I went to this location to use the pet wash, I asked the employee if it was open. She said it was but that it was a little dirty since they didn't have a chance to clean it. I was figuring someone came in before me and washed there dog so I am like that's no problem. Well sadly it was a huge problem, upon opening the door to the wash I was hit in the face by the worst smell of dog. The floor and tables were covered in thick dog hair. It was truly the grossest thing I have ever seen. I went back to the front and asked for a refund, which I was given. The employee I talked to was very nice and understanding when she gave me my refund. The employees are very nice but there dog wash should be shut down if they don't want to clean it. My rating only reflected the state of the dog wash room.

The staff went above and beyond at this location. We live in Lebanon and the tractor supply in our town were out of dog food I was working so much I didn t get much spare time so freaking out 10 minutes before the store close I asked if the next closest location had it which was 12 minutes away from the Lebanon store. My Boy friend called and they said they would stay open for us so we were able to get dog food!!! Life savers our three German shepherd were more than thankful!

I go here often, like a lot! Between my 22 chickens, 3 dogs, pet bunny, parakeet, gerbils, fish, and our outside fish pond, this is our go to place for all of those needs!! It's very unusual if we can't find what we came for. In fact I most often leave with more then I intended to buy!The staff is always the most friendly and helpful!! Even when we took our new puppy and she had a little accident. An employee assured us that was part of their job, didn't make us feel bad at all and even reminded us to please bring her back in soon!Absolutely one of my favorite stores!!!

Beautiful store! Clean and organized. Great selection and the staff is so warm, friendly and helpful. Most of all, my sweet little Vera Bear loves to shop here and visit with the customers and staff. She is always offered a treat from the cashier

Great addition to Lititz. Nice staff, Mike and Stacey were willing to help, advise, and just chat too. Nice experience buying a crate for our dopey dog Sunny.

Most tractor supply stores are not this clean and organized. Was greeted when i came in ans latet was asked if they could help me. Felt almost as helpful and friendly as ACE Hardware. Impressive!

Customer service is one of the reasons for the 5 star review, the team here always has a smile on their face and gives a welcome when walking through the door! Clean store, well organized and a wide variety of pet, farm and lawn and garden goods.

I love this TS! They have the sweetest staff. One staff member helped bring out dog food to my car and loaded it right in my trunk for me in the pouring rain without me having to ask. The store appeared well stocked and immaculately clean. Everyone was kind and courteous. I look forward to my future visits! Thank you!

The manager was on the floor and very helpful. The store outside and inside was clean, along with stocked shelves. This is the best TSC I've been to in central pa.

I enjoy shopping here once or even twice a week. Always greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. I shop here because they do not enforce the mask garbage like some people cry about. They might lose your dollars but they're making mine.

The people there are very friendly, but not creepy friendly, and have always gone above & beyond to help if you have questions or can't find something. The store is clean & well kept. But.. 2 times now I was playing beat the clock on a Sunday night. Well tonight, being a Sunday, I arrived at 6:36 & only need dry cat food & litter. I kinda started panicking when the doors wouldn't open because they are only ones that carry a special food that I need & i travel a several miles to get ther and was completely out of the food so I knocked a few times. A young lady walked up with two customers trailing behind her and she politely explained they were closed. I mentioned that it wasn't 7:00 yet, but she just said 'sorry' & I walked away. Appreciate this store, but kinda miffed now. I can understand an emergency or something, but no one seemed in a hurry & I'm pretty sure she could've let me grab my 2 things quickly. Open til 7:00? Then be open til 7:00.

Always a good experience at the Lititz location.Shelves are normally stocked well.Lots of varied products available.Pet wash station.Vet vaccinations on a monthly basis in warm weather months.No mask required!Pleasant staffPlenty of outdoor parking

On Saturday, March 11th, 2023, my church had a men's breakfast meeting near my favorite Tractor Supply store in Brickerville, PA. I need a new 2" Ball for a receiver hitch mount, so I brought the square metal mount with an old 1 7/8" ball attached to make sure the new ball would fit it.I encountered store manager John Wolf for the second time after the fantastic service he provided us last year by buying a storage locker and other supplies. So I asked him for help in finding the ball.John walked me to the correct aisle and took the ball off the shelf. "This is what you need," he said, asking me if I needed help talking the old ball off and installing the new one. WOW!! WHO DOES THAT?? I hesitated for a second, but I thought I would struggle at home with my small hand tools to get the huge nut off holding the old ball on. I felt a little embarrassed to say yes, but realizing how hard it might be to do it myself, I accepted his offer.So then John walks me to another aisle, takes two giant wrenches off their display area, and tells me we can do this outside. Then John leads me out to the parking lot to his own private vehicle to put my receiver mount in the receiver hitch on his truck to do the job.It was a cold, windy February day, and here was John outside with only a light jacket on, taking my old ball off and putting the new one on. I held one of the wrenches to help a little, but he did it in no time. John saved me a lot of time and hassle.In my corporate past, my company used to fly me to Germany once every year or two to stay in a castle owned by our billionaire company owner for a weeklong seminar on various business improvement topics taught by some big city consulting group. One time we had a session on customer service. They introduced the concept that more than just satisfying your customers was needed. We were trained to think out of the box to "DELIGHT" our customers.John Wolf must have taught a university-level course on that subject because I was delighted by his thoughtfulness and effort to go way above and beyond that day. Thanks, John, for your delightful customer service. You outdid yourself.

Good Old Fashion Customer ServiceMy wife and I wanted to purchase a lockable storage unit this past summer and found one we liked online at Tractor Supply so we decided to drive to a local store and check it out. Even though it was a few more miles away we decided to drive to the store in Brickerville at 70 W 28th Division Hwy, Lititz, PA because it would make a nice scenic drive.I also needed to find oil change supplies for my new Zero Turn mower. When we got to the store we were greeted by a nice young woman who directed us to the section of the store that had the oil filters. I could not find what I needed so as decided to move over and look for the locker unit. There in the middle of the store, we met John Wolf who we later found out was the store manager.We told John we wanted to purchase a particular storage unit we saw online. John helped us locate the model we wanted and then he asked us if we needed anything else. We told him I was trying to locate an oil filter for my Toro Time Saver Zero turn mower. I had seen one just like mine in front of the store. John took us right to the parts section I have previously been searching in. He located a likely fit but then walked me out to the mower in front of the store with the filter in hand to let me confirm it was a match.I then inquired about garden hoses. John walked us over to the garden hoses and gave us a detailed review of the hoses they had. They had a much larger selection of hose than I had seen at any other stores. They also carried a number of very heavy and high-quality hoses. It was amazing how much John knew about each one. He could tell us what customers had said about most of them and which ones he felt would meet my needs best. Not the normal experience where you ask a question about a product and the store employee looks puzzled and then reads you the label.Then after we checked out John personally helped us cart the new storage unit and our oil filters to the parking lot and helped us load the very heavy safe in the back of our SUV. I warned us not to try to lift it by the plastic straps that bound the packaging together. He told us they could break and cause someone to fall. We were impressed with his thoughtfulness and attention to detail. Very nice!John was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our experience. The Brickerville store is a little out of our way but we will certainly go back. It s worth a few extra miles for good old fashion customer service.I had intended to write the review months ago but lost Johns name so I finally got around to calling the store to get his name so he could receive the credit he deserves.Thanks to John Wolf for a really fruitful and pleasant shopping experience.
