You'll never come across a more well stocked, clean, or more pleasant staffed hardware store. If you need something from a hardware store, they probably have it. I would highly recommend the trip there! Just for the experience!

I recently needed parts for my homes water treatment system and as always...PaulB helped me get my project done. Jesse in the plumbing department went above and beyond to locate the exact replacement parts I needed. It's workers like this that make PaulB my go to store for all of my projects. If it's hardware, if it's tools, if it's lawn and garden supplies, if it's plumbing or electrical supplies, if it's ag/industrial parts, it's here! They are my go-to if I need hardware or tools, especially hard-to-find items. Prices are reasonable, but the main reason I shop here is because I can depend on their having what I'm looking for. They also offer a broad array of services not offered by smaller stores: Custom glass and screens, lock rekeying, power tool repair, and so much more! "One Stop Shop," for real!

in need of assistance to add a lock on bi fold doors. And a key lock added to my spare bedroom door. After explaining needs I was happily assisted by two well inform employees. Brian and Jason. Knowledgeable, and with smiles. I was in and out in minutes with every thing I needed. So refreshing to have excellent customer service. Actuality helping .

Excellent customer service! Great products that you're not going to find at the big box stores. Awesome Stihl, Milwaukee, and Dewalt products and service. You will find numerous items, including standard and metric screws and bolts, drill bits, welding supplies, farm supplies, steel and pvc pipe, and safety products. They also make hydraulic hoses with a large assortment of fittings. It's a great full service hardware store!

This is my 3 year old nephew's favorite store if that means anything to you. Also, the staff is very helpful and it's a great place to find those odd pieces the big chains don't carry.

I am totally disappointed with the service and atmosphere at Paul B. Just about every visit my order is incorrectly checked out at the register. Their mask mandate is totally unscientific and I hear it is harming their staff. There are multiple reasons AB Martin is my favorite hardware supplier in Ephrata.

Been coming here ever since I can remember for tools , painting supplies , etc. Also have a great Stihl selection and the employees usually know their products.

Good supply store with vast assortment of nuts, bolts, and washers. They also have a good selection of cordless power tools from top brands like Milwaukee, Dewalt, and Makita. They also directed me where to get warranty for my Gerber multi-tool. Please be aware that in response to Covid-19 on Saturday morning from 6AM to 7AM they are open for the high risk and elderly.

Came out from NJ where there s no hardware stores as big as Paul B. I was amazed at the size and the variety they have. Employees are attentive and prices just about match big box stores. Also some other well known name tools that you can t find in big box stores. Wonderful place and I ll definitely stop here again when I m out this way.

Good place for all of your Hardware needs. Every time you go, you will find new things that they sell. If they don't have them in stock, they can get them!

Awesome service and quality. They have everything in hardware that you need and have very good inventory while other stores are struggling to keep stuff on the shelves. Very good over the phone service if you're looking for something unique.

Best place in the area for tools and hardware. If we need tools or hardware I don't think the big box stores can compete. The prices are a bit higher but the service here more than makes up for it. The only thing I've found them lacking a bit is lumber. They only have the basics when it comes to that. They've had a few expansions and moved things around since my initial review so they're now carrying more tools and hardware. Still the best place to go locally.

I was told by someone that this place has everything that I need,I went and found out this place definitely had everything I need. I do lawn care and this place is a life saver and they have good prices 20 out of 5 stars.

They are sometimes out of the stuff I need but I'll blame that on the fact that so many people shop there, that the good stuff moves really quick. I wish they would open a store on the east side of Ephrata. Overall, this is probably my favorite place to shop and I do recommend it.

They have pretty much everything you would need for your home or job. Top notch tools,paint department,plumbing department,electrical department, tool repair, lawn garden repair, too many to list. If you have never been do yourself a favor and go!

I never post reviews but I was truly impressed with my first experience with Paul B s today. Incredible consumer service. Staff was knowledgeable, pleasant, and went out of their way to ask if I needed any help. Will definitely go back to this store over big box hardware stores. The manager of this store should be proud of the team they have there.

They have almost everything I need for repairs and stuff. They are not as stocked as Home Depot and Lowe's, but they are good for local hardware and tools. Nice to have people stationed around at multiple help desks for directing customers where to find what they need

Awesome shopping with a large selection of everything! Good quality products! I like the layout of this hardware store. Its the largest I've ever seen. Friendly helpful workers that are always there to help you with a cheerful smile. Come here for all your hardware needs plus much much more! I'll be back to shop here when I get in the area!!!

First time here and I loved it. Very wide selection of hardware. Reasonable pricing. Best of all, I spent 45 minutes there and was asked if I needed any help over 5 times. This will be my go to place for real hardware needs.

without question the best hardware store to ever exist. Imagine walking into Home Depot but the employees actually know what they are talking about. These guys are pros from top to bottom. Only down side is that it is nearly impossible to leave without spending part of my kids inheritance

Great store! I will say as they grow their service gets worse. This is not a complaint just a noticed fact. No other hardware store like it. I enjoy meeting the Zimmerman's in the store don't lose that as the next generations take over.
