Lake Ford went above and beyond our expectations. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to communicate with. They were eager to answer our questions and treated us like were their priority customer. The 1+ hour drive to the dealership was well worth the trip for the extraordinary service. It was very nice touch to have the gas tank near full when we drove it off the lot. We would purchase our next 50 vehicles from here if we had the money to do so. Thank you, Evan, for getting us our first new vehicle purchase! And the price was perfect - no extra bucks added to the MSRP! We love the 2022 Area 51 Badlands Bronco Sport very much!!!!

Two days before I was to head home to North Carolina after camping in the local area our truck started having power issues which would have prevented me from puling a 15K RV back to NC. Called Lake Ford and spoke with Jodi who said be here at 8am next day and we can look at it. The next day the problem was diagnosed and repaired. During test drive the tech noticed a squeal in the left front wheel which required a the wheel bearing to be repalced. This was was done in one day without an appointment. I cannot say enough about the professionalism showed by Lake Ford. I had ZERO issues on the eight hour drive home the day after the reapair. Two years ago I had a problem while on the road pulling our RV in a very large metro area. After calling at least seven different dealers in a 50 mile radius not one could get me in under two weeks to diagnose the problem. Unsat to those Ford dealers. Thank you Lake Ford. Mike Kennedy

Went in to get a diagnostic done on my SYNC media unit since it stopped working. I was charged a lot of money for a computer diagnosis and was just told that it would cost over $600 to replace the unit. The person at the counter and the person on the phone gave off a vibe that I was wasting their time. Ended up getting an upgraded SYNC unit for less money somewhere else.

We just bought our third vehicle from Lake s! What a great dealership, we would not go anyplace else. The entire experience is easy and low pressure. Bill Scott is an outstanding sales consultant and Ryan Fetzer was super at working out financing that fit our budget. I highly recommend them!

Best dealership in Lewistown. Fair pricing based on the current market and everyone here is friendly, and some have a great sense of humor. Shout-out to Chuck who sold me a beautiful 2018 blue F150. And thank you to the service desk for not kicking me out for spending too much time there every few months when my GMC decides it wants to have a major malfunction

I bought a used car from Lake Ford. I love the car and highly recommend the dealership. I live in Harrisburg but they had a car I was interested in so I drove to Lewistown to test drive it. The folks at Lake Ford agreed to bring it to my mechanic in Harrisburg before I bought it. Once the mechanic gave it a clean bill of health we did the transaction right there. Couldn't have been easier. Unfortunately, four weeks later the battery died. Even though the battery is not covered under the 30 day/1,000 mile power train warranty, they replaced it anyway. I'm a very pleased customer.

We had a check engine light and text sent about our vehicles fuel tank. We had no idea what it meant. Lake got us right in took care of us immediately! Thankful it was a cap deep in we couldn t see stuck. They found the issue and resolved it within a half hour we were back on the road!

My experience with Lake Ford was one of the best I have ever had. Jim (sales) took great care of me and got me set up in no time, and Ryan (finance) got me the best payment. I tradedy truck for another truck. I was given a great trade in value, dropped my interest rate by 5 points and saved me $200/month on my new vehicle. Awesome team to work with. I would highly suggest them to anyone!

Courteous, reasonably priced and told me what was wrong with a vehicle that I bought as is. They thoroughly inspected the vehicle so I knew what I was buying rather than a " good luck buddy, it's yours now" attitude. They were friendly and as helpful as they could be. James Fisher and all the other guys there were great! The test drive and sale process was easy and seamless. There was no back and forth with price, they put their best price forward. I hate to haggle. They didn t make us wait. They even let us go get BBQ down the street while they were changing the front tires and getting paperwork done. They were very down to earth and easy to work with!!

We bought a used minivan from this dealer. Bill was our salesperson and he knew exactly what we wanted and He would do his best to comply with our needs. He drove the vehicle to our house for a test drive and did not push to sell anything else. It was probably our best car buying experience. I would recommend this dealership to those who are in the market to buy.

I have purchased, and currently have my vehicles serviced here. My experiences with sales, finance, parts, and service have been great. The staff has always been courteous, and professional. I have confidence, that when I have an issue with my vehicles, the problem will be corrected the first time, in a timely manner at a fair price. I have and will continue to recommend Lakes to family, friends, and coworkers.

These Guys are first class. We have been taking our vehicles to Lake for service since moving to the area in 2018. No one is perfect, (as we are all human) but anytime there has been an issue, Chris & Jodi always go out of their way to make sure the situation is rectified. Thanks for the continued great service!

I recrecently purchased my first new car from Lake. Bob & Chuck were fantastic to work with. They both went above what I could ever have expected for their service. My girlfriend, Jacelyn, and I had gone to lakes to purchase a used 2010 Ford Fusion and all went well with the financing and getting of the vehicle. The problem started about two weeks of purchasing the vehicle that we noticed the vehicle shifting weird. We called, they said to bring it in first thing in the morning. We did that and waited till just about two o clock with no progress made. Being as in we both work we had to go pick the vehicle up. The second time we took it in was for the same reason and they told us the computer needed updated. Not only did we have to pay the fifty dollars to do so, it did NOTHING to help the problem. Now on July 30 we were going to go to take our siblings to Hershey park and the vehicle started bucking really hard and the service light came on for a little bit thus halting out plans to go to Hershey and leaving us sitting here thinking what a mistake it was to buy this vehicle because there is something wrong with it. The customer service here is great but the service department seems like they don't want to find the problem when a customer bring it up just update the computer and hope for the best.UPDATE: took the vehicle back in and this time seems to be that they did find the problem now and had fixed it in a timely matter. The customer service is fantastic definitely would be the reason to refer someone. So far the vehicle seems good and they had fixed it with no cost to us.

Went for a little drive over to Lake Ford after walking at the park. Saw the older Ranger in good condition. Inquired about it immediately. Since it wasn't processed yet thru the shop due to arriving via trade the day before. I put in a purchase aggreement form with a deposit. Two days later we finalized the purchase paperwork and I drove off. The young salesman I had was named James and very helpful. Evan, another salesman was helpful too. The finance officer Ryan was good too.

The first car I drove was purchased from Lakes 30 some years ago by my father. I purchased the majority of our family cars, including a new 2022 Maverick most recently. Someday both my kids will get their first cars from there. There s a reason generations of families in Mifflin county have bought vehicles here.

Dropped our car off early for inspection. I gave the lady working the front desk a run down of what the car has been doing. She said you ll have to make an appointment with the Tech which is fine. But when I went to pick the car up she was rude & snotty. Kind have threw the receipt on the counter along with the keys. Very poor customer service.
