Paid $80 for a spare key to my van. When I picked up the key, they told me it would be another $60 to program it! If they would have told me that in the beginning, I never would have ordered it! You just lost a local customer for life.

Just purchased a 2022 corvette. Entire staff was great to work with and I couldn't be happier. I live in NC and Titus took care of the entire transaction over the phone and via email. After the purchase the management was even able to set up delivery back to NC. . Highly recommend!

The sales person we worked with was absolutely amazing. His name was Nathan and we loved him, he did a very great job and was very nice. On the other hand the service guy that I kept speaking with over the phone was absolutely rude to me for no reason. He would not let me finish when I was trying to explain to him the problems I have been having with the car he just wanted to keep telling me nothing is wrong with it. I believe his name was Greg, or something similar. I m also very upset that they told me that nothing is wrong with my car after I went through all the hassle of bringing it in and paying for a rental car and then towing and diagnoses fee. It is still making the same exact sound I told them it was making. I will honestly probably just take it to another garage and pay the deductible of our warranty instead of working with the service department at your location.We had the absolute best experience purchasing the vehicle in 2020 when we bought it. Was very disappointed that we were not treated the same way by the service department.

Vehicle was serviced for a wiper recall after picking up keys and checking vechicle the plastic cowl valance was not cliped back, right. I also had to reattach the weatherstripping directly underneath the hood on that piece. I feel that there should have been more attention to detail and more pride taken in the work. Also by the battery where plastic lifts for battery that seem was broken. Must have happened when cowl valance was removed.

This was the easiest transaction I have ever had. They made it extremely easy for me to fill everything out online prior to being there since I am 2 hours away. Plus sending pics of my current trade from my phone. I was able to work while doing all this. We picked a day I could get there to sign the documents as well. All paperwork was done on time and as soon as I got there I was able to sign everything needed and was out of there within an hour. They were fast, and so easy going and extremely nice. Showed us everything we asked about the truck. Great place! Would go there again in a heartbeat!

I am sure it is a good dealership in many ways...I will say I was disappointed to pay 90$ to install a battery.. we bought the battery there..We were traveling out of state...and they did have one in stock and told us to come right over.. so for that I gave them the rating..

Took my 2020 silverado with turbo waste gate code (still under drive train warranty) to get checked. They had no clue what to look for, said it has a bulletin on wires rubbing and it was not covered under warranty. Would not give a quote to fix said they would have to do it on a t&m rate at 105 an hour. Guy at service desk and service manager are rude. Wires are not the problem waste gate actuator needs reset.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HERE. they charged me 112 and did absolutely nothing to the truck but read in their computer on what to do!

A very kind group of people who are very willing to work with you at all times and even more so in an emergency. I'm sitting here now because of a braking issue that occurred for awhile ago. Was leaving a place of business and went to stop. No brakes and was able to get here quickly a d they are now working on my vehicle. Can't reccomend them enough. Great dealership and workers!!

Until I bought this Mailibu, I never used a dealership for PM work. The guys at MacIntyre changed my mind. They are some of the most courteous and nice people you could hope to find anywhere.

Was quoted and received money from insurance for a dent. When I took vehicle in to get repaired it now cost $1,400 more then quote. Was told car must have been dirty last time and we didn t see the full damage. When I reached out to a supervisor I was told he would talk to guy at body shop and get back to me. This was over a month ago. I have heard nothing and will never use them again.Side note..... Todd is the man. Wish he didn t work for them. So great to work with.

Everyone was great with us. Brandy was excellent showing the car, selling the car and even came to our home to pick us up to get the car. One of the best car sales lady ever. Keith was very professional with the paper work and also very polite. Dick was also very good but Brandy is the best.

Buying the vehicle was a good experience. Price of new vehicle was reasonable and my trade in value for my vehicle was also reasonable. I am dealing with possible transmission issues at the moment, but I am sure MacIntyre will treat me fairly.

The MacIntyre staff is always helpful and courteous. They are like family. We have been dealing with this dealership for approximately 40 years. We drive an hour and pass several dealerships, but MacIntyre is our dealership. I hope that GM realizes what an asset MacIntrye's is to the corporation.

Terrible for service. If you have a foreign car DO NOT TRY TO GO HERE. When I had an issue with my exaust they refused to to the work. I had to go elsewhere... I spent over two grand.... Would have spent that money here because they're closer to home..... But they REFUSED to do the work. Now just recently I went to them for a standard service and all they did was an oil change because they said.... Listen we don't know what Nissan recommends for their service intervals. They pulled one spark plug and said they needed replaced but again REFUSED to do it. Told me I had to go to a Nissan dealership to have it done. When I got back into my car.... All of my manuals were pulled out of the glove box and we're thrown all over my passenger side. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE.

Accompanied a buddy of mine to look at a 1969 Camaro for sale. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and pleasant, and he was given 5 star treatment for inspecting and driving the car, which he subsequently purchased. Nate was very patient as was Mr. MacIntyre.
