I just moved from Arizona and had to deal with transferring my title. Amber gracefully walked me through the process, ensuring I asked my bank for specifically what was needed after my bank tried to screw me around with the title. Once I got in and had the title in hand, it was a short time before the paperwork was done and I had my new plates and was off to get my inspection. The other two women in the office were also very pleasant and cordial - especially the bubbly one who made the copies. Very happy with the service overall and would absolutely come back!

We had a bad experience here. We had to bring in three etchings of the vin number. Then she told us that they might or be accepted. At the check out she over charged us 414$. Tammy did not apologize for the accidental over charge and said to us again they were not sure they were going to accept the etchings.

We came here to change names for car titles. Great service and prices, ample parking and seating inside. They accept credit/debit and they also offer fingerprinting services.

Terrible service, employees seem like they're not interested in their job. Rushed off the phone and hurried along like my business isn't their concern.

Went in today for a notary. The sign on the door said masks required. I walked in and literally NO ONE was wearing one not even the employees. Not professional at all. Wear a damn mask.

Most times you have a wait because they are very busy. But, they know their job and once you are waited on you get through very fast.
