The body shop completed a fender repair on our SUV with fantastic results. The fender looked as good as new and the paint was a perfect match. Mike was great to work with and kept us updated through the entire process. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for excellent customer service and quality second to none!

Had a repair done here and greeted by Mike the manager who was super nice and very knowledgeable. They are upfront and honest and my car looks brand new! Best repair shop around. Will continue going there for my service as well. The quality of their team is outstanding down to getting my car detailed before picking it up!

The staff and service at Lititz Collision are top notch! I dropped my car off for repair and informed them that my brother in Ohio had passed away. I asked that if possible I needed my car back in 3 days for the drive to the funeral. Mike called throughout the week to update me on the progress. The staff worked on it right up to closing the day before I needed to leave. It was finished and the repair was perfect! The camera, radar and body repair all worked and looked fantastic! I highly recommend this place!

Mike and his team were awesome start to finish. Easy process going through insurance, and best of all, WOW! The body work was incredible. Amazingly recreated and restored the whole front of my car. Additionally, my car is a weird color and they found it!! They also worked hard to find some after market detailing parts I had! I am totally stoked with my "new"car!! Thanks Mike and the Paint guy-i forget his name! Dang!

They are amazing here they do everything you can think the services is amazing this is the best service I've ever had at any body shop I will never go anywhere else i will suggest this place to every one and any one you will not be disappointed if you go here to get any work done. They put my LED lights in 40 mins I was in and out. Talk to Brandon or Mike they are great people and will get you right the first time every time.

Elmer and his employees have helped with my service and auto body needs for over three years now. The body work they did was top notch. I work for a dealership so I see customers trade cars in with terrible fixes and bad paint jobs. Not only did I get an excellent job, my bill was almost $1000 less than the insurance check. They go the extra mile and have even picked up or returned my car during my work day for service when my schedule did not allow me to get out. Impressive work and priced well under the industry standard rates. I will recommend all my friends and family here.

Terrible fiberglass skills they just slapped it on and did no sanding was not impressed very overpriced will not ever go their again. very disrespectful noy good with customer service
