We had a great experience buying our second car from Fairfield! Denny, Gavin, Cody and Jenn were honest, transparent and supportive as we test drove many cars, to ultimately chose the best car for our family and our budget. We live 5 hours away but knew we trusted them the most, and it was worth the return drive back!

Just stopped in to test drive a 1500 4x4 with the 3.0 Duramax,which works great,gave me a good price on my trade,great atmosphere attitude no pressure all around good experience,i highly recommend Fairfield Chevrolet in Lewisburg,stop in and see Zach and the rest of the team you won t be sorry!!

Being a Mopar Fan, I was new to the Fairfield Chevy dealership when we set our sights on a Chevy Suburban to replace our Jeep. Travis Trutt was our salesmen and he was very polite, professional and accommodating to our needs. We never felt pushed around or forced to make a decision like their competitors down the street. We came to an agreement on price and trade and left happy with our Suburban. Highly recommend this dealerships sales department! It was a pleasure doing business!

My wife and I have been looking for a new vehicle. We stopped in at Fairfield to test drive a Cadillac XT6. We were introduced to Zach Rager, who is a very polite and knowledgeable representative. Zach knew the product very well and was very attentive during our interaction. If you are looking for a new Cadillac, i recommend giving Zach the opportunity to help you through the experience. you will not be disappointed.

Had not considered Chevy while car shopping, so our stop here was unplanned. Our salesman Zach Kratzer was wonderful and very patient with our indecisiveness. He was very transparent about the process and not pushy at all. We ended up buying from him.

Huge waste of time and typical car salespeople.... I inquire about a vehicle, cash buyer. Ask what the final price is, on an email then on a text, all the person responding was trying to get me to come in. So then I call, literally, I just want to know the final price of a car. She dances around the question, talks over me, finally I interrupt her to say I just want the price. This could have been the easiest deal for her ever, I want the car. Is it too much just to ask the price without coming down there wasting my time? Simple question. Avoid- there are much better dealers who can shoot straight without all the games

Very shady dealership. Recently they mailed a very misleading flyer that advertised a contest to win 1 of 3 prizes. When the prize winner called the 1-800 number on the flyer and entered the winning code, the message said congratulations, bring the flyer to the dealership to claim your prize . Doing as it said and expecting to have won a 60 screen TV, the sales person came out with ear buds! He said the flyer was misleading to get people to come to the dealership. If they pull that kind of sleazy sales tactic, what other bait and switch schemes are they pulling on customers? I am actively looking for a car for my daughter and after this experience of being played as a fool, I would never purchase a vehicle from such a blatantly dishonest dealership unless they stopped their shenanigans!

I Have had the most positive day ever! I traded my 2009 Nissan Versa for a 2016 Acura and recieved a 5.6 interest rate all Thanks to Travis Trutt for having such an optimistic attitude and prompt service. I recommend this fabulous salesman in Lewisburg PA.

This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Fairfield Chevrolet and I have referred friends and family here as well. Hannah Gale made my experience so easy and actually enjoyable. I'm not particularly fond of car shopping but I would definitely recommend Fairfield all day, every day!

It took me a long time to write this review. I purchased a 2015 Cadillac Escalade ESV from this dealership about a year and a half ago. At first impression was good the salesman Travis was very nice the whole experience went well on my way driving home I noticed that the touchpad on my radio did not really work I text Travis to ask questions about the radio and he never responded. Months went on no response. Then another situation in March of 2022 occurred in regard to this vehicle that led me to a repair shop and then the Cadillac dealership here in Buffalo NY they did a whole certified vehicle check and discovered many problems first this vehicle has been in a flood I was wondering why the seats were so faded and the 3r row seats were missing the head rest when I got it but I just thought it was because it was older .Second the electrical system is shot in the vehicle Third the radio is shot(NEVER WORKED) which is vital it controls the heat, location ,cool air and your DVD and Navigation , none of this worked. The way I was fooled is by the radio working partially where you can hear one station but could not adjust anything because the screen didn t work, when I discovered all of this, I tried to get in contact with the dealership right away. NO RESPONSE until early this year. I spoke to the Service dept manager who I explained the situation and he advised me that they would be willing to repair the radio because they KNEW that it didn t work !! He wanted emailed proof that I addressed this right away and I sent it. My Lemon Cadillac is in the shop now! I called them, like I have previously, left messages emails they will ignore you. I made clear that I needed to speak to someone. The man I spoke to in the service dept said t his manager was not available, and I asked when should I call back he said 20 minutes I did exactly that to get another excuse. To tell the truth the GM of the service dept, didn t want to speak to me because he knew what he told me that he would do for me and the email that he sent me of the INVOICE of repairs to this Escalade before I brought it. He had the GM Denny of the location call me and he was defensive from the start Were not doing anything you didn t purchase a WARRENTY Im not going to Listen to you go back and forth DID not want to hear anything at one point I asked him do you think that I m calling you for nothing? Mind you the radio is a critical part of the control of the Cadillac along with The Electrical system which is HUGE and all the other problems discovered LAST YEAR He Was rude. Unprofessional, argumentative ,BIAS and definitely made it obvious that it was a COLOR thing.. Told me that he told all of his employees not to talk to me because I got a lawyer, and I got what I purchased its been almost 2 years and I m not doing nothing to fix your vehicle I know that race played a part because of the comment about going back and forth. The angry black woman assumption. Even if this was true, I had a lawyer involved most dealerships would of heard what you had to say addressed your concern because the goal to please your customers and even if you do nothing find a better way to Say it. I lost not him I brought that truck in January of 2022 and drove it a complete 6 months since 2022 and now completely un-operatable, I have tried to address this since I brought it. 55,000.00 down the drain

