My 2013 JX35 Infiniti w/ 192K miles needed inspection, tires, brakes, new rear suspension. Rob and staff gave me the most thorough estimate (video, photos, itemized parts/labor costs). They went beyond to do the best job while looking out for my cost. They finished all the work ahead of schedule, and auto shops are very busy these days. I feel like I am driving a new car! I now want to take a long road trip. Reliable, trustworthy, hard working, communicative, professional from start to finish DeGrandis Auto. I cannot thank Rob and his staff enough. After a weird engine light came on and getting no help from the local Lexus dealership, I contacted DeGrandis Auto and spoke with Rob. He explained how busy they were and could not schedule a full service for a few days but suggested I bring the car over to look at the issue before trying to fit the car into the schedule. He determined the issue and fixed it on the spot. I work in the hospitality industry as a consultant, and this type of service exceeds expectations! Congratulations to Rob and the team, they are good at what they do and understand five-star service. The Lexus dealership has lost my business (and this was my 3rd Lexus RX350), and DeGrandis has gained a new customer for servicing my Lexus.Service: Brakes

Nicest people! They explained everything in very basic terms. They weren't trying to sell me anything I didn't need. I went in for an inspection and came out with my car up to date in a few hours. They even topped off my wiper fluid! From what I know about vehicles their pricing was reasonable. I will be going back in the future!

I have been a customer of DeGrandis Automotive from the day they opened their business. Wonderful family. I have complete confidence in the service I receive. Rob always takes the time to explain what is needed and why. I tend to keep my cars for years. Consistently wonderful! Before coming to DeGrandis, we got our cars serviced at the local dealerships and tried out a few other non-dealership mechanics. Some were so bad it was crazy! (I had one mechanic tell me that my radiator wasn't broken even though I could see the fluid I poured into it come pouring out-- and a dealership forgot to put screws back into the engine so I had to drive 30 minutes, wait an hour, and then drive him-- just because someone made a dumb mistake). It was frustrating and exhausting and I dreaded taking our cars in. I found out about DeGrandis through a friend's recommendation. What I love about Rob and the team at DeGrandis is that they fix things right the first time, they never talk down to me because I'm female, they explain what they are recommending and why, and they help me prioritize what repairs need to be done immediately versus what can wait. When one of my cars was totaled, they worked closely with me to vet the used cars that I brought to them and steered me away from a few that would have been disasters or money pits-- I ended up with a great used minivan that I felt confident buying-- and 3+ years later, I can say that there were absolutely no surprises and I'm so happy to have bought this one. (We rejected a bunch before we found my current car.) Many friends have starting coming to DeGrandis too-- and the general feeling is that we all no idea how great it could be dealing with mechanics under we started at DeGrandis. I actually look forward to taking my cars in for checks, but I don't fear that they're going to do repairs I don't need. I highly recommend them! Oh-- and the pricing is DEFINITELY below dealership levels, and the quality of work is MUCH higher. Can't go wrong with DeGrandis!

I've known Rob DeGrandis for many years and he has taken care of my family's cars since we first met. He consistently keeps up with the changes in technology and all things cars . Rob and his team are friendly, professional and highly skilled. Whether it s a state inspection or oil change or repairs, your vehicle gets expert attention. If you re having a repair done, Rob will keep you personally updated on its status with complete details (photos, parts etc.). The attention to detail and quality of work along with a fair and reasonably price makes DeGrandis Automotive the only place I d take my vehicles. If you re looking for an honorably man to take care of your auto then, go to DeGrandis Automotive!

