We were driving past the dealership and noticed their big clusters of balloons, it was towards the end of February and my daughters birthday was last week so we stopped in and asked if they were going to be getting rid of them after Valentine s Day. Kimberly didn t even hesitate and sent us home with 4 of their big balloon clusters!!! Our family was SO thankful and appreciative of that kindness

Drove 2 hours to get my brand new 2023 bronco badlands Sasquatch from these guys. What an experience start to finish. I highly recommend them, and even though I live so far away, I am strongly considering going back for our next vehicle. Best car buying experience I ve ever had in my life, and I ve bought a lot of cars at a lot of places. I d give 10 stars if I could. Not pushy, but extremely helpful, best price in 300 mile plus radius, and very knowledgeable and professional. Will recommend to everyone I know.

My experience with the dealership was fine right up to the point of having issues with my truck. The Service Department s management, the dealership s owner, and Ford itself have done nothing to assist me with the less than perfect truck they sold me except to deplete my checking account. And before you (MMLH) ask me to call your service department for assistance, don t bother. YOU ARE the problem.

THE PERFECT EXAMPLE.You keep hearing from employers its hard to find good help nowadays. Well its even harder to find an employer thats honest. Ive been working since i was 12. And ive never had an employer to pay me correctly or on time. Its going on 3 weeks now and MURRY MOTORS still hasnt paid me thats taken food off my familys plate how do you fix this well the law says take them to court that costs money and takes time. For the little guy that 2 things we just dont have. If this place is a place you are considering read my story they say they dont have anyone in house to sign checks but over 25 employees there got paid im the only one who didnt ? WOW this is not a place that keeps there word.

Best customer service ever! They picked me up because I was stranded. They gave me more than a fair price for my old car. They even loaned me a car until the financing went through. Murray Motors is a wonderful company and any time I buy it will be from them .

Bought my 2017 Explorer from them and have loved it. Never had a problem with the car until recently the water pump and timing chain went out. Being out of warranty it wasn't covered and was going to cost thousands of dollars to repair. Celeste and her team went above and beyond to help me out in figuring out how to afford it and worked with Ford to help cover some of the cost. Great service department and Great people working at Murray Motors.

Murray Motors customer service is second to none. I drove 7 hours round trip to get my vehicle from them because they had exactly what I wanted and it was priced great. I expected it to end there but we had a couple hiccups and what could have been a bad experience ended up being a truly great & memorable one, all thanks to Mike & his management. Mike & the team took amazing care of me and made sure I was safe getting home and pleased with my purchase. They cared about me and quite literally went out of their way for me - that s something I can t say for most people, let alone a car dealership.Mike & team - thank you for the exceptional service and truly putting your customers first. You guys rock.

I talked to Kim, our sales rep, last Saturday morning and explained that I needed to find a vehicle pretty urgently. By Saturday afternoon we left the dealership with a new 2018 Ford EcoSport. I went through the list of what I was looking for and my vehicle preferences and Kim found the perfect match for my price range. I've been driving this suv around for the last week and I LOVE it! Their entire team made the process easy and efficient. The gas mileage that I'm getting alone is above what I expected. Even the small things the dealership offers shows that they go above and beyond for their clients. They installed Simoniz Glasscoat on the vehicle yesterday and offered coffee while I waited and installed new paper floor mats for extra protection before I left. Which, while not a huge deal, makes all the difference!

The service department did fix my vehicle and kept me informed on the repairs all completed under warranty. Edit: always difficult to get someone on the phone and the communication is terrible. This time was a recall and they ran into a problem and kept it over a weekend I had to call them to find out. Monday at noon I call the recall is done but they still haven't test driven it.

I bought a truck from these guys today. It was far and away the easiest, most enjoyable car buying experience I ve ever had. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. Kim did a fantastic job start to finish. I drove from 4 hours away and it was worth every mile. I couldn t be more pleased with the service I received, the cost of the vehicle and how quickly the process was handled. I wouldn t hesitate to do business with these fine people again!

The car I had was just falling apart faster then I could fix it. It finally left my Stranded and on my birthday no less. The head mechanic was so amazing and was trying all with all he could to help me figure out what happened to the car. Oh and I can t forget about Kim! She was so kind and understanding about my situation and man I tell ya she is absolutely awesome! She helped me into a beautiful new car and I m absolutely in love with it!!Big thanks to MURRAY Motors!!

I have bought two vehicles from Kim! She has been so helpful and very patient through the whole process. She went above and beyond to find the vehicle that I wanted. I have purchased several vehicles at Murray Motors even before it was Murray Motors. I always deal with Kim Furl. Kim is a wonderful sales lady, she is very knowledgeable, she is high energy, down to earth, and honest. Kim gives you fair deal and always makes it a friendly experience, and is very easy to work with. Kim is a family oriented person so she knows the value of a dollar and tries to get you the very best deal for your dollar.I have always been pleased with all the vehicles I have purchased and the service as well. I met the new owner of Murray Motors and he was down to earth and easy to talk to. I have sent family members there and recommend Murray Motors to anyone wanting a good quality vehicle new or used.

Absolutely AWFUL!!!!! Worked on our brand new vehicle (Just a little over a year old) and there was a new noise when we went to pick it up. They refused to fix it!! They came right out and told us to get a second opinion. After several other opinions, they all said the same thing Murray should have stood behind it and fixed it. It should ve never left their lot like that. Very rude customer service, deceptive, lies & just downright horrible! I would NEVER do any type of business with them ever again! This is the 2nd bad experience with them. We overlooked the first one, being an oil change and tire rotation. My husband had the tires marked. They were not rotated. After letting us know they were irritated with our complaint, they did eventually do it for him. I cannot stress enough, BEWARE! We ve been taken over twice .never again! We wouldn t trust them now to rectify the situation either, too much bad blood & untrust in them.

