I can t say enough how thrilled I was with the great service I received at Badell s! Dale and Shannon were a pleasure to work with, kept me updated every step of the way, and their expert technicians restored the front end damage to my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the utmost care and precision. The car I love honestly looks like new. It was even ready a full week before the expected finish date. From the first appointment where Dale personally went over the evaluation of damage with me present (a big difference from other shops), he had my trust, and I never had any worries at all for the rest of the two weeks my car was in their shop. They also made it easy to return my rental car - when my car was ready, I was able to just leave the rental car at Badell s and they took care of getting it back to Enterprise with no further paperwork.Also the whole place is immaculately neat and clean with a nice waiting room, coffee, etc. which was appreciated though I really didn t need to wait there more than a few minutes while my car was being towed there initially. Badell s is by far the best collision repair I have experienced and I wish I d known about them sooner. I will take all future business to them and wholeheartedly give them the highest rating!K. Dale was absolutely wonderful! He explained to us the process in detail, frequently updated us on the progress, and above all, he and his team did an amazing repair job. On top of all these, the car came back cleaner than ever before. We can recommend Badell's Collision in Malvern without any hesitation.

My 10-year-old car was in a front-end accident and suffered a decent amount of damage. It had operated extremely well over the years (and I put four new tires on it a week before the accident) and it was a hard decision for my wife and I about making a large out-of-pocket payment to repair or to just junk it. I went to several places for estimates and opinions, including Badell s being the last. Two or three places did not express much interest in making the repairs (one seemed to only want to repair high end Teslas).I can say that my experience at Badell s was outstanding. Dale spent a significant amount of time talking to me about the car, the estimated repair cost, and pros and cons of proceeding with the repair. No pressure to make the repair, just some good old-fashioned and honest discussion. It s rare to get the kind of personal customer service (at a collision place or anywhere else) that he and his team provide. I made the decision to have them proceed with the repair and as I had anticipated, it was completed with first-class quality with the front of my car now looking brand new.Dale, Shannon, and Dominic were the customer facing people who I spoke with but I know behind the scenes it was the technicians who did the hands-on excellent repair work. I have not used a collision place in 20+ years, thank goodness, so when I did, it was starting from scratch in my search. For me, this place was a true stand-out. Dale and team exceeded my expectations in all ways. Thank you!

Not only are they the best body shop I've ever encountered, but they are one of the best businesses I've ever done business with. I've had the unfortunate experience of having two accidents within a twelve month period. Both times Badell's went above and beyond with quality workmanship and even more important customer service. Rick personally handled my repairs on both instances and I was kept informed every step of the way as to exactly what was being done to my car. He noticed several things I didn't and he actually contacted the insurance company to have these problems resolved. Finally, since I was rear ended, my license plate cover was completely destroyed and Rick sent away for an exact replacement for my personalized plate cover. THAT IS WHAT I CALL SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Everyone at Badells is so nice and completely professional!!!

I had an amazing experience here! I was in an accident and needed repairs and they were able to get me in within days. They handled everything with the insurance and rental car for me. The repairs only took them a little over a week- I was expecting the whole process to take much longer! Their work is top notch, you absolutely cannot tell that the back of my car was ever hit. They kept me updated throughout the process with phone calls and emails so I knew exactly what was going on. They even cleaned my car for me before I picked it up. Overall a fantastic experience, they did everything they could to make it a non stressful process for me.

If I could give Badell's 10 stars, I would. Being new to the area, we really didn't know where to go to get a minor mishap repaired on our car. After reading all the reviews, we decided to stop at Badell's in Malvern and once we stopped in, we knew we made the right choice. The quality of the work was outstanding, the car was returned ahead of schedule, and it looked brand new! All done at a fair price. Dale, Karen and Dominic were great to work with and they keep you informed every step of the way. Badell's of Malvern is best... if you ever need a collision shop...stop at Badell's first!

Bedell's Collision of Malvern customer service and quality of work far exceeded my expectations. Dale provided me with exceptional service from start to finish. He took the time to explain the process and answer any questions well beyond the end of his work day. Shannon worked her magic to get me in early when there was a cancellation and kept me updated each step of the process.Badell s returns your car to you even better than before your collision. The car was detailed inside and out. The actual work completed looks great, you cannot tell where my car was hit or even where paint may have been blended. Fingers crossed I am not hit again but if I do Badell s of Malvern is where I go.

If I could give this business 6 stars I would!First class establishment! Excellent communications, headache free experience from start to finish, they even coordinated the rental car I needed. The car was cleaned and delivered back to me faster and in better than expected condition. If you need repairs to your car, go here!!

What a great shop and experience! As a former owner of an auto repair shop, I have used Badells before and been very pleased. But this time was extra special as I decided to bring them my classic 2002 pontiac trans am. The hood paint was pealing, the rest of the paint not touched in years. I was worried about how new paint would match, would they over buff other areas and mess up my classic??? No they didn t, they killed it! Top notch new matching paint on my ws6 ram air hood, full beautiful detail on other paint, fair price, attention to detail. Can t say enough good stuff. True professionals. Thank you to the team at Badell s! From getting an estimate, to handling things with the insurance company, even to arrangements for a rental car, were handled so smoothly by Dale and Shannon! On top of that, they fixed my car much faster than I anticipated! They fixed it right, and it looks totally brand new! Badell s is the best of the best!

