I worked with Joe to facilitate the purchase of my new 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia . Joe went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied, along with Hassan the finance manager making sure that the financials worked out. Granted I ve only had this car one day but I m ABSOLUTELY in love with this car. Assuming a good few years with just regular service, I can t even imagine me driving anything else ever again. I also will only buy from D ambrosio in Malvern! Thanks !

I absolutely adore everyone here, everyone is so welcoming and very understanding of what you re looking for. My family has been getting cars from Joel for years, and he has never let us down. I was helped by Elvin, he knew my love for the color green and ended up going with an Alfa Romeo Stelvio in a gorgeous dark green. From the beginning he was always putting my needs first, from showing me the features of the car, to test driving, and to even accommodating to my crazy work schedule for paperwork. There s nothing they won t do to make sure you re being taken care of! If you re in the market for a new car or even used please check them out they re wonderful!

It's all true as you read the reviews when people say it's the best easiest buying experience that you can come on down and see Brian Parkhill one of the nicest down-to-earth no hassle salesman that I ever meant and Chuck and Steve the manager and everyone else that works at this location. We came in as customers and left as family. It felt as they would give us the shirt right off their back. I will surely be letting everyone know what the great deal that I got and how much I enjoyed my experience so much. If you're looking for a vehicle or even the motorcycle no need to go anywhere else.

I bought a great used truck from Jeff D'Ambrosio Alfa Romeo! They got me on the road and back to work fast! The truck was fully detailed and came with the shelving package that I needed. My salesman Elvin was great at demonstrating all of the features and the GM Joel helped with the financing and warranty options. Overall a great experience. Thank you.

Ive been a customer at Jeff D'Ambrosio for many, many years and will continue to be one. You dont just buy a car from them you become part of a family. I just brought a used Subaru from them that I love!! Everyone is always so nice and accommodating ! If I ever had an issue they handled it timely and effectively . Joel and Joe Miller made sure I got the car I wanted. They are truly the best. If you ever need a car go see Joe "Miller time" he will make it happen he is the best salesman !

I recently worked with Omar to trade in my old car and purchase a used vehicle in their inventory. It was the smoothest and easiest car purchase that I have ever made. I showed up on a holiday, so not all of the staff was there to get the car ready and I had to come back another day. But in the meantime, Omar was able to get things rolling for me and prepped my new car and all of the paperwork so that when I did come back, I was in and out super quickly. He communicated needs, expectations, and deliverables very well, so there was never a time when I felt like I didn't know what was going on.I would definitely recommend Omar and the rest of the staff to anyone in the market for a car. And I will be back the next time that I need one as well.

This was the best, easiest and most efficient car-buying experience we have ever had! When I called to ask about the car, they had it up front and ready for me to test drive. They went the extra mile in customer service, and we didn t have to sit in the dealership for hours waiting for finance. Keith has everything ready for us when we came back to purchase the car. No wait time - we were there for about 30 minutes. They were knowledgeable, attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend!

Bought my beautiful Porsche Cayman Boxster from here and best experience ever! Was about 2 hours away from me but worth the drive and my salesman is a nice guy by the name Elvin!!! Will recommend 110% all I have to say is they have earned a client for life!!!

Today I bought this beautiful car but I don't want to tell you about the car, instead I want to talk about the salesman. The guy who helped me is called Keith Harper and we got the deal done in about 10 minutes. If you want to buy a car look him up and you will not regret it. He is professional, fast, honest and very courteous. Amazing experience A+

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. I would not recommend anyone to ever buy a vehicle from this dealership. Bought the vehicle 4 months ago from JB. He acted so friendly and said to us I work for you. I will do whatever you tell me to do. He played the typical game to win us over. He acted like he was on our side.The minute we left the dealership the check engine light came on. The fuel gauge dropped to E. We drove right back to the dealership. We were told to fill the vehicle up and call if it happened again. It happened again and we were told they would take care of it. We were then given the run around. JB did not take care of us like he promised. Every time we called to talk to the service manager, they transferred us to our salesman JB. They lied multiple times. They told us that someone was looking at the truck. After driving over there, the vehicle was still sitting in the back and was never looked at after 3 days. As soon as we were about to leave, they finally sent out a mechanic to plug in the scanner to find out why the check engine light was on. We were told that they would have to send out the truck to Ford themselves. After asking if we could take it to Ford ourselves and they just pay Ford over the phone, they said they could do that. After taking it to Ford, the service advisor tried to get in touch with the service manager at Alfa Romeo. No one responded. After calling them ourselves, we were told they would get back to us. After a week of no response, we texted them only to be left on read. We decided it wasn t worth the hassle since it was only the fuel gauge sensor.. or so we thought after 4 months, we took the truck for an inspection and found out that it needs all new tie rods, ball joints, and its leaking coolant. We just filled it up with more coolant only to be told that there was literally no coolant in there and the motor was smoking. There is no way in 4 months the suspension wore out that much. All in all I will never buy a vehicle here or recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here from JB or any of their salespeople. This dealership lies and they don t keep their word. Do not trust these people or buy anything from them.

I would rate 20 stars if I could. This is the second vehicle we have bought from Keith and we will never go elsewhere. He does not rush into anything, he makes sure he gets you the best car, best deal, best approval, best terms possible. He does not stop until his customer is happy. We come from an hour away just to deal with Keith. Come see him, even if you feel like the car you want will be impossible to get, Keith will make it happen.