I bought a new 2021 F150 from them. I shopped at about 10 different Ford dealers before coming here. They had the best price by far compared to all the other dealers I visited. They gave me a fair price the first time for my trade. They didn't play the back and forth game with the numbers. It was here is what we will give you for your vehicle, here is what we will sell ours to you for. An hour later I drove off the lot in my new truck! It was a very good buying experience.

Customer service was fantastic but what I requested with regard to battery was not completed. I asked them to clean off all of the corrosion on the battery and check it. One day later my car would not start and I had to call AAA to come out to replace the battery at a higher cost. When I popped the hood all the corrosion on the battery was still there. I also paid the $69 for the oil change service so I hope that was at least completed properly. Very disappointed..

I had scheduled my truck for maintenance and inspection, along with two recall repairs. However, the week before the appointment the truck started losing coolant while on the road. Chris Donovan was excellent. He managed to get me a loaner vehicle and looked into my extended warranty on his own to make sure everything was covered that could be, without me even asking. Some people might say it was him just doing his job, but in today's world it was refreshing to have everything handled without doing all the legwork ! Great job Chris and all the service team ! When it comes time for a new vehicle this experience will be in the front of my mind !!! Thank you !!!

There service,parts and maintenance departments need to improve dramatically. They brought my truck in on a recall took it apart then found out they didn t have the parts. I had to snap my mom d guard back in place. I ordered a bed liner and they ordered the wrong one. I bought my truck there l. They should of went by the vin. The salesman was very nice in fact the hole sales department was great.

My vehicle went into the service dept. for two recalls. (guessing they new of the second before I got the notice) I received a letter in the mail of the second recall that was to be completed. I called the department and ask if it was completed. They stated that it was not that they didn't have the parts. Mind you it took over a week to get the parts. They called to schedule my vehicle for the appointment. This was about 12 days after the parts come in. My vehicle needed new tires. I figured while it was there I would just get new tires and have an alignment done. They call me and the tires were $201 each. I told them I didn't need that expensive of a tire. They looked in the computer $136 each. I said I can live with that. She said your total would be $971. WHAT? Why so much? She gave me the price of the tires, the alignment and to mount and balance them. I said I can have them done at my local garage for cheaper than that. Finding out later that the second recall needed to have a partial alignment done anyways and they were going to charge me $89.00 for a full alignment when they had to do a partial alignment anyways.When I picked up my vehicle I started it. The check engine light was on. Funny it was on when I took it in. Seeing that when it was on the first time it was no concern because of the recall. The paperwork stated that all codes were cleared and a test drive was completed. I schedule an appointment for the second recall so the check it out. They tell me that it was the O2 sensor. The O2 sensor wasn't bad when it went into the garage the first time why did it come out of the garage with a bad sensor. They wanted to charge me $231 for a new sensor. I stated it didn't have a bad sensor going in why does it have one coming out. They said they would look into it. I got a call later in the day that there was a wiring issue. They needed to keep the vehicle over night. I use my vehicles for my business. I really can't afford to have one out of service but it is what it is. I hear nothing by 4pm the next day. I call them. They said it was the O2 sensor again and it was on order. My vehicle would be another day at the service dept. and should be completed by noon the next day.I received a call before noon that my vehicle was done. I pick it up and I have a charge of $19.85. The vehicle only went in for recall work. Why should I be charged anything for something that should be covered under recall?I'm guessing the only reason you still have a service dept. is because of the warranty work or others don't know they can still have top notch service at another garage with cheaper prices.

Excellent salesman and staff. Our Salesman Mike Packer was great. He made us a wonderful deal. The Murray Motors Ford, Lock Haven, deal and customer care was far superior to the other Dealership we had visited in State College, PA. We love the new 2018 Escape we purchased from Murray Motors Ford. My wife and I plan on making all our future vehicle purchases from Mike Packer. Murray Motors Ford has definitely earned our business.

The guys on the sales floor were great when I first leased my truck, and they have good prices.Each time I had basic service done, they always fit me in their schedule.... but all 4 times they would forget to call me prior to end of day so I could pay over the phone and pick-up after work which is the instructions that were provided at the drop off.The only reason I drove from Williamsport to Lock Haven for service was because I leased through them, and after 3 oil changes the 4th was free. My 4th service was not free... they said because they never gave me a customer visit card to hole punch. They looked up that I did have 3 prior visits there, but said they will give me my 5th oil change free instead.When it came to purchasing my lease after the 2yrs, it was extremely difficult to get them to take my money... Multiple voicemails were left, yet never returned on both the generic voicemail and the specific person who handles the end of lease procedures. When I finally got a hold of the only person who does lease-end purchases, he gave me the WRONG instructions and directed me to FORD. An hour on hold and speaking with customer service directed me back to Murray Motors. Only after speaking to the manager did I receive the correct information for the next steps.I explained that I would be in that Saturday with the necessary documents and money and was told no appointment was needed. After showing up first thing on that Saturday, I had to meet with the same guy who gave me incorrect info last time. He informed me I didn t have an appointment and we probably wouldn t be able to purchase the vehicle and terminate the lease. After a phone call with the manager, this again was resolved.Customer Service and Communication here is poor at best. I will not be going to Murray Motors of Lock Haven ever again... nor will I recommend any friends to go there.
