Worse experience I have had with a dealership in a long time. I understand the fact of up selling for sales but this was ridiculous, so had my sisters dodge in for a ticking noise in the value train. Was told all 4 cams and all 24 rocker arms were bad and needed replacement. After doing some research and realizing that it s a common issue with the 3.6 engines, I was curious as to what side of the engine was actually bad, so when down to pick it up and was told every cam and rocker was bad which I know wasn t true, so I asked to speak with the tech that worked on the car and was told I wasn t allowed as he was busy. I am sorry if I am paying $370 for a diagnosis I would expect for them to truthfully answer my questions. I know them being a dealership and a reputable company they need to tell you the right way it should be done I understand that. But for them to refuse to give me the correct answer and be completely unprofessional about in my opinion isn t right after paying $370 for them to tell me what was wrong. Updated* I dug into it myself and found out only one value cover was pulled as you can see the newer rtv on the passenger side and on the driver side it still as dirty as when it went in also only one cam is scored not all 4 as advertised just as a word of caution always get a second opinion on service work. Now they did reach out and offer to rip it apart and show us what was wrong for free, at this point we nicely declined the service.

Atticus is a wonderful person I had bought my Jeep here previously and was looking into upgrading to something different. I did not end up buying the Ford edge that lake had available. I bought a vehicle from another dealership but he was still so great and understanding. He congratulated me on my new purchase, and wished me the best of luck. He s just such an honest wonderful person. my next vehicle purchase, I will definitely consider lakes. I would have this time for sure if they had what I was looking for. The lake experience is a great experience.

Basically had a minor oil leak issue on a 2020 Jeep that was still under factory warranty.Either replaced (or at the very least resealed) the timing cover and honored the warranty as the evidence they sealed it was obvious.Dealt with both Zack and Dakota during the scheduling and service and both were knowledgeable when it came to scheduling and sorting out the issue and I'm grateful for their help!

I went down to CDJR Lake Dealership in Lewistown looking to hopefully swap my 2014 Silverado for a used 2019 Ram 2500 Cummins. At first we were about $10k apart on the price but after a day my sales rep, Atticus Croman, gave me a call indicating they could make my number work by giving me a greater amount for my trade in. The truck had several small issues that only became apparent after I had been driving it for a little while but Atticus and the CDJR Lake team stood by it and fixed all the issues and even drove up to my house in State College to pick up the truck to take back to their shop in Lewistown and left a rental so that I was not inconvenienced at all (Atticus even topped off the fuel). I ve never trusted any dealerships until this one and thoroughly recommend and stand behind Atticus and Dodge Lake in Lewistown.

I just bought a car here due to an electrical issue with my daily driver. I messaged Bryson Hicks (salesman) last night and drove off the lot this evening with my new car. He was super easy to work with and made the car buying experience easy and fun. WOW just WOW! The smoothest and most pleasant experience buying a car ever! From our salesperson Bryson to the manager Dustin, to finance Bobby and being assisted by Atticus everything went awesome! Everything was mostly done online to make the process speedy and convenient! Will definitely be back to buy in the future!

If youre looking for a car lake probably isn t the place to look unless you want junk. I bought a car from there and didn t even get to put 3000 miles on and currently driving a rental because it s very unreliable. They offered to buy my car back for about $4500 less then what they just sold it told me less then 2 weeks/3000 miles ago! I was in contact about 4 days after I purchased it with issues, as well as issues on the original test drive. I highly recommend you shop else where, as they asked me if there was anything else I was interested in and when I told them yes they told me they just took that vehicle of interest for a test drive and that wasn t shifting correctly and had a sel on. I also attempted to reach out to Luke lake multiple times and never even heard back from. Sent multiple emails, text, and calls and he s never even attempted to get in contact. By far the worst experience I ve ever had.

I was very happy with the customer service I received when I went looking for a new car. Bryson was very helpful and very friendly from the time I pulled in, to the test drive and take a look at my 2013 Subaru crosstrex and when I went to buy it a few days later. would defiantly recomend him for any car purchase you are looking for.

We are very pleased with the customer service we received when looking for a new car. Bryson took very good care of us over the course of the week. Pulled the vehicle out of the rain for us to have a good look before taking it for a test drive. Bryson served us with a smile from the moment we pulled in to take a look, to the moment we pulled our new car off the lot a few days later. We appreciated every second!

I purchased a new vehicle in November 2020. Best experience I have ever had at a new car dealer. Ever. Bobby not only facilitated by transaction, but she went out of her way to help me find the rebates I was entitled to. And, Bobby and the entire dealership treated me as a valued customer, even though I was a buyer from out of state. It is really nice to see old fashioned customer service from caring people.

My wife and I recently purchased a Jeep from LCDJR and it was probably the best service we ever received from a dealership. Our salesman's name was Atticus. He was respectful, prompt and polite. The vehicle was spotless, fueled, inspected and ready to go. The paperwork was waiting for us as promised and we were in and out in about 20 minutes. It's very rare now a days to receive excellent customer service anywhere but Atticus came through like a like a true professional. Go see this young man. You wont be disappointed!

I have to give a shout out to LAKE RAM Service Manager, Zack Adams, and Service Expert, Dakotah Schlegel. I purchased a 2014 RAM 1500 Longhorn EcoDiesel on Feb 6th from a used dealer in Maryland. 36 miles after I bought it a service light & message came on stating the truck will not start in 200 miles. Long story short, Dakotah was able to have RAM cover the DEF Exhaust system (a known issue) for me. That is SERVICE above and beyond the "Call of Duty"! THANK YOU.

This is an exceptional dealership! The owner is top notch. In a world of high pressure, impersonal, not always ethical sales this business honors old world values. Fair and honest and treating customers like family ! I am purchasing a Jeep I saw online and traveling quite a distance to get it for my college bound son. This business has gone the distance to assist me with the transaction. Anyone wanting excellent treatment should head to Frey s! A plus all the way around. Keep up the awesome work.

If you live in centre county don't go the Blaise Alexander Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler rip off dealership. Avoid being overcharged and treated poorly. Make the trip to Frey Motors for quality, fair and professional service. I've been to Frey Motors several times and have been satisfied every time. Only beef is waiting on parts which was not the fault of Frey. I recommend Frey motors!

Since Lake bought this business, the quality of customer service has gone down the toilet. I don't recommend. There are far better places to do business that don't involve Lake.

My wife and I took our 2021 jeep wrangler there to get some warranty work done and serviced . Well when we picked up our jeep they didnt service our jeep. I asked did you guys change our oil the answer was no. Now I must say I just bought a 70,000 thousand dollar truck from there not long ago and this is what i get
