Found vehicle on line... Kellers is 3 hours from my house... .but i would drive that far again in a second! Tyler was awesome & the rest of the staff was amazing as well. They will be the first place i look next time i need a vehicle. Thanks Tyler!!!!!

After several phone calls and texts with our salesman, Rick, one of the sales managers, Nick, and one of the finance managers, Chris; my wife and I drove almost 5 hours to pick up my new F150 Tremor. When we arrived, the entire team greeted us and made my wife and my 2 dogs feel extremely welcome. They had the truck ready to go and Chris took less than an hour to walk us through all the paperwork while the rest of the Keller team entertained our dogs. Then they offered us suggestions for hotels and places to eat. This was by far, the best experience I have ever had working with ANY dealership around the country. I highly recommend Keller Bros. and I will look to them first, before purchasing any new vehicles in the future. Thank you to Team Keller.

I found my vehicle on car gurus. I messaged and Brenna immediately responded. I met with her when I went to look at my car and she was great. Finance department did a great job getting me a lower loan rate than I had expected. I will definitely look at Keller Bros again for future purchases.

Mike, Tyler, Chris and the entire staff at Keller Brothers Ford in Lititz, Pa was absolutely INCREDIBLE to work with. They were completely honest, upfront, knowledgeable and patient with helping me find the right vehicle for me. What a pleasure to work with...they made the experience/process so simple and smooth with a trade-in. I would HIGHLY recommend working with them if you are seriously looking for your next vehicle. Keller Brother people are the best. They make you feel at home, so there's no uncomfortable feeling while going through the process of purchasing a new vehicle. Don't be afraid to challenge them, ask questions, if they don't know, they'll find out. I was fortunate enough to work with Jason and Nate on the purchase of 2 vehicles, a truck for me and an SUV for my wife. You won't regret stopping in to see them.

Just bought a new F150 XLT. Nick Lopez is my salesperson and he has been great throughout the process. Nick was never pushy and truly seemed interested in helping me find exactly what I wanted. Keller Brothers is my kind of dealer. Everyone I interacted with has been friendly and helpful.I learned that most of the people working there, including their parts and service staff have been there for a long time. That is unusual for most dealers who turn over staff frequently. It shows that the owners and management take care of their people.I m happy doing business with a local multi generational family owned business.

Our Lincoln MKC needed a significant transmission repair that Keller diagnosed. Fortunately the vehicle was under CPO warranty. Our service advisor was outstanding, he kept us informed every step of the way, took care of dealing with Ford as well as everything else. We were provided a loaner SUV at no cost also.The repair is top notch, the vehicle is running very well again! We are delighted with the service that we received and will certainly be headed back to Keller for any future needs.

I feel compelled to write a review about Keller Brothers Ford. They really made my day.I don t want to get into many details , but to say they went above and beyond is what happened. In this day and age of customer service dwindling and being hard to come by, this company went out of their way to make me one satisfied customer. This wasn t the first time either ! Customer for life.

Just recently purchased a 2020 Ford Ranger XLT. Nick Lopez was great. If you want an honest dealer and great staff, Keller Bros. Ford is the place to go if you are in the market for a vehicle. Nate, my salesman was very courteous and professional and answered all my questions. All staff at Keller Bros went above and beyond to give great customer service without any pressure to buy. I'm loving my 24 Mustang Gt!

I live in KS and recently purchased an 09 Mustang Bullitt Keller Bros shipped to me, sight unseen!I worked with Brenna for the entire purchase and couldn t have been happier. She sent me videos by request, pictures of every inch of the vehicle, helped with organization of the vehicle shipment. There was an issue with the vehicle about 2 months after buying, and Keller Bros stuck to their used vehicle 3000 miles/3 month warranty. I was able to get it fixed by a local KS Ford dealer and Keller Bros covered the cost.Never met any of these folks in person, but seem like a stand up dealership! Thanks Brenna and crew!

The cooperation of everyone is amazing. I worked with Dan and Phil and they were more than helpful, cooperative, knowledgeable, and patient. I had bought cars there when I lived in Lancaster and even though I now live near Pittsburgh in Western Pennsylvania, I still travel to Lititz to buy all my cars at Keller Brothers Ford. They cannot be beat.

Having lived in PA our entire lives, we retired to the Nashville, TN area a year ago. We were in PA visiting family and friends, and my husband was performing some pastoral duties when our car malfunctioned. On a Friday evening, Keller Bros.agreed to take the car and service it on Saturday. Everyone was SO nice! Extra care was taken to ensure we could safely return to our home in Tennessee. I highly recommend Keller Brothers Ford!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Josh, Rob and everyone in the service department. They went above and beyond! We were in an emergency situation pulling a cargo trailer, traveling with our 4 dogs and the truck blew a boot on the turbo. Josh the parts manager could have easily said they were too busy but instead did everything he could to locate a part and Rob installed it in the hot sun! We felt like family and are amazed there is still this level of professionalism, service and care in business today! When we purchase our next car, we will not think twice about where to go! Recently purchased a 2016 F-150 from them. Experience was fantastic. From start to finish Melanie was so helpful and kind. The wife and I are quite picky and Mel helped us find a truck we love. Pricing was the best in the area and the service/warranties included couldn't be beat.

We bought a new Ford Maverick from Keller Bros. My salesperson (Will) was great to work with and always kept me updated and understood my excitement for this new truck. When signing for the paperwork, there was no push for any extended warranties or anything we were not expecting. It was a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them to others.

It was my first time buying a car all by myself and the team at Keller Bros. Ford were amazing. Jason and Brad were so patient and kind, and really took the time to work with me. Never did I feel pressured into anything. Shoutout to Chris in financing too, very kind and very efficient. I left in a beautiful Ford Bronco feeling genuinely taken care of and very happy with my purchase. Keller Bros. goes above and beyond. Outstanding customer service all around!

Love this place !Straight to the point, not a dog and pony show.Melanie was a professional didn t pressure and put me in a car that suits me the best. The finance box was so low pressure. They didn t push gap, warranty etc just explained everything accordingly. I m a dodge guy however after this service I m open minded to ford

We love our new Explorer. The test drive, the purchase and the process were seamless. Our salesman, Joe, was awesome. We broke the engine in driving from Lititz PA to St Cloud Florida. 27 MPG it was such a nice trip! We highly rate Keller Brothers Ford.
