I can always rely on town & Country Ford for great service and friendly people. They make it easy to have your vehicle serviced. We have purchased several vehicles from them and are extremely happy with our products and service.

Only sharing info about recent visit. Great looking new F-450 for sale at the dealership. Quick conversation with salesman indicated that truck was selling for $10,000.00 above window sticker price. When asked why, the reply was the increase was applied due to short supply. That ended our conversation. You vehicle buyers decide.

I purchased a Ford Explorer. They were very knowledgeable about all the Explorers on the lot. Jim the salesperson was great and helpful. He helped get the FordPass set up, so I can now start my car from anywhere. The finance department worked with me, and I now am driving my dream Ford Explorer. Plus, the whole process took a lot less time I thought that it would. It was a great experience. It's been a only week, but I love driving that car. Thank you Town and Country Ford!

I was able to schedule same week and they kept me updated on my Mustang's status. The Service Advisor and Mechanic reviewed what they found and the work that was completed. I highly recommend them!

After buying a used vehicle from another dealership and not being happy, I brought my truck to Town and Country Ford for repairs. They do the repair right the first time and are affordable. Very happy with Bill Martz in the sales department who helped me after hours with picking up my vehicle. Highly Recommend!

Great service and inventory! All of the staff are very friendly and even stayed late on a Saturday evening to ensure we got to take home our bronco that day!

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. My husband drove over 1000 miles to fulfill their in person signature requirement and and they refused to let me sign until they had a valid current address on my drivers license. We had wired the money in full for truck before coming and it took almost one week to get the money refunded. No ford truck is worth the headache of this dealerships unapologetic, unnecessary requirements for in person signature, CURRENT address on drivers license, even though we were going to courier the truck back home. This dealership should not even have the privilege to sell Fords. Ironically, we went down the ways To Du Bois, Pennsylvania and found a better Ford Lightning with lower miles and they bent over backwards to make it easier on us. They gave us truck and title on a saturday and it took them a week to cash our personal check!! GOD blessed us with something better for the Hell we went through with town and country Ford.

Town and Country goes out of their way to get you in the vehicle you want. There s no run around or sitting for hours at a dealership. I will never buy a ford anywhere else.

Most Ford dealerships are so large that you do not get quality service. I chose to drive 1-1/2 hours away to Town & Country Ford for the great service they provide. The Ford dealership 5 minutes from my house provides terrible service.

I just can t say enough about the team at Ligonier Town and Country Ford!After a very bad experience with a Latrobe dealership, these amazing people at Town and Country Ford reached out to me. They promised to re-order another Bronco keeping the price at my original contract.I felt completely at ease and confident placing my second order with Bill Martz.Bob Charles who was the first to reach out, kept me updated on the progress of my Bronco s build throughout production until delivery. I was shocked and elated at how quickly it arrived. I, then found out an angel named Jen Sausman (General sales manager)made this magic happen! A huge thank you to Donna, their wiz in finance, and to Jim Flickinger, who took so much time to make sure I had the best knowledge of my vehicle, including Ford s technical support.This team truly restored my faith in humanity.These amazing folks treated me just like family. I was truly bowled over by the effort and humility of these great people!I am truly a customer for life and will continue to spread the word that Ligonier Town & Country is not only an honest and reputable dealership, but their customer service is exceptional as well!

Sam, his family, and employees here are wonderful. We will always buy our vehicles from them. And, their two black labs are adorable.Update from post 4 months ago: just bought another vehicle here and couldn't be happier. Nice honest family business that made the car buying experience fair and easy. This is how car buying should be.

I couldn t be any more impressed with these guys. From Jim my salesman, the Sales manager, the GM and Caleb the finance guy all of them were kind professional and efficient with my time. I drove over 5 hours to buy a truck from them and I would do it again in a heart beat. I worked as a salesman at a car dealership for many years so I am well aware of the rhetoric and salsey type of people you expect to see at a dealership... but there was NONE of that here. Highly recommend

Stopped in today because I had a low tire indicator onCar they promptly checked the pressure and reset the indicator. Very professional. Helpful. No charge ! I did not even buy my car there Thanks guys !!! My Red Mustang thanks you

My wife hit a pot hole which ripped two holes in the tire. It was replaced in less than an hour. The technician actually cleaned off the temporary spare before returning it. Nice work and done in a timely manner. I am very pleased. :)

I have had my truck in the shop several times. Almost always told that the mechanic duplicate the issues that I have described. Took my truck in for warranty work. The mechanic BROKE a bolt then silicone the head of the bolt back into location. Making it look like it was complete. A few months later it fell out. They replaced 1 bolt. I asked about the other bolts, Tim the service manager told me to my face that they did check the other bolts. After getting my truck home. I checked the other bolts. I had previously put paint dots on all the other bolts. None of the paint marks were disturbed. Also the silicone that was covering 3 other bolt heads were untouched as well. I also stated that I DID NOT WANT THE SAME MECHANIC WORKING ON MY TRUCK. I was told No Problem. I watched the same mechanic pull my truck into the garage and work on it, then pull it out. I feel that I have been treated like a piece of dog dodo sitting on the side of the road. I recommend that YOU DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS DEALER FOR ANY REPAIRS. There are a lot of other issues with this dealer that I have. I just wish I could go back in time and have bought my truck from somewhere else.

The best! So easy to deal with everyone here: sales manager Jen, owners Jane and Sam, and service advisor Kim, and they are extremely fair. They always get me the exact Ford that I want and service it right after the sale.

As someone battling a organ issue with a 2 year old worring if I will be here with her long I thought taking out a car newer than my old car that was at its ending ,so I found these guys after reading such great reviews i took out a 2012 Chevy equinox what i could afford each month in less than a month it had a broken timing chain and had periodic acceleration issues which I kept telling them over and over it went in 3 times to get fix sensors timing chain all the works so they say but I am female so I can be fooled about mechanical stuff I got it back a little over 2 weeks now it started to not accelerate then stall out in traffic! With my baby in the back almost had a accident you guys knew that car is not good but it doesn't affect you cause you got paid .but the transmission has issues and from that timing chain being broken damaged the engine you knew now I can't go to my doctors appointments I am scared to drive and anywhere taking taxis everywhere expensive! How can I pay my loan for a car that failed in 3 months I asked them to swap out the car for a better car less than are equal or even close to the value of the car I owe 10,000 on it they want to give me 8 I saw a car for 9,000 I asked them to swap it out for the same cost it's the decent respectable thing to do when you sell a car and it's bad it can put a family in debt or kill them ! no car no work especially for me with life saving doctor appointments.

Derrick Young was awesome. He went above and beyond to get me in the perfect truck. I will never purchase a vehicle from anyone else. Everyone at Town & Country Ford are top notch.
