10/10, highly recommend. Great service with friendly assistance and customer service. I got an alignment and it was fast and easy process of setting up an appointment. My alignment was done in one day. Great prices and reliability.

This place is Great!, very fast, Friendly and Professional! I went there thinking that my driver side front tire needed balancing but within minutes they told me that my rear driver side tire was about to disintegrate. I am so grateful for these guys and definitely recommend them for getting tires!

These guys are very professional and good. It didn't take long to get my oil change and tire rotation. Highly recommend. Very nice that it is walk in and you don't need an appointment.

I've been going to Steve Shannon's for a few years now, and they are now my main auto care shop.I used to go to Blaise Alexander for my inspections and such, because I got my car from them, but after 3 years of being told that my car "couldn't possibly leave this lot" without me spending 1000 dollars, and when the last time I did my car immediately stopped working all together, I went to Steve Shannon's to have it looked at.They fixed the problem easily for half of the cost Blaise told me, and even more so, explained the problem and my options in a way I could actually understand.This last visit, 2 days ago, I needed an inspection, but also a bunch of other, random things, like an oil change, a new air filter, a new headlight, and new brake pads, and I was pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable cost for all that work, and also the fact that they finished it so quickly!I had to wait at the shop this time, and it really seemed to fly by.The person I talked to at the counter was extremely nice, understanding, easy-going, and really gave off the impression that he understood the machinery and mechanics of it all extremely well.They are also a Walk-in Auto Center, so it's really easy to get the visit to fit to your specific schedule.I highly recommend taking your vehicles to them for maintenance and car troubles!

Asked for an oil change and the tires rotated.I paid my bill and was charged for all I asked for.Get to my vehicle and the tires were not rotated. So inconvenienced by having to go back in and wait for that to be done. They did do it right away. If I had not of been attentive I would of paid for something I paid for and didn't get.

Cade did an excellent job advising me on what tires would be best. The new tires are balanced and the car is aligned. He had the car ready in short order. Thank you for having such a knowledgeable tech in your shop.

I purchased my tires there a few years ago so I go there for tire rotation. They are always friendly and get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. I would have given them a 5 star but they didn t top off the tire pressure this time. 2 days after rotation my low air alarm comes on. 3 tires were 4 lbs down and 1 tire was 7 down.

Very good service! I showed up there with a flat tire. They were so kind and took care of everything, even showing me the screw that caused the flat.I have stopped at Shannon Tire a number of time for help and they have always been very helpful and professional.I am thankful they are in my neighborhood!

Excellent service. Every time I go, everyone is so kind and they always fix my car at the best price possible. I'm a college student who does not know much about cars and have no doubt they are giving me quality service at the best price possible. Would highly recommend to everyone!

It's been about 2 months and I am still waiting for my car to be fixed. Apparently taking my car for a PA inspection results in thee mechanic screwing up the hybrid system in my Ford Fusion. Be warned that if you have a hybrid vehicle to stay away from the ignorant mechanic here.Edit: after going back and forth trying to talk with a regional manager that was somehow never available when I called down to both the Lock Haven and Williamsport location they told me that they weren't planning on paying for the mistake they made unless they were told that it was there fault (the kicker is that they were already told that it was their fault from the Ford dealership. They just wanted to not take fault retroactively.)Their management is beyond disappointing. When I went to discuss about getting a rental car they again could magically never get a hold of the regional manager. Apparently when I told them multiple times that I was going to get fired from my job if I don't have a car to do it they just didn't care. Spoiler alert: I ended up getting released from the contract.Normally I wouldn't go out of my way to write a review but when my livelihood got absolutely screwed over and then they had the gull to send me a text message to fill out a survey I decided that this is what they truly want. There you go Steve Shannon, I hope you are satisfied with the survey. Stay away from these cretins.

I was leaving for vacation in a few hours and I was checking under the hood looking at the fluid levels when I noticed that my Serpentine Belt was in really bad condition! I stopped by Steve Shannon Tire &Auto Center to ask if they could change it for me? I should have caught it sooner, but I didn't feel very comfortable driving the vehicle into New York City with a Serpentine belt about to break! The guy told me he could if I would be willing to get the belt and wait on it! My belt was replaced and soon on my way! I can't thank the guys enough for helping me out of a jam! I took my BMW for annual inspection. It required change of all four tires, rear rotors and brake pads. It was all done within a very reasonable period of time.

I think they are the best in the area and usually I try not to go other places I did 2 times and ended up having to take it here to refix the issue anyways, lesson learned I'll just stick with these guys from now on.

Had oil change and brakes checked because of f squeezing noise when applying brakes. Brakes checked out ok with plenty of miles left. As a courtesy the brakes were cleaned. We were charged for the oil change only and we're back on the road safely. We appreciate the honesty and the courtesy from Shannon tires. We also purchased 4 tires last Year from shannon tires and received excellent service at that time. We highly recommend Shannon tires for your vehicle upkeep

Showed up for my appointment and was told it was walk in service only. Installed the wrong brand tires. Bent my rims when trying to balance them. Was told they are not responsible for aluminum rims. Over 4 hours till they finished and I left. Stay away from here!

It s funny every time I have taken my vehicle here they fix the problem and a new issue nearly immediately occurs. Dont go here, I ll never take any of my vehicles here again. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me.

Dave severely damaged my truck bed run the lift into both sides dented it massively and yet to do anything about it that's 3 weeks I just wanted to give an update Steve Shannon made me wait over a month when we got to the Greet upon price and they realize how high it was they reneged on our deal and they asked me what I would take a minimum and I told him and they dropped it down another thousand so they destroyed my truck to fix the damages and then what time to fix it it was too much so they decide to buy it back back way lower than the agreed-upon price in short a destroy my truck stole thousands of dollars of business from me and then spit on me and threw some clothes at me worst company ever back at than the ago
