Lou did an outstanding job in repairing the body damage to my mother's vehicle. She told me it looks like a new vehicle now. She also remarked how nice a man he is, and that he clearly takes tremendous pride in his work and it shows. She said she never dreamed her car would look as nice as it did when Lou was finished, based on how badly it was smashed in when she took it to him. And when he was done with the vehicle, he cleaned it inside and out, and then actually delivered it to her home so she didn't have to arrange with someone to come pick it up. Highly recommend using Lou Parsons Auto Body!
