They got me right in, needed the car for an upcoming vacation. Their work was excellent and they kept you up to date on the progress of the car. Their customer service was second to none ( Thank you, Jordan) . They answered all my questions. I have recommended this shop to friends and family. Keep up with the good work. I hope that I don t have to see you again but it depends on these damn deer.

Autobody Evolution did an excellent job keeping me up to date and informed with the process. Although the process took longer than expected due to some hiccups and staff change , the crew did their best to move things along and keep me aware. The damage was from a hit and run incident so it was great getting my car back to new!

Able to get me in for an estimate quickly. Luckily the parts I needed were available and they were able to get me according to my schedule in about a week. Repairs were completed in about 5 days. My car looks as good as new. There is a slight difference in my pinstripe on the repaired side, but it is kind of a difficult pattern to reproduce and it still looks great. Would definitely recommend this shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Highly recommend Auto Body Evolution! Several parts delays were encountered during my repair. The customer service was excellent & Jordan kept me updated along the way. Definitely not a reputable company. Had a minor bump to a ladies hitch, she took the vehicle here after her husband said the hitch showed cracked welds. A 15 mph accident that only came in contact with her receiver and hitch that stuck out 12". My vehicle never touched hers. Received an estimate from here with body work, computer analysis, etc etc.. what a rip-off, either she's related or just another company trying to take advantage of honest people. Either way stay away. I even offered to pay out of pocket rather than insurance, and still was treated unfairly. My opinion if you want to screw someone over, this is the place..

This place was absolutely amazing to deal with! While on vacation the guys at bobs did an outstanding job getting my chrysler 300 all fixed up. Everyone there was on point with communication, follow ups, updates were given daily and when i arrived back i couldnt have been pleased with the work, these guys will continue to have our business

It took two months to repair the car here and told me that the car needs to be scrapped. I asked them to send me the contents of the car. They sent me the garbage and waste paper in the car, but the e-zpass and the air pump did not Sent it back to me, but today found out that the e-zpass was used and charged my credit card 09/01 Call you, you don't admit that the ezpass device is in your place. Today, I want to reinstall the dash cam, but I found that your power cord is damaged. Is this what you do?

We had an excellent experience with Bob s Collision! Our van was back before the estimated time and he even delivered it to us. The repairs are perfect and he vacuumed the entire inside which was a wonderful surprise to this busy mom! I would highly recommend them for any body repair work!

Be careful if you break down. They charge 100 for a 7 min drive about 5 miles. The guy who came was also rude and very disrespectful. I fear their shop will be just as bad and just as a comparison my father less than a year ago had a tow for 245 miles from Frederick MD for about 250 when his timing chain went up.

I was completely disappointed on my last service visit. I have been a customer of this shop for a number of years, and was completely satisfied With the previous ownership! I m sorry to say I can no longer recommend this shop. After spending hundreds of dollars the problem still wasn t solved and the car was taken to the shop three different times for the same issue. When I asked if I could speak with the owner, the manager and district manager both refused to give me the owner s contact information! This whole situation was handled completely unprofessionally and I unfortunately won t be going back for any service here.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