Our family has had every one out of our vehicles serviced at DeGrandis auto since they have been open. All totaled we ve had about seven vehicles and we have had nothing but perfect experiences every time Rob took care of our cars. Rob is one of the most honest business people I have ever encountered. There is no doubt when you take your vehicle into DeGrandis Automotive that it will be treated exactly the way the owners would treat their own vehicles. Every job is clearly explained in great detail and always at a fair and reasonable price. I would never take any of my family or friends vehicles to anywhere besides Degrandis Automotive. A+++

I use to take my cars to another garage in the area, but it seemed like every time I had one serviced something was wrong and needed to be fixed. Rob DeGrandis is an honest mechanic, yeah, let that sink in. He makes sure your car is going to be safe on the road and will point out things to keep an eye. They are fair, friendly, and car guys. I don t usually write reviews but when you find an exceptional place it is refreshing. I wouldn t think of going anywhere else.

The DeGrandis team has serviced my Audi S4 for the past 2 years. The shop is clean, well organized and the staff is professional, skilled and courteous. As the owner, Rob takes pride and accountability to ensure that the work performed by the team is executed as expected. Even after we had a minor issue with an oil change, Rob made sure that it was addressed by personally by coming to my house, picking up the car and fixing the problem accordingly. My wife was won over by him too! (And she's hard to please ;-))If you're looking for an honest and reasonably priced shop that services many makes (including European) you will not be disappointed!

Rob and crew took great care of us and our car. Our brakes went out during our east coast trip and he got our car back on the road in a couple hours. They even dropped us off at the train station so we could still visit Philly for the day while he worked on the car. Don t go anywhere else, this is the place to get your car taken care of. I have been a customer for DeGrandis Automotive for several years. I will never take my car to any other place. Top of the line service. Rob (Owner) adds a personal touch that is just over the top. The knowledge and workmanship is far beyond what I could ever expect.I urge you to take your car there next time you need work done.

I've been going to Rob for years because he is fairly priced, honest, and does great work. He has worked on all 4 vehicles my family has owned since moving to the area (Mitsubishi convertible, Honda Pilot, Saab Convertible, Toyota Sienna). He keeps them in good working order, so we haven't had any major problems, though the Saab was more expensive to maintain and repair, but Rob told us that before we bought it. In addition to maintenance and repair work, he also put an aftermarket tow kit on our Honda Pilot, and that has held up as well as the vehicle, which is closing in on 12 years and 185,000 miles. It is so nice having a mechanic I trust, thanks Rob!

This place was recommended by some friends, so far I had a great experience, staff are friendly and attentive. They informed me what s the best approach for my car and are always trying to accommodate to my car needs. I recommend this place if your looking for a great place to take your car.

Simply the Best!I cannot say enough about the high quality, friendly service I consistently experience at DeGrandis Automotive. Owner Rob and his staff are not only knowledgeable and skilled, they work hard to ensure you completely understand the scope of the work needed. Everything is itemized, so you know exactly what you are paying for and why. The shop is clean and organized, and if you have to wait any length of time, their friendly drivers will take you back to work or anywhere you would like to go in the nearby area while you wait. If you're seeking an auto shop that's honest, reliable and competent, take your vehicle to DeGrandis Automotive Center. You'll never go anywhere else again, whether for a simple oil change or an extensive repair. These guys are simply the best in the business!

DeGrandis is always honest, fast and detailed with their work! I always trust them with my car and they will tell me when something needs to be done now or if it can wait a bit longer. We can't say enough about Rob and team at Degrandis! We've been going there for the past 15+ years and they are always very helpful and honest. They've worked with us when my wife's car was starting to fail and extended the life of it for at least a few years. This should be your go to mechanic. You won't regret it.

Had a car detailed by them after seeing all the 5 star reviews on Google. They mean well but quality control is lacking. Resolution of problems may be cheap alternatives (to the benefit of DeGrandis).Parts done well: painted exterior, wheels, carpets and seats.Problems:* windows were dirty after they cleaned them twice and I ended up cleaning them* the car was purchased at Car Sense and DeGrandis' cleaning product dissolved the paint on some of the interior pieces* DeGrandis broke the driver side rear view mirror and replaced it with a third party part instead a Nissan part. The mirror vibrated excessively andDeGrandis tried to fix it. We ended up having our regular mechanic fix it. It still vibrates some but not as much. Would have preferred a Nissan replacementDeGrandis offered to fix the painted interior parts but because of my frustrations with other issues I had it fixed elsewhere.Two stars because they mean well. Any level of quality focus would have prevented a lot of frustration on our part. Instead, we were constantly discovering problems and having to figure out how to resolve them.

