My family and I have taken all our cars there for decades. They are always fair and I have never felt taken advantage of (a fear of many women seeking car repairs). They are very knowledgeable and explain things in easy to understand terms. I will be a lifetime customer, and I hope they are always around to serve:)

Exceptional service. Was recommended by a person I know. My experience so far with other local mechanics was not very good until I took my car to Elwoods. Best rate in town, followed and actually listened to customer's problems. Corrected our problems without going overboard or being ripped off with unnecessary repairs. Would definitely go back.Service: Brake service & repair

Good, honest guys. I had told them when I scheduled that I was told it needed brakes and rotors. After they looked it over, they said it did need rotors, but did not need brakes now, but possibly next year. It is hard to come across that kind of honesty today. These guys fix what needs fixed and get you on your way, fairly quickly. Pricing is good as well and even better people skills. I will absolutely be returning to Elwood s for anything I need done in the future!

You can always rely on elwoods to give you quality service at a great price. Oil changes are done with all fluids checked and fluids topped if needed. Always taking valuable time to explain what s going on with your car as well. They are the only garage I have ever taken my car to and not had to worry about being misled or over charged. Couldn t be happier with their service

My husband, father in law, grandmother have been going to Elwood Garage forever. When I moved back from Florida in 2000 we use them now and ARE A MILLION PERCENT SATISFIED....HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My daughter who still lives in the area goes there with her 60s edition Convertible Bug.

I just want to correct the review from Luke Swinehart. Luke is my 15yr old son who doesn't own a truck & did not write the review!!! Our family has taken their vehicles to Elwoods for well over 30years!!! We have never once been disappointed or treated badly!!! Barry, Charlie and Brandon are the best & always take great care of us!! I am just sorry that someone used my sons name to put a negative review on their family business! I hope this helps. You guys will always be 5 Stars to our family!!

If you want some straight talk and honest answers to your vehicle condition and needs, regardless of what it may be: this is the most experienced team I know of in Centeral Pa, bare none. If ever there was a 5 star team, they are the one.
