I found pieces of small hairs and some black dots dots (that looked like some type of germs or bugs) All OVER MY BED. The sheets were also dirty in one of the bed as I booked a double bed. I took a video and I wanted to upload it here but it won't let me. It's quiet dirty and be careful as they keep the rooms dirty. It's pretty sketchy and be sure to check your beds. Some of the bathroom towels were also dirty and black-ish. I reported it to front desk right away and nothing was done.

Another stay that began with absolute headaches. Was immediately over charged for my room. The manger was very accommodating in helping resolve this for the future. Not today however. Then the amenities (pool and spa) are closed. Zero information from the front desk when asked.. Girl said idont know i just put the sign up.. can't make it up folks. The amenities are the only reason people stay here, paying a inflated rate . Again for another week they get zero stars.Everyday across my life I have the displeasure of dealing with humans who can't help but remind us all why they are where they are. This is the case at this hotel, after clearly asking for a late check out and making sure Its WITHOUT question communicated throughly, to be sure I'm not disturbed. (As I have zero faith in mosts competence)I was assured it was documented all over the computer. Apparently this wasn't the case. I was disturbed by house keeping at 1205pm (with a do not disturb sign on) after working my third consecutive 16hr night shift, and just getting to sleep at 830am. After clearly advising the staff I had a late checkout, they left, then returned waking me again. Stating it wasn't documented. Even if this is true, and your staff utterly failed at their job the first time, after my reassurance ,mind you. Wouldn't a little critical thinking ability tell you that after I verbalized it to you. There's clearly a miscommunication. I suppose not. I then had to walk down stairs and tell them they had failed to do their job miserably . Just to get them to correct it, I then extended out of anger. This ultimately however had me working that night with little to no sleep as I never fell back asleep . Almost resulting in my safety being compromised. Combine this with the rude comments and snide remarks from the housekeeping women, I would strongly recommend she be returned to the unemployment line until even small amounts of deductive problem solving abilities, coupled with higher emotional intelligence is achieved. In order to work in customer service. As for the elevator, it decided to just stop. Leaving me stuck for approx 5 minutes with no response from the control's. After raising the issue to the staff at the desk, I was met with more clear disregard . The response was AS FOLLOWS."it does that".. So forget me, I suppose, and my time. Thankfully I don't scare easily... I highly recommend staying conscious of the lack of regard for your well being if staying here. Not to mention the rate being 40 dollars higher than other hotels locally . If I could. I'd give zero stars .... This stay extended multiple nights, and wasn't over just one day.Another stay for the week for business.. Still cant seem to get the staff to not bother me while im sleeping ,despite talking with everyone. Signs on the door etc ..As well as they tried to charge my card for the same night twice upon check-out . Called it a mix up,but were apologetic. Be mindful staying here. I also won't use the elevator anymore. Learned that lesson. Im hopeful for the day i can write a positive review. I love the amenities here.Safety: Laughable

This hotel is clean and pretty and the beds and linens very comfortable. The lobby is nice and has a great outside area to lounge or dine. The breakfast is very good with plenty of options and the staff is very nice. They all go out of their way to make you happy. The crew taking care of the breakfast was constantly working and restocking. The house keeping staff is so caring and kind! The way this hotel runs is no surprise as it must come from the top! I had the opportunity to meet Maureen, the GM. What an absolutely wonderful person and professional. I had a family emergency while staying and needed some assistance. Both she and her wonderful house keeper on the floor that day (wish I had gotten her name), helped me so tremendously by going above and beyond! It is employees like this that make the Marriott what it is! A class above the rest! I am forever grateful!

My booking got messed up and booked a day later than my intended, one night stay. Instead of putting forth any effort at all to help figure the situation out, I was basically told too bad, leaving me to pay $160 for a night I won't even be there. So if you want to stay somewhere with any type of customer beyond that of a toddlers lemonade stand, definitely search elsewhere... I certainly am!

The staff was very nice , cheerful and efficient . First appearance upon arrival was it was a clean and well maintained property . The complimentary breakfast had a great selection for a complimentary breakfast and the only one I ever had chocolate milk at! The room was as expected and clean however the bed was too soft for me .

THIS WAS first hotel I could find in the small town of Lock Haven PA however I left in search of another as their parking LOT was not LIGHTED...pitch black in fact so I did not go in. It was probably okay as parking lot busy from what I could see. though again part of problem is the town does not have good signage anywhere and leaves it to our GPS to locate the only 2 hotels which is ineffective currently due to the Main Street improvements (detours/temp one way streets) I finally found the second major hotel (excellent one)from driving in concentric circles around the town...lolSafety: totally unlit parking lot and lack of signage to the hotel. sorry I could not try it but ultimately worthwhile finding Lock Haven and the second hotel.

