Straight-shooters with fair pricing. I'm inherently wary of any garage - dealership or otherwise. It's hard to find someone that I like and trust. They do a good job. I typically ask a ton of questions (most of which are likely stupid and unrelated to the work) but they never shy away from taking a lot of time to explain how something works and why it needs to be fixed. I like that. It makes it easier for me to trust them. When I get my car back, it works like it should and there are no random lights on. I can't say the same for the dealership that didn't put air in my one tire after I spent $650 on a repair. Isn't it just common courtesy?? Anyway, give them a try - they're really nice, great about getting you in quickly, they do the work quickly, they do a good job, and their prices are fair.

I highly recommend Good's Auto Service! Over the past month, we've had 3 cars inspected and have also used them for service. They have gone above and beyond every time. Craig and Brian are fantastic to work with and their mechanics are thorough and do great work. Very happy we found them and look forward to using them for all our service needs. Thank you!

I have 2 cars that Goods has been servicing including my 2005 Honda Accord and 2020 CRV for the last 4 years. I have found their services to be trustworthy, professional and come with a fair price. To me it s critical to have an automotive repair shop that I trust and can depend upon and Goods delivers. Incredibly professional! Great work done quickly for a great price! We dropped our car off because it was hemorrhaging oil, and we were really worried about the prognosis. However within an hour of dropping it off they texted me a diagnostic with pictures using an app. I was really impressed by that because it backed up all of their suggestions with actual photos. It was a great way to leverage technology to communicate. They were done with our repair super quickly. I've never been so impressed with a mechanic.

Excellent service from beginning to end: very friendly over the phone as I called and asked whether they could take my car on very short notice. Very professional: they kept me updated by text and email (with report and pictures), they clearly explained the issues my car had. The work was done swiftly and for a reasonable price. I particularly appreciated Brian's friendliness over the phone and in-person. This was my first time using Good's Auto Service and I will definitely stay with them. I highly recommend this business.

I have used Goods Garage for many years as has my family and even grandparents. Goods provides high quality service, reliable estimates and repairs, and cares about their customer. I was worried I would have to push back my inspection due to getting a flat tire, but I strad they changed the tire and did the inspection at a very affordable price. This was my first time using Good s and I was impressed! (As was my dad who will likely bring his vehicle in, too now) My Toyota needed an oil change as well as state inspection and emissions testing. I appreciated how quickly yet thoroughly everything was completed. The detailed report texted/emailed to me was great! I appreciated getting to look at everything before talking to someone. Then it was nice to talk to someone who was friendly, courteous, and honest - not pushy at all! Charges were reasonable, especially for such great service and for a local business so close to home.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Recently relocated to the area, and finding a friendly, professional, ethical and trustworthy place for one's vehicle, not an easy task to tackle. We needed to have our vehicle inspected and was handled wonderfully. Brian was so polite, professional and pleasing and kept us in the loop from start to vehicle pick-up. This was my first experience with Good's Auto Service, I gave them a try after my long time garage left me disappointed! I was so impressed, they are very courteous and helpful. Got my car scheduled very quickly. I really appreciated the fact that they kept in touch with me regarding my car, even sent me a detailed message about what they had done so far and the progress they made! I live alone so transportation is an issue, they gave me a loaner car to use, which I really appreciated! I got my car back in a timely manner! I've been bringing our cars to Good's for a few years now, and I have always been very happy with the service we receive there. The staff are excellent at communicating, and they just great software that sends email or text reports with your car's status and photos as the work progresses. I m typically intimidated when I take my car to a shop, because I know very little about how cars work and what to expect.Good s made every step of the process easy. Their friendly staff got me an appointment days before anyone else could. They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process.Overall, it was a much better experience than what I m used to. I highly recommend this place for those who dread going to get there car fixed.

Real and thoughtful customer service along with "fix it right the first time" automotive service from the owner and entire staff. We've lived in Lititz for almost 20 years and have been taking our cars to Good's for about the last 10 years. I wish I had known about them earlier! They are dedicated to staying up to date and knowledgeable on the latest developments in automotive technology. No matter what make and model of car you own, they'll know how, and have the equipment and technology to service your vehicle. They are excellent with communication (appointment reminders, calls and/or texts - depending on your preference - with updates on your service, or to let you know work has been completed and your vehicle is ready) and I have never once received any kind of "spam". This is automotive service at its finest. I have been taking my vehicles to Goods for several years. I enjoy the timely communication (text/email/phone call) prior to doing any work and a list of needs and recommendations provided (but not pushed). The prices are reasonable and have convenient drop off and pickup options.

It's my opinion. These guys are on top of their game. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. They communicate what might be need addressed at some point WITHOUT the upsell. I like that the techs seem to be the same people all the time which speaks volumes to how they are treated by management. Brian ......... couldn't be more accommodating. GOODS is the real deal. Good's is great! Always professional, on time and great at communicating. They call and walk you through any additional recommendations, so you are never surprised. They also email you report and send a text of the report of work performed, as well as any recommendations, color-coded based on whether it's an immediate concern or should be serviced later. I always feel valued there and well informed about where each dollar of what I spend is going. Highly recommend!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

The Good's team is superb! They go out of their way to help you, they do great work in a timely manner and they clearly explain what work is needed leaving you to make your own decision. Their prices are fair and just. We are relocating from the area and would hope to find an auto service that is of such a high-caliber as Good's. We think it will be hard to find! I wanted to try Good's because they are within walking distance to my house. I had no idea they would fix a problem i had for 5 years!! I went to 3 different shops in those 5 years trying to get it fixed i was very happy my car finally drives normal again!! Thank sooo much!! Great service! I was looking for a mechanic close to my work that would make getting my car serviced more convenient. I found Good's Auto Service online and the reviews looked pretty good, so I decided to give them a shot. I liked that I was able to request an appointment online and received an email to confirm it. I took my car in to get a wheel stud replaced along with a state inspection. They were able to re-thread the stud instead, which saved me money. My car passed inspection and the cost was very reasonable. The service manager was very friendly and walked through the results of my inspection including some recommended services to be performed in the near future. The printouts/paperwork they gave me with the results included everything they outlined and was very detailed. Overall I would say that they are honest, friendly, professional, and fair. I will definitely use them in the future.

This is a very thorough garage, and by far the best one I have ever taken my cars to.
