Brought my Subaru to them after i hit a deer an the car looks brand new! Super good customer service an they time there time an make sure everything is perfect as it can be. Couldn t be any happier how the job turned out, hopefully won t have to do anymore body work to the car for a long time but if anything ever happens again i wont hesitate to bring my car back there. 10/10 recommend Thank you guys for your amazing work!Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

S & A repaired 4 holes from front vanity plate on My 2016 Challenger, also replaced a scratched up grill surround and did a touchup on a knick. All looks great. Thanks, Dave P

2016 Scion I'm.. named Fireball. Here are some pictures. The only thing painted was the front bumper and they did a remarkable job as usual. (They also painted one of my Harley's). The best thing about is I didn't have to spend whole lot of time cleaning when I got it back. They were very clean with the whole job. Thank You all over there at S&A Paint for doing such a fine job.

Charged for greeting the customer. Charged for each entry made into their computer system. I was shocked when I reviewed the bill. I was referred because they do good work. But I've never been charged for paperwork at a shop. They are nice, but I guess they even charge for that.

Why 2 star, even thought the workmanship is excellent? I have used S & A for over 25 years. Always was great. However, recent change in management has created a doubt about the integrity.I had scratches on my relatively new car. The estimate from S & A was $3,500+. Insurance approved only $1,300+. When I asked S & A for detailed comparison, he refused to even meet with me.At another shop in my neighborhood, that has an excellent references from people I know, gave me $1,000+ for the same work!It appears to me that the business is very good, and shortage of staffing, allows him to charge more, if the client is not doing comparison shopping.

This company is exceptional! I've had three vehicles done by them, and they deliver. Estimates are very cose, and they handle all the insurance work when necessary.

I choose s & a at the reccomendation of several friends after my car was hit while parked. I was concerned as I know my paint color is difficult to match. s & a made my car look brand new again and always stayed in touch with me throughout the process. I won't go anywhere else after this I'm so happy to have my car back good as new.

Wow, what an exceptional experience with S&A! My van had some minor damage from an accident, and I researched around for quotes and sought opinions from people who have used body repair shops in the area. So many recommended S&A! From the very beginning, Bill and Todd were professional, friendly, and helpful! They were always quick to respond, quick to send estimates, and quick to answer my questions. Our van was finished within the estimated repair dates given, and it looks beautiful! Truly flawless work. THEN we realized they also went above and beyond by vacuuming and cleaning up the whole interior of our vehicle! We have three kiddos and it hasn t seen a good vacuuming in quite a while so I m really grateful and appreciative of such a gesture! Thank you guys for all your work! I have used S&A on two occasions. On a scale of 1 to 10, Bill and his team were an 11! Dealing with Bill was a real pleasure. Honest and complete assessments with very high quality follow through. No cutting corners: they clearly want to maintain their high end reputation. On time delivery, good communication, and explanations of any issues proactively. My family has used them 3 times, and when insurance was involved it was handled very well: they clearly knew how to navigate the process and kept us well informed along the way. They also advised not to proceed with body repairs on one occasion once the car was on the lift, due to extensive rust and the age of the vehicle. I have no inclination to seek out another body shop and would use them again, if ever needed. Their advice and work is just excellent.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After my Mini Cooper was rear ended by an 18 wheeler,, I took it to S & A for repairs. They handled the repairs and insurance portion professionally and excellently! Bill keep me updated and in the loop the entire time with getting parts, repairs and insurance issues. Very accommodating! Top notch! Would not hesitate taking my vehicle there again! I can only sing their praises. I was extremely happy with everything they did. Quick and easy to get a quote. Easy to communicate and deal with. My truck was completed when they said it would be done. And the most important thing......their work was spectacular! I deal with vehicles every day. I've seen enough of bad paint and body work. I couldn't find a blend or a different texture line in their work. Absolutely perfect. This is no surprise to me, as soon as I realized a valet attendent drove my truck up against a concrete pillar, I immediately knew where I was taking my truck......no doubt.....S & A. Thank you for great work!

I browsed around lititz area for the "right" shop and in the end chose them to go to and have NO regrets. They were very professional, kind and welcoming. My nissan pathfinder had about 5k in damage and they made her look brand new. Could NEVER tell it was even in a accident. They also got it back to me in a timely matter. Which was very important because its our only vehicle shared between us. Highly recommend them. I was concerned about a engine knock as well and they reassured me it was normal for my car and if anything were to arise I could give them a call. Its so nice to know my car is in good hands! I dropped a friend off who was bringing his car here for body work. He's dealt with them for years and had highly recommended them. While I was there I asked them to take a look at a small issue I was having with my car to get an estimate. The plastic lining from the inside of my hatchback was coming loose. Todd took a look at it and fixed it on the spot with some spare parts he had in his junk drawer. He didn't charge me anything to fix it! I'll definitely come here in the future if I need any work done.

My daughter has been working with them - they are fixing her fender-bender and she has been extremely happy with their customer service. I was in the office with her...very clean, orderly, and very friendly, helpful staff. If I ever have to have work done, I will take my car there.

Took in my son's VW Tiguan for body work. Had a run in with a pole. S &A did an estimate for us within a couple of hours. We did get a second estimate since it was an out of pocket expense. S &A came in very close to the other shop but their professionalism and willingness to work us in when they had time won us over! We always try to give local businesses priority and they exceeded our expectations! Not only did they keep us informed of some changes but they did a gorgeous job. It came back to us spic and span inside and out. This shop gets an A+ in my book!Service: Body & Trim

Didn't put enough clear coat on my hood is already lost its color should not be loosing its color. If they put 2coats of clear coat on it would be nice. It's a shame matched the color perfect. If you get your car done here make sure they put clearcoat on!!Service: PaintingService: Painting

Although my repairs were not large, the staff worked very well with me and with the insurance company. When the insurance company wanted to have a used part, they were able to negotiate a new part for the same price and all parts were new. I took my SUV to S & A for body repair after I was side swiped in an auto accident. They did a amazing job! My SUV looks brand new again. They also worked directly with the insurance company and car rental company for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for servicing and repair for their cars. The repair and paint job is amazing, and what started out as a major inconvenience was quickly addressed and more than adequate arrangements were made via the shop. And, the interior of my car hasn't been so clean (in sight and smell) since I bought it 11 years ago! The proprietors were very accommodating to my crazy schedule when it came time to pick up my car, for which I was most grateful. Thank You for a job truly well done!

I accidentally backed into a sign in a parking lot and dented, creased, and broke paint on my 2017 Silverado tailgate. I m fanatical about my truck, It s my pride and joy, so I wasn t willing to let it be fixed half way. I got two other estimates from local highly recommended body shops from my car guy friends. They both came in around the same amount. When I contacted S & A they came in hundreds of dollars less and on top of that Bill had a stellar reputation for being very thorough about his work. I dropped my gate off and a few days later it was ready to be picked up. I couldn t even tell It had ever been damaged. The paint was a spot on match and there wasn t as much as a wave in the metal which had previously been concave and also creased. I would recommend at least getting an estimate from them if you are considering body work.

I chose S&A Body Shop because I have had many negative experiences in the past with other shops in the area. S&A went above and beyond accommodating me and were not pushy with sales/service. Very clean shop, professional service, and done in a timely manner. I didn't even recognize my vehicle when I went to pick it up! Highly recommend S&A to anyone in need of body work!
