Nice folks to deal with. They did a great job repairing my car even though parts for it are extremely difficult to find. They did it in good time and at a great price. Processing my insurance was a breeze, too. They are pleasant to talk to and they keep you abreast of progress and expected finish date. Lititz Collision makes the bad experience of a wrecked car much more bearable. If I ever need my car repaired again I will head straight to them.

Wow! Amazing experience here after a fender bender. Scheduling was seamless. They helped to arrange a rental car that was waiting on site. Repairs were great quality! Also best part is they detailed the interior to make things look so fresh and new! Thanks for the great customer service.

Went for paintless dent repair on one of the doors and a fender. I m very happy with the quality of the repair. The staff is great to work with, they are friendly and courteous. I can definitely recommend Lititz Collision!

Great shop and great staff! They will work with you to resolve any issues or questions you may have. Good, quality repair work done on time for a reasonable price. Nobody plans on getting into an accident, but if it happens call Lititz Collision. My car drives like new!

I took my OEM Miata hardtop over to Mitch and his crew to get some light fiberglass and bodywork done, as well as painted. It came out perfect and I couldn t be happier. Price was the best I could find within a pretty wide radius. Before and after pictures of the top.

I took my vette to them for a driver's door replacement. They did a quality job/ painting. They are very friendly and courteous. If Lititz Collision is not the best autobody garage it is clearly in the top three in the nation. The work to repair my wrecked car was top notch, but the service and attention to detail complete with detailing the interior was above and beyond. I received timely phone calls updating me on the status of my 2016 Subaru Legacy and was greeted with friendly faces and a lifetime guarantee on their work when I arrived to pick up my car that looks brand new. After my car was hit from behind, I brought it here to get an estimate and repairs. These guys do amazing work they were kind and made a horrible situation a whole lot easier. The process took about a month total and I bet it was a process. I know it was an ordeal pulling my car apart to get the needed repairs done since the damage, while localized, were to panels that went far, far forward and around. I prefer a job done right than a job rushed and slapped together.I could not be more grateful for their workmanship. I was half expecting to get my red car back with some pineapple yellow parts but instead it looks. exactly. the. same. They even replaced my bumper stickers I would've lost one of which being from when we went on our honeymoon so it meant a lot. My car came back squeaky clean inside and out and smelled like lilacs. Can't even tell anything ever happened! I love that they're partnered with Enterprise so getting a rental was easy too. Spectacular work.Hopefully I never have to come back, but if lightning strikes twice, I know where I'd go.

These guys are awesome! Took my car there yesterday because it had gotten side-swiped over the weekend and I needed a ball park estimate to see if I'd want to file a claim with my insurance. Mitch, the General Manager came out to take a look, went and got a buffer, and buffed the scratch right off, no charge! Merry Christmas in August!

They are the best!!! The quality of work is only surpassed by the quality of customer service. They are knowledgeable and very friendly. They keep the lines of communications open the whole time. They even help when it comes to a rental car. They really give you the feeling that they will go above and beyond for you. I recommend Roy's 1000%

Mitch, was very helpful in figuring out what happened and to fix the issue with my 2014 xterra rear door. He had taken the time out of his busy day to fix the door. I will bring my other vehicles to this location.

Worst customer service ever wih below average work. We have had body work done on our vehicle just before the pandemic and are very pleased.Recently we Requested an estimate on some body rust around the rear wheel wells.We received very honest, clear and reasonable advice on the estimated cost and alternate approaches to our situation.We will definitely employ Roy's Body Shop for any future needs that may necessitate their services.