My Sales rep Hannah Gale was prompt & thorough with my inquiries. I received excellent service & when I arrived for my scheduled test drive - she was fully prepared. This Dealership was pleasant to work with and was reasonable with their pricing. The business manager Jennifer was Amazing to work with in finalizing the sale. I would recommend this dealership if you are in the market for another vehicle.

My car was stalling and I called over to fairfield and told them and also that I was leaving for a trip in a few hours. They got the car in quick and luckily they had the part. They got it fixed up and on my way. Thank you so much. I will be back and highly recommend them for the service!!

Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2019 GMC Yukon Denali late July 2022. I was an out of state buyer. When I arrived and was verifying the milage on the paperwork, there was roughly 4k more miles than what they had advertised on the website and provided to my lender. Unfortunately, I had just flown in with no return flight because of the vehicle purchase which required a wire transfer from my financial institution because they wouldn't accept a cashiers check from Navy Federal, and it was my only transportation back home. Had it been local, I may have canceled the entire deal, or at least asked for some money off the sale price. I had basically no recourse at this point.Fast-forward one year later, and a quick reminder this was a certified pre-owned vehicle with a 172 point inspection completed by Fairfield, the breaks are squealing terribly. I take it to a local dealership who proceeds to tell me all 4 rotors are rusted to the point of requiring replacement.The local dealership stated this rust could not have happened in just the last year and that in order for them to have certified the vehicle, they would have replaced said rusted rotors. I have reached out to GMC Corporate as well as this dealership with no response from the dealer, and GMC stated it was an issue that needed to be handled at the dealer level.Long story short, they either did not properly perform the CPO inspection or they lied. Buyer beware of certified pre-owned from this dealership and always double check the mileage before involving the banks and sending payment.

Drove 93 miles to check out a truck that I was really interested in. We had the pleasure of doing business with Travis Trutt, who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He was able to answer all of our questions eventhough we bought a Ram at a Chevrolet dealer. At no point did we feel pressured during the process. If we were local, I would definitely do business with this dealership again.

So I told them I ll be there Saturday morning.Well Saturday morning came and they called and said the car is sold . And they new i was coming..

My salesperson Zach was awesome to deal with and super friendly . And so was the woman in finances whose name I forget . Only reason it gets 4 stars and no 5 is due to their technicians not wanting to take 5 minutes to scan a used vehicle for me to make sure injectors were good on the diesel I bought . Mind you it was at the end of the day for them but if you re making a sale , that s good customer service to make a customer happy and worry free about their purchase so I opted for an extended warranty instead to not have to worry about anything . Overall I had a great experience working with this dealer.

I was in town for an event when I had an issue with my front wheel. Not sure if the wheel would be safe to drive the 3 hours home, I called Brandon and he was able to get me in that morning, assess the situation, gave me peace of mind that the car would be safe to drive home, and got me on the road in just a couple of hours. I really appreciate that they were able to fit me in given the situation and would recommend there service department.

We had an unfortunate issue with our rental car and by chance went into this dealership to have it looked at. Austin, the service manager, was extremely nice and had the mechanic look at it right away. When it turned out that the car was unfixable, Austin offered to give us a loaner so we could go to the Penn State football game. He was extremely helpful and honestly I had forgotten that people could be so nice. Nice to see people like Austin still exist:)

My daughter and I always saw this particular Rocky Ridge truck every morning taking my son to work and back. Well after 4 months my daughter was with me getting the oil changed and we walked to look at the truck. We was able to take it for a test drive and it was awesome. The salesman wasn t pushy and didn t try to out smart your intelligence. He was very professional and we talked about another 45 minutes after the test drive about the truck. Yes absolutely I would and will return to that dealership and see that salesman again.