I took my 2005 Toyota Highlander to DeGrandis Automotive Center for an exterior detail the first week of January 2017. The car was neglected for years by the previous owner. It was not garage kept, never washed and had really bad oxidation all over the exterior paint. It was in bad shape. Rob and the team did an outstanding job on the exterior of the vehicle and I would recommend them to anybody!

Went in for state/emission inspection, Rob made it extremely easy and smooth during these times. Disregard the previous review, they didn t do their homework when it comes to coupons and fine prints. It is 39.99 plus stickers and labor, let a local shop make a living. It does come out to about $60, but that s what Rob told me when I asked before I took my car in. HONESTLY is best attribute for car maintenance/repair shop.

We've known Rob and Tiffany for nearly 25 years now. We've taken all our cars to DeGrandis Automotive Center ever since they opened in 2001 and have been fully satisfied with the service, professionalism and costs. The cars Rob has serviced for my family include a '94 Toyota Camry, '96 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP, '99 Explorer Limited, '00 Volkswagen Passat GLX, '04 Hyundai Santa Fe, '04 Volvo S80, '11 Explorer XLT, and a '14 Honda CRV. To say that Rob and his staff are capable of working on ANYTHING would be an understatement! A great group of knowledgeable, Master-Mechanics! I have additionally sent many friends with various cars, SUVs, vans, and motorcycles to DeGrandis Automotive over the years and have heard nothing but thanks and compliments from all of them.Now, 2 weeks ago, I just traded-in my '04 Hyundai Santa Fe which Rob and his staff have serviced pretty much since the first year when I bought it new. Rob and his staff have enthusiastically enjoyed performing the minor services and repairs over the years while watching the odometer readings fly by. I traded it in with the original engine and transmission and 326,760 miles. It has been running like a champ thanks to Rob and his Team, and I guess the quality of the Hyundai product line. Would have kept on going with it but felt it was time for an upgrade (a new 2019 Santa Fe!). I can't say enough about the Total Satisfaction that comes from having my automotive work done by Rob DeGrandis and company!Thanks for all you've done to keep us rolling along!Mike

The experience I had here is what all car repair shops should emulate. Everyone hates taking their car in because there s always something else wrong with the car other than what you took it in for and you can never trust the mechanic or front desk personnel and really gather if they are telling you the truth and if you really need what they are selling yoi.Degrandis takes picture of the items that need service so you can see them for yourself, they walked me through what needed to be replaced right away and offered suggestions for items that could be fixed now but were not necessary. they did not pressure me into anything and they also fixed several smaller items on my car that previous shops had neglected.I was notified via text and email so I can review the service for my car and I also have record of that for future repairs which is very convenient.Rob and the guys at Degrandis are very pleasant and you can tell that they have honest qualities to them and are running a legitimate business. I will certainly be back.

I highly recommend DeGrandis for anyone needing a top quality detail. Rob far exceeded my expectations. He did a tremendous job. My 7 year old car looks brand new again.

I went there for a car inspection because there as a 39.99$ offer for state and emission offer in the back of the Giant Grocery bill. End up paying 59$. I saw the break up off the labor, stickers and taxes in their bill and no were it was mentioned on the 39.99 special offer. Ideally they should mention you will end up paying 60$ for the their 39.99$ coupon or withdraw the coupons. There are ton of places in and around malvern where you can get car inspected under 50 bucks. Check before you go here, if you are looking for a cheaper alternative..Update: I did my car inspection & emission for under 40$ at a nearby auto center this year. Will avoid this place at any cost.
