My family has been taking our vehicles to Randy for inspection for as long as I can remember. Now I'm older with my own vehicles, I still take them to Randy. His scheduling is quick and easy and we've never had problems getting our vehicles through. Best in town, bring your vehicles to Randy at New London Auto!

I live in Elkton MD and found this location with the most reasonable prices for tire installation, mounting, and balance. This includes searching in Tax-Free Newark, DE and Elkton. The reviews were also pretty enticing, so I gave them a try.The first attempt at reaching their office, noone was available to answer the call, but it was a Saturday and it's an auto repair shop so definitely understandable.I attempted again on Tuesday and someone immediately picked up, had me scheduled next day without hesitation.My visit was positive experience all around. Everyone I talked with was courteous. The job only took about an hour, however there was a noticeable problem post-visit that required me to go back immediately. They took a ride with me to diagnose the problem, and immediately fixed it without delay or additional charge.The new tires I bought elsewhere feel great, no alignment issues or steering wheel vibrations. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided, and highly recommend them.The only negative is one that many auto repair shops experience, is parking. It can be difficult to find a place to park depending on the current workload they have, so keep that in mind when visiting the shop.Again, highly recommend!

I had a brake light illuminate and thought I needed pads but Randy called and said it was just a maintenance sensor, no need for new pads! Randy and team are very accommodating and provide great work the first time at a fair price!

Highly recommend this shop! They were recommended by a coworker as we are new to the area and they did our state inspection. They had to fix a few minor things and the overall cost was very reasonable. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and they were easy to get ahold of. Lastly, they were very quick. Randy and his team are top notch. Never too busy to help a customer in need. Extremely fair pricing, and NEVER recommends or does work that is not necessary - unlike several others in the area. Six stars -five isn t enough!

I just moved to a whole new area of PA & am SOOO happy to have found New London Auto Repair! Great service, fair prices. As other customers would come or go, I listened to the team explain service to be done or completed; and would ask about kids and family. This is truly a neighborhood treasure. GREAT PLACE; EXCELLENT FIND!

Mr Green always has taken care of my car , I'm very happy with his hard work and I will continue to bring my car to him. It's hard to find a good mechanic and especially one that will agree to work on Audis! My wife and I are so happy we found someone we can trust with our cars. Highly recommended!!

New London Auto has been servicing our cars for about 10 years. They are fairly priced and give good service. They do not encourage you to do repairs that are not necessary. I trust them and that is difficult to find in their line of business. Recently I came in with an emergency tire repair and they took me in even though it was before business hours. It wasn't like the 17 dollars they charged were going to make them rich. They were trying to help. Feel like they are really part of my community. Glad they are there near where I live.

I went in for a motorcycle inspection in Aug. 2020 and it was a little old but well taken care of and extremely clean. It passed. Would have given 5 stars for that. Just went in yesterday with my project bike from over the winter. I didn't bother cleaning it up so it looked rough, but everything works. I know because I spent 3 months going over this bike. Also, I've been riding and working on bikes for 39 years now. They guy tells me he has to fail the bike because I'm leaking break fluid. I know I'm not, so I discussed it with him and I kept it short and didn't feel like dealing with him. I go home and check. No fluid anywhere. I open up the reservoir. Completely full. They will cheat you if they think they can. The dishonesty in the auto repair industry is horrible and this is one place that continues that tradition and profits from unsuspecting people. They are predators of unknowledgeable, hard working, honest people. I feel bad for anyone that thinks they are honest and offering good advice. Stay away if you don't want to deal with predators, or worse, get cheated.

Always great, always fair, I always use this place. Randy is professional, helpful and keeps the vehicles on the road. No concerns about inspection gouging or false promises.

Just had a great experience with the guys at New London Auto - they fit me in late on a Friday, quickly diagnosed the problem, and got me back on the road in hardly any time at all. Can't say enough about the guys here, they're knowledgeable, honest, and not trying to rip you off. Definitely one of the best in the area.

I ve gone here a couple of times and they do what I ask them to do. But the price is high and whoever I always deal with is pretty disrespectful and rude every time I talk to him. He makes weird underhanded remarks and it makes it hard to communicate professionally.
