Was expecting some S tier service after reading some of the other Google reviews but ended up being pretty disappointed. As a new customer, I will not be going back to this place for car work. It was awkward, felt unfriendly, and took way too long for what I needed done. I was uncomfortable and did not feel that I was being prioritized, not to mention I never got my oil changed even though I explicitly asked twice. Only redeeming quality is that it was very close-by to where I live so luckily I could just walk home once I realized there is no waiting area.Services: Auto emissions testing, Vehicle safety inspection

Amazing service. From the time I walked in the door to the time that I picked up my car I felt so at ease with the whole process. Usually leaving my car is stressful but Andy (the owner) made me feel so comfortable with the whole process. Also Jeff (the tech) that worked on my car was super helpful in explaining to me what was wrong and how to fix it and went over pricing with me. It was a seamless task! Extremely happy and highly recommend this company to anyone.

Got inspected and an oil change and was in & out in my scheduled timeframe. Fair price and nobody trying to up-charge for unnecessary work, unlike past experiences at other shops. Andy is a very nice guy. I m new to the area, so I was looking for a local shop to use when I m not getting dealership warranty work. Great first experience!

I ve given Andy a lot of business but I won t be going back. Had a basic oil change but he left so much leaked oil in the under pan that it continued to drip for a week before I noticed. Another issue is a squeaking/chafing noise from the passenger side tires that involves the bearings of the wheels. He replaced at least two, not cheap, and Ive brought the car in for this issue a total of three times. Problem still hasn t been fixed.

My family and I have been using Malvern Auto for over 10 years. Andy and his wife always provide us with fast and great service. Anytime I have a problem with my car or if I just need an oil change, Andy from Malvern Auto is my first and only phone call. I actually bought my first car from Andy. He made sure everything was clean and running great. I recommend him to everyone and think very highly of him and his wife. I couldn't imagine ever using anyone else for my automotive needs. They have been in my life for so long they are like my family. Thanks Malvern Auto!!

a few years back, I needed a last minute inspection and Andy and his crew squeezed me in. now I am a longstanding and very happy customer. its hard to find someone more honest, trustworthy and dependable. I highly recommend Malvern Automotive.

I got an oil change and inspection done here. A reasonable price for service, and done in the expected time frame. Will return for other auto needs for sure.

I clumsily screwed up my hood latch on a Friday at 5:30! Yikes!! I rushed over to MA. Full well knowing that you DON'T go begging to a mechanic AFTER hours. Andy didn't flinch. Thank you GOD
