We had an Allen wrench in our tire. Loosing air fast. 700 miles from home. They fixed it fast and at a reasonable price. Very friendly and professional.

Love this shop my ex father in law did business here for years. They have the best prices and service. I have to drive an hour to get here; but, it is well worth the effort. They are honest and back their sales and service!

Bought a set of tires for my work truck. Didn't have any issues, the tires were on in no time plus a front end alignment. Went back a couple time for flat repairs and a rotation. Very good customer service and competitive pricing. I have and will continue to recommend.

Been buying tires here for years! Always get good service and price is very competitive just purchased 4 new Goodyear tires for my Ram 1500 4X4 and they were several dollars each cheaper than tire rack I recommend their services anytime

I got a screw in my tire. They took care of me immediately. Prompt courteous service by the staff inside and the guys in the bay. My wife had an issue about a month ago and they took care of her tire. Highly recommend them.

I had my tires replaced here a few weeks ago. The staff was very friendly and they were very quick on getting the work done. However, there was one issue I had. One week later when doing my breaks, I went to take the lug nuts off a tire and at least 3 of the 5 were not screwed on properly. This raised awareness immediately as I was able to unscrew them with my hands with minimal to no strength. So, please make sure you check your tires after going here.

Everyone was very nice!!. My dog had surgery last week, they were kind enough to let me bring her inside while I waited.. Would recommend them to anyone!!!

I've dealt with Hess's professionally and personally and it doesn't matter whether it's the crew upstairs in the service office, or the technicians downstairs, They get the job done right, and they can usually get you right in and out. I always take my punctures to Hess's, I always get my personal tires from them. The price is right and the service is great.

took my truck to have tires balanced. the mechanics complained non stop that my tires would never balance. they made my truck worse than it was before i brought the truck to them. i will never go to this place again. mechanics were very rude.

We recently moved to Mifflin county and I needed tires on my car. Everyone I asked suggested Hess Tire. I wasn't disappointed, got a great deal on 4 tires and a four wheel alignment. Very friendly and I was in and out in 30 minutes.

Hess Tire & Auto Parts was awesome! My husband and I along with our daughter and our dog were on our way to visit family when we blew a tire on my Durango. We got the spare on and made our way to a Dodge dealership in Lewistown to have them fix the tire only to find out it could not be fixed because there were two puncture holes and gash in the sidewall. Since we still had a long ways to go to visit our family, we could not make the rest of the trip with a donut on so the Dodge dealership was nice enough to call Hess Tire for us and thankfully they had a tire to fit the Durango! We went down and in less than 45 minutes we were on our way! Thank you to everyone at Hess Tire & Auto Parts for helping us out and getting us back on the road! I would recommend them to anyone who lives in the area or happens to be traveling and needs a tire or tires!

Was Very Satisfied, Staff Gotten my Ride Inside they're Garage within Minutes and Employees we're Very Friendly, Polite , Fast Paced , Done Job Within Few Mins Performance and Perfection , Wasn't Exspensive , Didn't Charge Arm & Leg, I Would Recommend Anyone - Everyone Go To Them for Service
