repairs were excessively delayed, causing inconvenience. The unexpected 25% increase in costs post-repair was frustrating, and dealing with Dan, the advisor, proved to be a challenging and unpleasant experience due to his rudeness. The repairs are also a 5/10

Service king doesn t have the equipment to replace a aluminum truck fender. Progressive set this repair up with service king . No idea why that was missed. This isn t the only one. Ford s been doing it this way for over 20 years.Wasted time and fuel. Eyeryone is sorry. Just words. Doesn t help.

The staff at service King kept me informed throughout the entire process of repairing my car. The car came back looking brand-new. In this time of supply chain issues, one part was delayed. My car was brought in on 6/12 to be repaired after someone hit my car. The whole front bumper had to be replaced . After reading the reviews, I had faith that they would do a good job. They did not. I picked up my car 6/17. The first thing we noticed that day is that both sides of my front bumper were not flush. They looked as though they were coming off. I took pictures that same day as proof of this. I called them to let them know and we scheduled a day to bring my car in. They popped my one side in (passenger) but the driver side was left the same way. They told my significant other that I did not have the original part on my car from when Toyota repaired it previously. I thought that sounded odd being as though the car is leased and Toyota repaired it themselves so why would they not order an original part? They stated they would talk to the insurance agency to get a new part to put on. Fine , as long as it is fixed. From then on we ve been getting the run around. The front bumper remains the same and it looks as though it s getting progressively worse. When we called for the 4th time, they mentioned that I had scratches underneath my car and this caused my bumper to be unaligned. That makes no sense to me. There were no scratches when I brought my car home the same day and we took pictures of the bumper sticking out. So how did that affect my bumper? When my boyfriend mentioned that we took pictures not even an hour after I picked up my car, they immediately doubled back. It seems every time we call we get one excuse after another. It s been 6 months and my car is still not repaired. The crazy part is, when i told my mother about all of this, she stated this happened to her as well and that she kept going back and the front bumper kept coming off so she gave up and went somewhere else. I will not. And I shouldn t have to pay for their mistakes. I hate feeling like I m getting the run around. They keep saying they ll call me to update me. They never call, and I have screenshots of the calls. They NEVER reach out. I always have to call them and get the same excuse each time. Thank God for iPhones and the dates they provide on photos. All I want is my car fixed. If I knew that I could take my car anywhere and not where the insurance agency told me to , I would ve took it to my dealer who knows how to bring my car back in the condition that it should be in. The guys that work there are so nice and friendly, it just seems as though they don t know what to do, so they give me excuses. Worst experience I ve ever had.Service: Body & Trim

Deer damage back in early December 2019. Front of car, hood and driver door were a mess. Surprisingly, car was not totaled.I ve never had an accident before and was unsure who to choose for repairs. Given the approved choices by my insurance carrier, I chose Service King for convenience to my work location.They did a great job, communicating an estimate on repair time as well as filling me in on progress. Car was done a few days prior to estimated due date before Christmas.Only complaint I had was the car had a very strong odor when I picked it up due to the paint job. I called and was told to give it about a week. If it still had an odor to bring it back and they would deodorize it. After a week it was fine.No other issues have arisen.

Service King worked on my Mazda3 many times and each and every time they always return my vehicle in great condition. The quality of their paint job is top tier as with all their other services. I was the unfortunate recipient of a side swipe and insurance suggested Service King. I'm so glad they did. Service King made the entire situation easy. They communicated through out the entire process and the work was done on time. My car looks great too. No one wants to go to a body shop, but it's good to know there's a great one nearby.Service: Body & Trim

Service King did a fantastic job repairing my hail-damaged Tesla. I went with Service King due to them being approved by both Tesla and my insurance company. My service advisor, Dan, was top-notch. He kept me informed of timing at every state, setting appropriate expectations. Dan and the office staff were very pleasant and accommodating with the logistics of my scheduling. I recently had body work done at their shop and could not be happier. I was backed into at my work parking lot so was already annoyed that my new car now had damage and that I had to part with it for a few days but they really made the experience seamless. They accommodated my work schedule, kept me up to date and most importantly were super easy to get a hold of. I'd specially like to give Bill a shout out for taking the best care of me and making an unfortunate situation not so bad. Would 100% recommend them for any and all car body needs.

Service King Collision in Malvern fixed my vehicle after a collision in 2017. The side front bumper would pop out. I took it back to S.K.C. & they supposedly fixed it. But it kept popping out. My daughter is experiencing the same problem in 2022. How many others are exercising this?

The guy I worked with treated me strangely until he saw that my vehicle was a Tesla. They never communicated the status of my vehicle to me. If I didn't keep checking the website on my own I would never have known my car was ready. They kept my vehicle at least 5 days (as of now, I still don't have it back) for something that should have taken 2 days, again without ever communicating a delay to me. There were no special parts to order. None of the issues that people often complain about Tesla repairs. Even the status online never showed an updated date.Something people don't seem to realize about EV ownerss, especially Tesla owners, is that we really don't want to drive gas fueled vehicles. The are lots of reasons for this including the inconvenience and expenses associated using gas. So, having a rental car is not always a "fair" replacement for an EV owner's car.

I brought my car in for work, on the recommendation of my insurance company. The experience was mediocre. The work was largely fine, but they forgot to put my front license plate back on and let me leave with a missing turn signal bulb. Frustrating.However, Don reached out to me and everything was promptly taken care of. He was really great and provided a high level of service in rectifying the situation.

This is the first time I have used Service King (Malvern PA location) - they did a great job on my car that was damaged by a large tree branch. Great work, communication, and everything else. They will be my go-to body shop in the future.

The body work was good but service not great. Keep in mind they are strictly a body shop. They lied to me and said my alignment was done but all they did was test drive it. They don t have the machine to actually check it. So after a collision if you re not concerned with anything more than body work this place will work just fine. Make sure you do your homework, they will try to tell you what you want to hear.

Soooo expensive. Overpriced. They are the reason insurances prices go up. I had two very bad experiences already. The last one, I took my car to get an estimate. Intead of giving me the estimate, they were dealing with my insurance without my knowledge. They never cared about me. They were concerned about the money not the service. my car was hit by a deer and because of their ridiculous price to fix it the insurance was pressured to call it a total loss. The car is drivable. The side was damaged, nothing else. I will pick up my car and never return with them. Their prices are so ridiculous high. I would give them a negative 5 if I could.

The first time i went to service king it was with my wife's VW Golf. She hit a dear. I had to have the car redone after they failed to put the under-hood insulation on, left jagged cracking paint edges all over the hood, painted dirt into the clear coat, left runs in the paint, and did not properly paint the underside of the hood. After the car was reworked (a significant delay), there were significant color sanding marks all over the front end which had not been properly buffed out. Very unhappy.

The staff was extremely cordial and attentive to my questions and concerns.Their communication was the best I ve ever experienced with their new text update system. They gave me a specific delivery time and updated me on the progress and delivered as promised.Couldn t have been happier with the service.
