Broken windshield? Call these folks before you call your insurance company! Your insurance company will route your repair through another company..... The one that you see all the advertisements on TV for. This is a great local small busines to deal with. They have replaced several windshields for me and always did a great job! Owned by local folks..... Not owned by a foreign company like S@feL!te

Long story short, after another glass place messed up my 2023 nissan pathfinder camera mount, they tried to eurothane it into position. Nissan was going to void the warranty for the camera system because it was improperly installed. Thankfully Susquehanna Valley Auto glass was able to replace my windshield for me and make it correct. These guys were fantastic to work with. I will recommend them to anyone I know.

They are incredibly accommodating and flexible. Being able to use a loaner car made scheduling my windshield replacement much easier. Keri was always personable and helpful, too.

Scheduling the service was easy, and they were willing to help deduce vehicle information that I didn't have on hand to give a quote. The windshield replacement was much faster than I expected, and most importantly the cost was dramatically less than Safelite.

Scheduling and getting a quote was quick, affordable and easy. Took no time at all to get an appointment slot. The employee that came to my home was incredibly nice and professional. I called the mainstream competitor first and was shocked at how expensive their quote was for windshield replacement. SV auto glass was a) WAY less expensive b) able to do it sooner! and did a great job! Also worth noting, while we had ours done in the shop because of timing, they would have done it mobile for no extra cost (competition charges $50 extra for that!)Service: Auto windshield replacement

Arrived promptly to my house, not one minute late. Awesome staff as well as glass installer was kind and respected my vehicle as his own. Was quoted 2 hours max and was professionally completed within the time frame. Price was better than other glass repair business's in my area. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of glass repair/replacement!!

We had issues with a windshield replacement done by Safelite. We brought our van to Susquehanna Valley Auto Glass and their service was exceptional from start to finish. They diagnosed the issues with Safelite s windshield install, communicated directly with our insurance company, and once approved to do the work they did a fantastic job of removing and installing our windshield correctly. My car windshield was hit by a few rocks and left large cracks. Went through my insurance and they recommended Susquehanna Valley Auto Glass. This is actually the second time they have fixed a car of mine, so I knew they would do a good job!Within an hour of speaking with my insurance, I received a call from Carrie (unsure of spelling), and she walked me through the process after obtaining my vehicle info. Because it was a Friday, the repair would be done the next week. I was able to get my car fixed on Wednesday! Dropped it off in the morning and picked it up by 1pm. Sometimes they can come to your house or work and fix the car, but because my Subaru Outback has eyesight the cameras needed to be recalibrated in house. Everyone was super kind and easy to work with! 100% would recommend them to anyone in need to window repair in their car!Service: Auto windshield repair

Very easy to work with and generous giving my daughter a discount after learning it was her car broken into on the news the night before at a local restaurant. They even got it done a day earlier then promised due to pending bad weather.

Friendly, fast and courteous service. What more can you ask for? Go to their shop and leave your car or have them come to your house or business. We have had many windshields replaced here (my husband owns a pilot car business) and we have never had an issue after the repair. If you are looking for a reputable local business, this is the place!

Had someone break into my car at work, smashing the front passenger window. They were able to get the part in, and have my vehicle done the next day. Great quality work, very easy and friendly people to work with, and won't hesitate to take my vehicle there again. I highly recommend this place.

The people at Susquehanna Valley Auto Glass were professional, friendly, and courteous. They communicated what needed to be done and made a timely repair to my front windshield. Definitely would recommend to folks with vehicles that need auto glass repairs.

Great customer service and communications. I had a last minute change of where my daughter's car was going to be which I found out at 11:00 pm. I left Kerry a message knowing their tech was heading out early the next day to Sunbury to take care of my windshield along with many others. Kerry got a hold of Ryan and he took care of windshield that was in Montandon before heading to Sunbury.Both my daughter and I are extremely impressed and happy with Susquehanna Valley Auto Glass.