This is a perfectly nice hotel. Clean and modern, with a decent breakfast and a very friendly staff. One thing that s really bad is the TV. Just a few channels (and some of those weren t working), and, worst of all NO GUIDE channel of any kind so it is impossible to know what is showing on any of them. It s like watching in 1954.

This place was a sauna. Walked in the building and through the hallways and it was hot. Got into the room to find the heat was on. Alright, maybe no one has been in it since winter but the rest of the building? No Idea, it was 96 degrees outside. The building AC should have been on.However, building is goregous and the furnishings really nice. Everything is clean and in new'ish' condition.I was told by my companions that the staff was also really nice but I did not interact with them. However I did see my friend's daughter's bunny folded up in a blanket with a note telling her to take good care of it while we were in her room. Loved this. Wish I'd taken a picture.Normally I'd give this a 5 star (I mean the bunny being wrapped up) but I don't understand why the building was so warm so I have to put it as a 4.

Showing it s age! The public area is nice, but the rooms are a bit dated. The breakfast buffet has been changed or really downgraded. Pricing is a bit high as no competition exist in the community

We started this trip off knowing it was going to be a hot, long, & tiring weekend. Prior to arrival, Ross removed any and all concerns about checking in fast and getting the room setup for my 7 month pregnant wife. He truly represented what real customer service embodies. Over the next three days, the facilities were amazing, the breakfast tasty, & the hotel well located in the center of town! Will absolutely return to this hotel every time we visit family in the area just for Ross service.

This was a mixed bag for me. But I still gave it 4 stars. The room was nice, clean and newish. Bathroom was clean as well. The shower curtain didn't have weights on the bottom so alot of billowing during the shower. The water pressure is excellent. Bed was soft and pillows were nice. The sheets and blanket didn't go all the way to the top Of the bed so my shoulders were cold at night. Only lipton tea in the room. I also had some sort of humming ever few minutes, maybe from another room heater. Annoying but not enough to keep me from sleep. Room doors slam really loud. Check in was easy and checkout was easy. Breakfast was good and hot. Clean and lots to chose from. Staff was friendly and helpful and cheerful. Would stay again.

Staff were friendly but the heating in our room wasn't acting correctly. No matter what option we used..it would shut off before heating up the room.Their breakfast was basically junk, 2 sad looking clementines. As far as their pantry...no meals - just a few sugary drink choices and snacks like chips etc. The room itself was clean and bed was fine but the curtains in the middle are see through and no way to block them entirely out.

Room is comfortable but need more lighting. Not enough outlets as you have to unplug things to plug in the coffee maker. Watch out for the Master Switch on the wall by then door as it will shut off a lot of the outlets.Breakfast was good.

The hotel is in a good location for visiting Lock Haven University. It is within walking distance. It is also close to downtown Lock Haven. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. There is a good selection of food at the complimentary breakfast - eggs, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, pastries, bagels, yogurt, etc. The one negative I give is that the pool is small and the jets in the hot tub didn't work.

This is a standard Fairfield inn and suites and doesn't seem to have been renovated anytime soon. It was clean and adequate. We were concerned because they had a ton of people staying in the hotel that we're partying outside, but not wrapped it up and went back to the room so it was not loud at all. They got a rollaway bed into a room with almost no notice and the staff was very responsive.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and would stay here again myself. The room, hallways, lobby, and common areas were all spotless. Front desk staff were very friendly. Had plenty of heat on a night when the temperature went down to 9 below zero.My only mild complaint was the breakfast, which was just OK. But the breakfast is free, so I can't really complain too much about it.

Clean and friendly. Breakfast average hotel food. Only weird issue was the curtains in the room were shear and light from surrounding businesses reflected into the room. Oh yea great shower water pressure too.

I enjoyed my stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites in Lock Haven, Pa. I stayed for business. The service and rooms were excellent! The free breakfast was good and we found alot of local bars which sold local craft beer. One, Hangar 9, was within walking distance at about two blocks away. Nice area, nice hotel!

The place was very clean and easy to locate. Very close to PSU only about a 35 minute drive. Quiet and decent hot tub and pool. Staff was nice and breakfast included a waffle maker eggs and sausage.

In town for a trail race, beds were clean and comfortable, hot tub was hot, breakfast was well stocked and a good variety. Enjoyed the lime water in the lobby. Friendly and efficient staff.

The best. Even if it is 30 minutes drive from the Eastern States 100 venue, it is still the best option to stay. Don't sacrifice your comfort to the cheaper ones out there otherwise just camp.I would recommend this place to every EA100 runner.
