Great ppl that are willing to help you when your broke down. Even saved me money by having me check my insurance. Definitely recommend these guys.

I have always used Parsons towing every single time since the beginning of my car owner/break down experience and I have never had any issues or problems with them!They bill my Insurance company for the Tow and I don t have to do anything at all besides call them to let them know where it is for them to pick it up and what garage to take it to for it to get it fixed!Simple process that anyone can do!Extremely reliable no matter what the weather may be!Recommend 100 %

You will not go wrong with Parson s Towing. We were stuck on the side of the road and these guys showed up in a lightning speed, they did their job very gracefully and professionally. Their price is reasonable, overall good hardworking American legends.

I just wanted to take a minute and say Thank You to Parsons. My daughter is away at college and was on the road broke down and I am 2.5hrs away. I spoke to Belinda and she sent a truck within minutes and the police to make sure everyone was safe. They took her to a local shop to be looked at. Parsons price was very reasonable. Thank you again!!!

I was shocked as to how Reasonable the price was. $150.00 is all we pd when the cops towed my kids car to the police station.

Fastest tow truck I ve ever seen ! Very friendly & knowledgeable. Definitely helped me out on the worse timing.I was on my way to work; broke down & surrounded by cops who were making sure I was ok, but it was still pretty embarrassing LOL Parson s will be the only ones I would ever call again if I need help in the future !

We broke down on our way to Allentown and no one helped us until we called Parsons. They were decently speedy and very cheap. I want to name my firstborn Parson now.

After being stranded along the highway for over two hours waiting on AAA I called Parson s. The dispatcher was very friendly and helpful, driver came quickly and was very professional and knowledgeable. Great experience overall. They went above and beyond when I was in need. Tow truck driver just dragged my truck out from under my trailer without airing up the system and refused to move the truck back in front of the empty trailer that recovery driver left. Tow driver was very rude and unprofessional. He also was very rude and had plenty to say about me to my driver. Funny he didn't have all that to say to me when he had me on the phone. Absolutely purely rude, unprofessional and worst customer service of any Tow company. Will never use them again.

Very friendly on the phone as I requested a quote on towing my classic car to a storage unit. Unfortunately, the receptionist stated the person who could confirm details on dates and times was not available, and that I would receive a return phone call. This never occurred. After I called back literally five times on five following days, and received the same empty promise, I took my business to a competitor who scheduled with me in 5 minutes.

I've been calling in for weeks attempting to get information I need for my insurance and every time I'm told they're going to call me back and never do or send an email with the information and never do. I'm still waiting and don't think I should have to keep calling these people asking them to do their job. Only gave 2 stars because they did manage to get my car.. after I again, had to call and remind them to do so.Service: Car towing

Waited an hour and a half never showed up. Called after the first 45 min there was an accident but he's on his way, waited another 45 min called and was told why did I wait that long... then hung up on me. This was the only towing company I used for over a decade, will never use them again!

Very unprofessional ignorant treats their family horribly don't keep to arranged deals towed and bought my car and wouldn't give me the price agreed upon and wouldn't let me get my property outta the car ended up paying the 200$ tow bill to get agreed property outta the car I highly don't recommend this company

If there is 10 stars review I would give to them. From the first phone conversation with Tim trough towing to billing they treated me like a family, friendly, courteous and professional. Way to go guys ! You have customer for life !PS. They cover whole Pennsylvania.

Amazing life saver! My 28 ft rv broke down on the expressway. My family ( which includes our 4 small children), couldn't get anyone out there within a reasonable price for 2 days, But parson's came thru late in the evening and rescued us. He was super understanding and professional! He is truly one of those genuinely nice people that are hard to find these days. I recommend his company for towing! I wish I could give more stars!!! If your in the area and need towing, make sure to call Parson's first, you won't be disappointed. Don't bother with the rest

Couldn't ask for better service. They had a tow truck on site to help get my rig out of a hotel parking lot following a snow event in 15min. I was just putting the chains on, in case it was going to be a long delay, when Jason pulled up to help this Texas driver put chains on for the first time. Bottom line - got out in 10 min and when I asked Jason what I owed him he replied " a hand shake". (Unbelievable and refreshing). I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and that's not because it was 'gratis'.

This company treated me remarkably unfairly. They will never be called by me, my family, or friends for assistance. If you choose to work with these folks be prepared to be racked and pilloried. I.e ripped off. The rudest people I've ever dealt with and I'm a corrections officer. In fact I find more honesty amoung the inmates than these people. Good luck if you choose this company.

A couple of weeks ago I had the misfortune of having my alternator go out in my car while driving down 322 late at night in the fog. I managed to pull over, but was parked in a dangerous area. I called the police, they were there within a few minutes. The officer called Parsons towing and they came to the rescue within minutes. Mr. Parson was so helpful. I was concerned about an elderly passenger that was with me. Mr. Parson gave us a ride to a hotel and dropped my car off at a garage. The next morning when I called the garage, they informed me that Mr. Parson had already called and explained my situation. My car was repaired and Mr. Parson picked me up the next day and took me to the garage to pick up my car. They provided great service. Thanks Parsons Towing for helping me during a bad moment!

Where do we begin? For starters, we were in a jam. Couldn t get Alice Miller s Sons truck started so she bought a new battery. It was missing a bolt an we went back out an she bought a bolt! It was too short an the hold down became Our newest trouble! So we called Parsons to bring the truck home. Well, Dear Jason, how do we thank you, let us count the ways. God loves you oh how you lessened Alice Millers pain with Divine Timing!

They made a bad experience turn out not so bad. Got my car from lewistown to mifflintown in a timely manner and the cost was $80.00, so not bad.