After someone hit my car and left the scene, I was stressed about getting it fixed. I took it to this body shop where Dale and Shannon were awesome. They addressed all my questions right away and made the whole process really easy. They got my car fixed up super fast and it looked just like new. Plus, they finished a whole week earlier than I thought they would. I highly recommend their service!

High winds knocked my basketball court on to my car causing dents and deep scratches. Thoroughly impressed with the work from Badell's Collision in Malvern. Great customer service/communication and they're on top of literally everything. Dale was honest and upfront with me regarding the repairs and he's just a great guy. They were literally done in one day! Laura called to let me know how things were going and what the status was and made sure that I was taken care of with enterprise. They have a great relationship with the local Enterprise Car Rental service as well. They took great care of me and my vehicle and went above and beyond with their service. Thats not an exaggeration. I brought my car into Badell's for a cracked bumper from a fender bender. Dale and the Badell's staff provided top level customer service throughout my whole experience. I dropped my car off in the morning and Dale let me know that it could take 2-3 days for the manufacturer to send the replacement parts. So you can imagine my surprise when Dale called me at 4:00 PM that same day to let me know my car was ready! Dale called around to local suppliers and was able to get the part I needed way ahead of schedule. And my car had been cleaned inside and out in time for pick up. Working with Badell Collision was a positive experience from start to finish!

Tremendous service. There is no question why all the reviews on this place are five stars. They are thorough, provide frequent updates about the status of your car, and the customer service was great. Shannon and Dale were both very helpful. I highly recommend to anyone who needs work done on their car.

I had an amazing experience with Badell's in Malvern! I scratched the side mirror on my car. I took the car in for an estimate (which was scheduled promptly for the next day), and they immediately looked at it and buffed out the scratches for no charge. Incredible customer service, great work (no visible scratches), and really kind staff. A great local business overall. If you ever have an unfortunate incident with you car, do not hesitate to go to Badell's.

Wow! Who knew there could be a business this great to deal with! Friendly, professional, service, excellent communication and superb workmanship. My van was ready ahead of schedule and perfectly repaired. Dale s experience and knowledge were evident and he explained the work clearly. Shannon took care of all the paperwork, rental car contact, etc. I couldn t be happier!

We had THE most incredible, seamless, stress free experience at Badell's. Dale and the office team were exceptional. Auto body work usually is a result of an accident, which is at best inconvenient and at worse stressful. They took all the stress away by their incredible customer service. They do great work, our car looks great. But just as importantly, they run a tight ship. They are organized, listen, respect and keep their word. I will not ever go anywhere else.

I got my Mazda back from Badell s after the repairs it required due to an unfortunate accident. Badell s was listed as affiliated with my insurance, so I chose them over the other option I had in mind. They had received positive reviews, and I believe they deserve every star they have earned. Dale was transparent about the expected outcomes, while Shannon was both enjoyable and considerate. Moreover, the email communications kept me informed about the progress of the repairs. Most importantly, I am satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend them to my friends.

I had scratched the side of the bumper of my car, and went to Badell's to see if they could fix that and possibly fix the small scratch on the rear of my car as well. Not only did they fix the front to look as good as new, they also did a top-notch touch-up on the back! I took the car in on a Wednesday afternoon and got it back early Thursday. The quality of work was fantastic and they called me multiple times with updates about my car and to tell me when they had it done. Definitely will be using this place again if I have any issues with my car!

Badell's did a wonderful job on my 2014 Accord, which now looks better than ever. (See photo!) The hood and left side had been damaged by a tree during a recent tropical storm. The whole process really was a breeze. They called me when an earlier appointment opened up, and had my car fixed and shiny in A+ condition in just two days. I could not recommend them more highly and would definitely come back (though I hope I won't have to)!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Badell's Collision fixed up my car after I was rear ended. Dale was up front and informative, and he kept me in the loop during the whole process. Repairs originally estimated at 2 weeks, and I had my car back in half that time. The paint match on the replacement parts perfectly blends with the surrounding areas. To top it off, my car was cleaned inside and out - a service I was not expecting. Badell's Collision was amazing! From start to finish, I didn't have to worry about a thing. The entire staff was very helpful. Laura was wonderful in dealing with the insurance company, car rental and making sure I was well taken care of through this whole process. I usually worry about handling everything and that was all done for me. My car looked great, and you can tell how much pride they take in making sure your vehicle is perfect! I would highly recommend Badell's for their kindness, efficiency, and their communication with me.

The folks at Badell's Collision in Malvern are top flight. My Accord needed the front fender and the front bumper fascia repaired and repainted. They also touched up some small chips around the car. Two of the alloy wheels were discolored. They sent them out to a subcontractor for a quality job at a fair price. Dale came in under the quoted price and the work was started and completed as scheduled. Laura does a nice job running the office and keeping you up to date on their progress. The quality of the work was first class and the price quote was competitive. You can tell from the organization and housekeeping in the shop, that they run their business professionally. We had my wife's car repaired here when she was rear-ended with good results. I recommend Badell's without reservation. I'll use them again should the need arise.Service: Body & Trim
