ASM is a great service provider! I used this place for my auto needs prior to the pandemic, and now that I ve moved back to the area I recently used them again and nothing has changed, still the same great place! What I love most is that they don t try to push things on the customer that they do not need. For example, my old car needed a new AC, but they knew I was considering a new car at the time so they told me the cost was not worth it, and more recently they recommended new tires, but mentioned I still had some life left on my current ones, and instead of pushing tires on me immediately, they provided a couple of quotes for me to consider for the future for different tire brands. Will definitely keep coming here!

I would highly recommend ASM Auto.Went in for a routine oil change and had a headlight out. It was easy to make the appt on line. They were very friendly, and the prices were reasonable. Quick and efficient, got the work done while I waited and sent me on my way. (Did mention they had a shuttle if I didn't want to wait.)Emailed my receipt with pricing and info on a couple of maintenance items that I could consider getting done in the future.

Super nice people. Explained everything to me. Gave me a fair estimate for further work. Easy to make an online appointment. Had my first visit on 3/1/2024. I think I have found a lifetime place to take my car.

Just had an oil change. Reasonably priced. Prompt service. Only issue was that my tires were over inflated. (40 psi vs 35 psi).

My (Mini Cooper Countryman) car would not start in the parking lot of a grocery store. I called my insurance company roadside emergency service. Roadside told me 75 minutes until they would assist. I called ASM, LLC letting them know I would be getting my vehicle towed to their garage. Aus, the owner answered the phone and offered to meet me at my vehicle at the grocery store to see if he could help. Aus was able to charge/jump start the battery so I could drive it to ASM for service. I canceled roadside emergency service. The next day I had a new battery. The old battery was completely drained.Aus is very knowledgeable and I will use their garage for future work. Thank you Aus. Tom L.

Garage was clean, location was great. The mechanics were friendly and knowledgeable. Car was ready when promised and a shuttle service was available. Pricing was great. 1st time taking in my new to me 2018 Porsche Cayenne. Did oil change and they took the time to get all Porsche special parts and oil and even prepared a future maintenance list. Very thorough! I have used ASM for all routhine maintenance (oil changes/inspection/ brakes etc) for the past couple of years. As a former mechanic, I have a unique insight into reviewing other shops. I was in a pinch and needed a set of tires put on. Wear indicated an alignment would be a good idea, so opted for that too. Didn't mention to Joe that I'm retired from the business, not to hide anything, but there just wasn't time during the quick and easy drop off procedure. I was contacted when they had the car on the lift to suggest some items that the car is certainly in need of. I politely declined the additional service and was not pressured or given any kind of hard-sell. The job was completed on time for the cost estimated. During pick up, I has happy to find out that correcting and sealing the corrosion on the bead of my wheels was included in the price. This is a professional shop with contentious techs and management running an honest business. Highly recommend. And they are super conveniently located within walking distance from my job! Pennsylvania state inspection. I trust the service I receive @ A.S.M. completely. The building is clean; and, the employees are honest and, they are knowledgeable in identifying problems, that other auto repair shops were not able to.

The employees at ASM really treat you as if you are family. They are friendly, honest and unlike any other auto body shop I have been to. Their prices are extremely reasonable. Best of all they even picked me up from my own home and brought me to the shop so I could get my vehicle! Paid a great price to get my PA state inspection and emissions, oil change and alignment! These gentlemen were wonderful. I was leery about driving a truck. They explained everything and were very helpful. They are pleasant, welcoming and funny. It made my move not so bad. I highly recommend these guys.

Joe and his team are truly extraordinary! I used to take my car to AAA in Downingtown and they repeatedly try to rip me off or upsell me! 3 years ago AAA wanted to sell me a battery 3 years ago mine is still fine!!Joe and his team are just the opposite!! On several occasions he has explored a range of options to save me money and give me discounts and coupons. Good people always makes the good environment and Good environment always lead to Great Customer satisfaction. ASM auto is a great place for all your car maintenance / repair needs. This is not the first time I have visited ASM auto, I was the customer for them from the day one they have started at Malvern PA. For every visit I got the excellent support from them and I really like their recommendations and time period what they propose instead of saying you have to take care of it immediately. Rented a u-haul here for the evening. The gentleman (can't remember the name) at the front desk was were kind to notify me that the vehicle will not be available at the time I booked (u-haul's website scheduling issues), and was kind enough to let me know when it was ready for pick up. Also, he walked me through the rental procedures and off hours drop off procedure. I could tell that he truly cared.