I just purchased a certified used Dodge Ram. I can honestly say it was the best car buying experience I ever encountered. My salesman, Francesco Battelli, made it his mission to match me with a truck that met all criteria that was important to me. The Ram I bought has more options and a lower price than the previous dealers I visited. When I was dealing with this dealership, I felt I was dealing with a friend.

I'm not one to write reviews, but I was impressed! I bought a 2005 Jeep Wrangler Sport from them and it was a great experience. Keith showed me the Jeep even while the mechanic was still cleaning it up and called me back when it was ready for a test drive. I told him I was interested but would need a few days to get it out for a Pre Purchase Inspection (nothing against these folks, I always get my used cars pre-inspected by my trusted mechanic). He held the Jeep for me despite other potential customer inquiring about it. Would definitely recommend these folks in the future. Ask for Keith!

I don't know what happened to this place but this is the rudest dealership I have ever dealt with. They used to be very professional and personable. Chuck the financial advisor is condescending and straight up useless. Making you feel as though your business is not important. Was just trying to get info on what to do next since I made my last lease payment and would like to finance my alfa. Tried to make me feel stupid when he works for a make that isn't worthy of calling themselves a luxury brand. The service department never gets back to you. If you call them, the sound disinterested and honestly, like they're ready to jump off a bridge. I will never buy an alfa again and I'm sure as hell will never go to this dealership again.

About a year ago I bought a brand new Alfa Romeo Giulia TI Sport from these guys and could not be happier with the car. But what really stuck with me was the professionalism, courtesy and the overall care that the sales team showed towards making sure I got exactly what I wanted and at an unbelievable price. Also they gave me an incredible deal on my trade in too! But since then, their entire team (sales, service and body shop) have gone above and beyond to make sure that the car is immaculate and performs flawlessly! Also, big shout out to Joel for managing such a great group of guys and making me feel like part of the family!

My Fiat was in really bad condition. There were no appointments available for Chrysler for weeks. When I called Jeff D'Ambrosio - Alfa Romeo. They told me no problem, bring it in and we'll take care of you. They gave me back a new car. It drives better than when I bought it! They also took care of the vehicle recalls without question. Never buy a vehicle from this dealer. I ve had the worst experience ever and no one in their office cares. Xavier was my sales representative and promised my car would be detailed if I bought it back, since it was not fully cleaned before I bought it. I had to visit this dealership three times to get it serviced. To include the wheel alignment which is still not correct. Xavier said they didn t process my loan through USAA because they take too long to respond, so I had to go with Wells Fargo ( not fair). I ve had my car for only two months and four dashboard indicators came on. When I called concerning the issue, they assumed I was in a car accident to cause so many maintenance warnings. I was sold a damaged vehicle that was covered as if there were no issues. Do not buy a car here unless you want to be ripped off. My picture proves how terrible my wheel alignment is and all indicators. I have not been in any car accidents.... I was sold a lemon.

Not a good experience and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.My Guilia died on a Tuesday and I brought it in after getting it jumped. I didn't receive a call Wednesday about the status, which was fine, I didn't expect any communication a day after I brought the car in as a walk in. I called Thursday and asked about my car and whoever answered had no idea and I was told maybe Friday. I called Friday around 4pm and was told Saturday morning/early afternoon. I called again at 3:45PM Saturday and was told Monday. After making arrangements to get a car to drive to work, I called Monday and asked if they could just do my state inspection while they had it to which whoever answered said "Yeah thats what I thought we were doing, didn't anyone tell you?" No. No one told me. No one called me at all. I was told maybe Tuesday. Called again Tuesday and they needed my insurance card to do the inspection which was my fault and I admit that which held the process up.I didn't get my car back until Wednesday evening. They had my car for over a week for a state inspection and to replace a starter relay. I'm not as upset at not having my car for a week as I am at the lack of communication. No one called me to update me on my car. Literally no one. Not one call did I receive in a whole week. This dealership was the only close one to me after just moving to the area; the next closest was a trip down the turnpike 45 minutes away.This dealership is, I'd say, 35% of the reason I traded in my Guilia for a different luxury car brand. Wouldn't and couldn't recommend this dealer to any Alfa owner.

Perfect visit to the service center. Dropped off night before for an 8am appointment on Saturday. Picked up at 2pm on Saturday. Car inspection and routine maintenance on my Giulia. Plus a free wash. Couldn t have went smoother, no gotchas. Nothing tacked on.

Let me say that my salesman, Omar, was fantastic. He goes the extra mile and really cares. Having said that, my family has purchased several vehicles from this dealership over the years but I will never go back as each experience gets worse. I recently purchased a used SUV and within several weeks, and less than 1000 miles, it had 5 check engine codes, the transmission started to slip, the starter grinds occasionally, and the front-end had a banging noise from what turned out to be the sway bar links. A total Lemon. Replaced 3 sensors and an EVAP canister and still have a code pending. The dealership should have known of these items as I was told the codes were pending when I had them independently checked. Told that I now need an entire fuse box for 650 and that the computer may be bad. What a piece of junk. So now I may have to spend close to an additional 2.5k to get a shop to fix my Lemon that I purchased from this dealership or just give it away and cut my losses. In a few years, I will be in the market for a new car and it will not be purchased from DAmbrosio. They have lost a long-time customer and I warn others to be very careful when looking at their used car inventory.
