I made my appointment on Wednesday for Thursday at 1pm. I showed up at 1pm and they installed 4 tires, I was out the door by 1:35. Awesome service, clean bathroom, a nice waiting area (not too long of a wait) and local. probably the best place to get tires at a reasonable price.

They were able to work us into their schedule and fix the tire in need of repair. The waiting area and team were both nice. I appreciate the "small town" feel of service they provide.

I have taken 2 cars here for service. Every visit has been a positive experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their pricing is fair and the costs are always well explained. If you are looking for a good place to take your car. I recommend CJs tire and Automotive in Lititz.

This is our go-to mechanic! We have had tire and brake work done here, and we are always impressed with the service and professionalism here. They are very honest and care about you as their customer! Shout out to Mel, for making our visits as stress free and seamless as possible. Definitely the best place to get your car serviced in the area!

I have been going to CJ's Lititz for over 10 years now. I am always pleased with the service and friendly personnel.Their evaluations are fair and accurate and I don't feel pressured to have work done today that might be able to wait for another time. Thank you CJ's!

Great customer service! I typically dread vehicle service appointments at other places. CJ Tire does their best to give you great service and work as efficiently as possible. I will definitely go back again!

I had my vehicle there for a PA state inspection and I was staying while the work was being performed. They took the vehicle in at the appointed time, the waiting area was clean and the coffee fresh. All the guys, both in the shop and sales counter, were friendly and professional. The work was done in a timely manner. I ve used CJ s, Lititz a number of times and the result is always the same, they do good work!

Both Mel and Shawn were extremely professional, cordial, and attentive before, during, and even after my service appointment. Mel was communicative throughout the entire visit and even though they were busy I as a customer did not feel any effects of it and the customer service was still exceptional. I came in for four tires and since my vehicle has been seen there before they even made sure to do general health check up on my vehicle and determined that while my brakes were still operational they had reached the end of their normal useful life. I personally appreciated the care given and also ensuring me that it is still safe to drive over the next month while they order the parts in. Also shout-out to the service team member as I can tell he was well versed in his area of expertise and did an exceptional job caring for the vehicle. I've been to multiple CJ's throughout the area but I must say I was very impressed with the lititz staff!

My 1st experience with C.J.'s started with a phone call. Everything from start to finish was great!! Melvin gave me the best recommendation on which tires were better to buy. I've had patient's in our office use their services in the past and they were very pleased as well!!

Always friendly. Offer nice waiting area w/complimentary water & coffee. Will work w/you to solve any car problem. Very knowledgeable these guys know cars! Affordable. I ve been a loyal customer for years because of such great service.

Quick, friendly, professional. I should have gone to the "pros" first. Really slow leak. My usual service center said they checked the tire, no leaks, fine. I wasn't convinced, and CJ's indeed found the problem, albeit tiny, and fixed it at a very reasonable price. I won't forget. I'm impressed.

Happy with my alignment and new tires, but extremely disappointed with the worker that called me when It was done. He made it sound like the underside of my car was that rusty that it was barely with him aligning it, and told me all these things that need done to it and really acted like the car was about to fall apart, and so when I got it back and took it to a shop that I deal with mostly and that I trust and he told me that yes it was rusty but the only thing he saw that needed to be replaced for inspection would have been a new shock(which I knew already). All in all it sure seems like CJ's didn't want to fix it for me so they made it sound too bad to fix...

CJ s was very courteous and prompt with my car. All I needed was an oil change, so nothing out of the ordinary. It was ready about an hour after the appointment and everything went smoothly.

Extremely professional shop. I recently had my inspection done and my car required some work. The required work was explained in-depth to me on why it was needed and why it did not pass inspection without the work. I did not feel pressured into anything. The work was promptly completed and I received a text and call when it was done. Unfortunately, after picking up my car, I found an issue and needed to return to the shop to have part of my brake fixed. I dropped my car off after hours and sent an email reporting the issue. The shop opened at 8 am the next day and I called at 0815. And it was already fixed! The mechanic was very apologetic and fixed the issue free of charge. I will 100% return to this shop in the future. I am a nurse and know nothing about cars. The professionalism, respect and time they took to explain the work to me did not go unnoticed. I will be recommending them to others.

CJ s is ALWAYS great with any service I need for my Ford Edge! From state inspection, oil changes, and checking to make sure my alignment is ok (after a curb jumped out at me . Service is quick and efficient. I highly recommend CJ s!!

Excellent service and fair pricing. I needed a new alternator and the tech informed me it appeared that it had been done recently by another shop and to check with them for warranty. CJ s could have just replaced it and I would never have known. Mel at the Lititz store is very honest and I never feel pressured into anything. Great job Lititz store!

Mel got me in and out. Two new tires, and he checked all the things fir an inspection. I went in at 1030 and was out within an hour. I would highly recommend Mel for all car needs! Thank you!!!

Took two trips and had to replace a clockspring twice (they did honor warranty on first replacement), and they did get issues fixed. Wished mechanic would have listened to me about air bag trouble light the first time. Overall they did okay though.

They checked my tires sensor warning light and diosgnosed the problem.gave me an idea how much it would cost. Great friendly service!
