Driving to work yesterday morning during the rain and wipers stop working. I work 40 miles from my house and needed to get this fixed for my ride home. Tom was super friendly and told me to come right over. They even drove me back to work while they were working on my car. Great service and very friendly. Highly recommend. Thanks Tom!

Great experience with Ramsay s. They fit me in for an inspection and oil change at the last minute, and their shuttle service to the local businesses was helpful. Easy to deal with and they didn t use any pressure tactics to try and hard sell additional services. They do have an additional service fee for paying with a credit card, which I find annoying in principle. It doesn t warrant removing a star, but just be warned if you re having anything major done, consider paying by cash or check. Certainly worth checking out if you work in the area and need auto service.

I have been getting my car routinely serviced at Ramsay s for the last 3 years, and I have had nothing but great experiences with them. They are definitely a local business you can trust to get the job done quickly and right.

I ve brought both of my vehicles to Ramsey s for the past 3+ years and counting. The team is personable and the service is professional. My recent example as of March 2023 My SUV s battery expired and I needed a jump from my garage. The Ramsay s team came to my home (I m local) and jumped my vehicle which then started instantly. I asked one of the servicemen to take the vehicle to the shop for further inspection. After thoroughly checking my vehicle at their shop, they gave me a call and I paid for the service Great experience and reasonable pricing. I bring my vehicles to Ramsey s annually and when needed. The absolute best service shop in Malvern!Service: Auto battery replacement

Ramsay's was very proficient, I'm from syracuse ny and working nights so he got me in as soon as they opened and I used their shuttle service to get me back to my hotel and I was back on the road for a very reasonable amount by 10am with more than enough time for sleep. Highly recommend and one very happy new yorker...

Once I found Ramsay's, I never went anywhere else. Excellent mechanics, friendly office staff, great owner... Doug Ramsay leads the crew to an excellent, ethical shop. They'll keep an eye on your car, but not sell you anything you don't need. Prices are reasonable, too. Customer since before Doug bought the place, and back then I used to schedule with him explicitly. Ramsay's is the best!

Amazing experience! I pulled in with an emergency steaming issue. They were able to diagnose it in seconds and replace the broken tie rod while I waited as well as topped up the engine oil. The service was phenomenal and very affordable. Highly recommended!!

Great place. We've been bringing our 4 cars for over 5 years and have always been treated with honesty and integrity. I've probably referred 15 people to them, all of whom are happy. They are willing to work on older cars and provide great advice for free when asked. It's fantastic to have a service provider like this to whom you can go and know that you trust them.

Overcharge for simple services. Awful experience with my 66yo mother's vehicle. Was given a price of X amount at checkout and after asking why it was so high for such a simple quick issue, they all of the sudden were able to take $60 off the price, however, the price was still too high for the routine service.They take advantage of people who work in the corporate center because of their convenient location. I work for one of the large companies in the Great Valley Corp. Center and will be sure to warn every one in my company not to take their business there.

Love these guys! I have been a customer for about 8 years and won't go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and accommodating, but most of all I trust them. That's huge. They give me a heads up when they see maintenance items going, "by the next oil change you might to...". I appreciate that. My only complaint is they don't have Saturday hours, but honestly that has not been an issue for me. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good shop!

I've started taking my cars to Ramsay's over the last few months since it is so close to my work. I get the feeling these guys are really honest and care about your car as much as you do. I have had them install new tires on my wife's car as well as a state inspection. I love the fact that they will drive me to work or back home after dropping my car off. If you go there as for Tim. Tim has been working on cars for years, knows what he's talking about and get the work done for a reasonable price.

I have been taking our family's three cars to Ramsay's for over 8 years. Recently, when I took my car in for a steering problem, they called me and told me they had researched it and that it was under a recall by the dealer and had called the dealer to confirm. They could have easily have fixed it and charged me. I wouldn't have known. I trust them explicitly. Tom at the front desk is great to work with and keeps me in the loop on the status of the repairs. They provide shuttle service to my office which makes it extra easy for me. :)

The guys at Ramsay's are top-notch! No one likes having to deal with car maintenance and repair but they prove that they are experts and also that they are there for you every step of the way. They are knowledgeable, courteous, professional and just genuinely nice people. We have been taking all of our cars to Ramsay's for over a decade and wouldn't think of using anyone else!

Very Friendly. I had unexpected car trouble while heading to work. I was soo emotionally upset bc I work a hour away & didn t know how I would get home... TOM... was so great. First of all, he calmed me down, lol assured me that he would get everything handle by the time I got off work & he did just that. They drop off back to work & actually picked me back up at the end of the work day. This was top tier service. I was treated with such compassion & respect by ALL the employees there. I ve never experienced customer service this well. John & Doug was sooo friendly while transporting me. I love this place & will definitely be back here. Oh, The ride home was as smooth as a baby s bottom.

I came to this place by chance and the staff was beyond friendly and they were able to take care of my car and for a reasonable price. I was very impressed by their willingness to work with me, the office manager was fantastic. I had been bamboozled before by other mechanics but they spoke to me in a language that i could understand instead of using jargon. I recommend this place to everyone and I will be coming back when and if my car has issues. Thanks guys

Was a long time customer. Generally satisfied, but was unhappy for the last time. Having taken three family cars there for years, a repair to one of my cars resulted in additional damage that occurred during the course of the original repair. While acknowledged, the shop refused to fix the additional damage, commenting that it "was too expensive" to fix. I need a garage that is going to leave my car in better shape than when it went in. Not the case here. Clearly the $ came before making sure a customer was satisfied.

I brought my car here for a simple oil change and thought they did a fine job for a reasonable price. But a couple months later, I brought my car to the dealer for a recall fix, and while they were working on the car they noticed a bad oil leak.Turns out the oil filter was broken and leaking all over the engine...and they told me that whoever last changed the oil likely didn't do it correctly.Not sure how it happened, but it ended up costing me quite a bit at the dealership to clean up all the oil and replace the filter, and I won't be coming back here!

My truck broke down on the turnpike while on a trip and after a phone call with Tom I decided to bring it here. I was nervous getting work done far from home, but Doug and Tom were great to deal with. They got me back on the road as quick as they could and their prices were very reasonable. I'd highly recommend these guys to anyone in the area and I'd definitely be going back if they were near me!

Had an issue after changing my brakes myself, called Ramsay's based off a co-worker referral and glad I did.Not only did they take it the next day, they were willing to replace the rotor (even with me bringing it in) and even shuttled me to work.Couldn't be happier and fully recommend to anyone in need of a mechanic.

Been going to these guys for many years and they do a great job. I don't shop around for pricing on repairs but would guess they are equal to most garages and way better then dealer service. Had a flat tire on a camper. Put the spare on and it was low of air. Stopped in and these guys come out and put air in it and checked the other tire pressures also. Very friendly and professional service! Highly recommend!Service: TiresService: Tires

Stay away from this place; a money trap.Took my car for simple repair--vss-got the car back and same thing. They said they would replace it. Got the car back and barely drove two hundred feet and it was sputtering and belching black smoke. The mechanic from Ramsey came and yanked a plug wire off and said I needed a tuneup. I took it elsewhere; to a mechanic in Phoenixville; he diagnosed it as a torn vacuum line. I wonder how that happened? Anyway, for $35.00 bucks at the new place, my car has been running great since.Sad part is that I spent over a thousand dollars at Ramseys. Never again!
