The staff and management team at Malvern Collision are top notch! They are attentive, talented and fairly priced. I have had several experiences that required their services and while it's never great to have a reason to call them.....it's incredibly comforting knowing that my vehicles and I are in good hands!

I am 100% satisfied with Malvern Collision. They did an excellent job repairing my car and their customer service is outstanding! They were helpful with every aspect, from dealing with my insurance claim, to arranging a rental car, to keeping me updated on my car's progress. They were also friendly and pleasant with every interaction. Hopefully my car won't ever get hit again, but if it does, I'm headed straight back!

Had vehicle repaired after my vehicle was hit while being parked.. had some extensive damage. They were able to get my vehicle in and repaired in a timely manner. Was away when vehicle was finished they waited patiently until I got back without any problems. They also cleaned my vehicle so well and it was bad prior to drop off.. (I have younger children) I was amazed!! They did an awesome job! Communication was a 10 the whole time even before they got my vehicle for repairs. Definitely recommend!!

I had the best experience here!I was hugely concerned bringing in my 10 Mini Cooper with front end damage after 2 other local places told me it was likely to be totaled. Mike and the boys at Malvern Collision were great-I told them I desperately wanted to save and fix my car. They really heard me and followed through -even when they realized there was additional damage. Throughout the process, the crew was super helpful & communicative; facilitating payment and a rental through my insurance. I got my car back in less than 2 weeks and i was so impressed, it looks as good as new! Seriously, I can t recommend them enough. Replaced my trunk a couple of years ago. The paint is already peeling. Cheaply done. Wouldn t never use this place again. Way better collision people in the area.

Malvern Collision provided incredible service. Mike was communicative throughout the entire process and was so helpful in coordinating drop off/pick up. He made sure my car was fixed and ready in next to no time and went above and beyond during the whole experience. I hope to never need a body shop again, but if I do, this is the only place I ll use going forward. Thank you so much!

The people at Malvern Collision really care, especially Mike and Ken! :) They took the best car of both my car and my sisters car to repair it to like brand new. Mike at Malvern Collision is very responsive and professional. He took the time to work with the insurance company and took the stress away from me and my sister during the repair/estimate process. They even detailed my car after the body work was complete. It took about a week which was exactly what was estimated. I had an unfortunate yet common in PA interaction with a deer that ended up damaging my windshield and roof. Luckily both me and the deer walked away from the accident and my insurance through Progressive put me in touch with MCS.I worked with Mike throughout the entire process and he coordinated repairs and a rental car through Progressive. It was a smooth process from start to finish, with Mike giving me periodic updates on the repairs. The service was great, they replaced the windshield and cleaned up the mess of broken glass. When I went to pick up the car, I was delighted to see it looking like the day I bought it, on the outside and inside. I was so impressed with how clean everything was, I joked with my parents about how it may be worth having a deer ram my car every year or two to keep it looking this fresh. Very satisfied, highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

What amazing friendly service! Went in to get an estimate for a damaged mirror. Mike gave me a fast, straightforward quote. Told me they could get the part in by the next day and that I could have my vehicle back shortly after. Sure enough, got the part in the following morning and repair was done quickly! I recently brought my car into Malvern Collision Service Inc and can t say enough great things about this shop! Each employee I interacted with was kind, helpful, and professional. Mike kept me updated on the status of my car throughout the week while it was at the shop which provided peace of mind. The repairs had a really quick turn around time and it came out great, like it never even happened! Hopefully I don t add any more bruises to my car but if I do I know exactly where I will be taking it! Thank you all at MCS! Highly recommended 10/10Service: Body & Trim

I m really happy with the work they did on my car. They finished 3 days before they said they would. The Communication between me and them during the project was perfect. They answered all my silly questions. The shop is very clean and professional and the staff presents well. I love supporting local businesses and this is one that should be recognized as a top notch shop. I highly recommend.I must add that anytime I ve seen a car come from a body shop it s filthy on the inside. I guess it s all the sanding. I was given my car back and it was spotless. They even dressed the tires. It s those little details that make a huge difference.

I was the claimee in a Progressive Insurance claim and Malvern Collision was offered by the insurance company. Their communication was top-notch. Mike kept me informed me every step of the way and was highly professional. The receptionist was also very professional and friendly. The work was very high quality and my car was clean and waiting for me when I arrived. 5-star experience. Would highly recommend this shop.

Andrew and the Malvern Collision team went above any beyond in every way. They are professional, personable and they proactively communicate with you every step of the way. I had some pretty extensive damage to a new 2016 Tacoma. These guys did a really good job of putting it back together. The problem with this company that I faced is that they are really poor on the customer service and of things. For example, it was almost impossible to get any information from them or a call back when I had questions. There are many delays in the repair work, often attributed to the insurance company, but I had to leave message after message to get that information. I've now had my truck for almost 6 months after the repairs and finally hit 8500 miles. I've had to pay over $600 for rental fees because Malvern refused to return the calls of my rental agency. The charges ultimately fell to me. Even if this was an issue that the insurance company should have handled, they tell me that Malvern refuses their calls as well. Even though these guys do good repair work, I would never recommend them to anyone just for the solely because of the grief factor. I'll give them 2 stars because of the quality of the work.

After my truck got hit, Malvern Collision was recommended to me from Sloane Toyota. I could not be more pleased with their service. My truck looks brand new again and they installed my running boards on top of repairing my front bumper. What an incredible group of guys. Thank you so much! I AM A HAPPY CUSTOMER! In addition to making my 2016 Subaru look brand new, the people at Malvern Collision are very friendly, kind, and helpful. When I stopped by, I was greeted immediately, and after a short wait received a comprehensive written estimate. Work was completed on-time and on-budget. Rental car delivery and pick-up on site was very convenient. All of my questions were answered with a smile. Highest quality work. Excellent customer service. I could not be more pleased.

Malvern Collision did a beautiful job on my Volvo XC90. It was rear-ended and needed body work, a new bumper, and back-up sensors. It now looks perfect. I was skeptical because it is a 2006, and I wasn't sure if everything was replaceable, but they did it. Not only that, a brake issue arose while the car was in their possession, and they worked with the garage next to them to have the repairs done, at no cost to me. And, when I thought I left my garage door clicker in the rental call and left a frantic evening message on their voicemail, I received a call first thing the next morning. When I picked up my car it has been washed and the tires shined. It looked brand new. Their work is perfect, they have integrity, and they are friendly. I highly recommend them.

I was in an incredibly horrible car accident. Not only did Malvern Collision take care of my car... They took care of me. They were not just great mechanics... They REALLY cared. REALLY CARED. I will never use a different auto body shop. Honest and reliable. Andy was my main contact during the repair process. He was INCREDIBLE!

Took a chance with them as a certified Progressive shop. Great work repairing my truck. I like small shops that will use email to update. Finished the repairs two days earlier than expected. Definitely recommend.
