Right above fender was smashed. Back to looking beautiful. Rim was scraped up too. They ordered me a new one. Service was excellent. They even detailed my car inside n out before giving back. Body and paint techs are on point here. Couldn't of asked for a better exsperiance. Was worth the wait to get it done here.

Jordan Gobert is the best! I stopped in without an appointment, he was absolutely professional and very welcoming. I felt comfortable throughout the whole buying experience. I wanted a Jeep and he delivered. Christian was also very helpful with finalizing the paperwork and warranty. I will be purchasing any and all other vehicles from these guys. Best car buying experience I ever had! Brett was my salesman. I was speaking with him for over a week on several vehicles. He provided me cost breakdowns for the two trucks I was interested in. Once we got to the dealership, Brett made sure we could find water and snacks while we waiting for paperwork (wife and newborn were with me). We got to talking about cars and checked out a few nice rides in the building. The overall process was painless. Brett and the others made it seem like we were friends for years. I will definitely be going back for my next vehicle purchase. Thanks all!

In and out with a new-to-me EV in about 3 hours -- this place runs like a well-oiled machine. Brett was helpful and was able to answer my questions despite the vehicle not being one of the dealers primary brands. Worth the 2 hour drive to work with these folks.

Vehicle shopping is something I usually dread, but this dealership was a different experience. Salesman Jordan was great to deal with and no pressure! He was very attentive and knowledgeable, I enjoyed working with him. Alexanders has great price points and I was very pleased with the deal. This is my family s 3rd vehicle purchased from Alexander s and I keep going back.

Bought a used Dodge Charger here recently and had a great experience. The people here are good and my salesman, Garret, was very accommodating.The only small complaint I have is that their driveway/lot is quite narrow and you have to be very careful not to hit any of the display vehicles when driving in and out.5/5

I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from Blaise Alexander Chrysler, Jeep in Lewisburg PA. My salesman Ben did a great job. He was nice, quick to respond to my questions and was very professional. We had several phone calls and text messages and Ben and I just hit it off. When I arrived at the dealership (Ben picked me up at the airport) everything was ready to go. I have bought many cars in the past but I truly feel like this was the best experience.

Wow, I don't usually do this but I need to tell you the service and communication is terrible at several of Blaise Alexander dealerships. We have multiple vehicles from a few of their dealerships and I haven't had a good experience at any of them with service. The first one had a vehicle for almost two years and couldn't fix the problem. Then to top it all off they totaled the vehicle while trying to repair it again after almost two years in their possession with no communication except when I called them for an update. I just called for an update on the second vehicle they have and they did not have an answer. After saying they would call me back in 10 minutes. Once again a day later I had to reach out for an update with no answer. Their communication is horrible. Totally unacceptable!! Stay away!!Well isn't that convenient you can't find any records. Doesn't surprise me. I will add to the story. I made a call to check on vehicle because of course no one can follow up. We were told the vehicle could be picked up because they couldn't get part # to give us a price for the repair. Not sure if the recall was done either. So, we go to pick up vehicle and we find a vehicle torn apart and definitely not ready for pick up. Half of the dash apart and tools laying on the floor. You can't make this stuff up. All I can say is Wow. Oh by the was we spent about a 250k at your dealerships in the 10 years but you couldn't find any records. Ridiculous!

My husband and I made an appointment with this dealership with a vehicle in mind for our family. Ben was our salesman and made the process simple, and I felt he really wanted to give us a great experience. Ben and the team at Blaise Alexander In Lewisburg exceeded our expectations. We walked away with a forever vehicle. We received a great deal & truly felt that the team wanted to take care of our needs; at a customer level but also a genuine, care and respect for our overall safety and security. A customer experience as it should be! Give those guys a raise!

I would give them no stars if possible. I would not recommend them to anyone! Husband bought a used truck and 2 weeks later needs fixed, couldn't get a call back or any response from anyone not salesman or manager or service department. They also supposedly changed cv joint before selling it they did but not correctly so we have to do that as well. So beware of the service department.

We just purchased our 2018 Ford Raptor from Blaise! Chris and Rob worked with us to get us the deal on our dream truck. We weren't even really looking to buy another vehicle, but the deal was too good to walk away from. I highly recommend that if you're in the market for a new vehicle, go see Chris he was amazing, super helpful, and patient. Rob was also amazing he worked with us until we had a deal we could go home happy with!!Thank you, Chris, Rob, and the rest of the Blaise family. I'll be back when I'm ready for an upgrade to my SUV.

I traveled about an hour and a half to see two vehicles I reviewed on Blaise Alexander s website. Dain Kowalski was patient and allowed me the time I needed to review and drive both vehicles. He was informative and got me all of the answers to my laundry list of questions. At no point did I feel pressured or like I was being sold on something. The pricing was straight forward and I received a great value on my trade in. I would add that after I came to the conclusion that I wanted the car, the staff processed me very efficiently; I was out of there in no time. Obviously I am very satisfied with my car purchasing experience and it was worth the miles traveled to get there. They did not known me when I called and walked in. They were friendly and gave me lots of time and space to evaluate the vehicles, and were straight forward on pricing. I would/will recommend Dain and this dealership to family and friends.

Got a good deal but everything went downhill at the dealership. If you're a military Veteran, might want to think twice about going there. Main issue was GM, Rob Delbo, treating me like I'm not that smart. The only thing I can think of was he saw I was a Veteran and already had my financing thru USAA. We live about a 100 miles away so I'm thinking this should be a quick in and out since the only thing they had to do was verify trade, payoff and paperwork. Boy was I wrong. Instead of giving a 5 star review, which I would have given if Rob Delbo didn't get involved, I deducted a star for not having the Gladiator detailed (offered after we've been there for about 2.5 hrs), one star for wasting my time and another star because of Rob Delbo insulting my intelligence, not once, but twice. I was told their financing could beat my rate. The 10-15 minutes promised took almost 2 hrs. and didn't beat my rate. Then Rob Delbo actually asked me to finance at a higher rate and then just refinance in a couple months. Things got heated and we stayed with our bank.Why would you ask that unless you think I'm not that smart? Insulting. So after about 2.5 hours, Dylan takes us back to do the paperwork. Get to the addons portion and tell him to skip it since we've never bought any of that, but says he has to go thru it. After declining, in comes Ron Delbo again. Thought I was done with him, but no. Starts talking to Dylan how he thinks they made their numbers and should be able to give me a good deal (never heard that before in 40 plus years of buying cars). I decline again and here comes the sales pitch again of how much money we saved, losing money and wife says we don't keep cars that long (trading in a 2024 Wrangler for the Gladiator, hint hint). Told him that when I say no, it's a no and should respect my decision. Again gets heated and tells me he'll cancel the deal then. I've walked on deals before, but this is a first for the dealer saying he would cancel the deal. My wife intervened. So here we go again, Ron Delbo starts again how he's losing $4000 and wants me to spend $2200 to make up for part of it. Again, why would I buy something I don't want? Again, insulting. The paperwork and temp plates took about 20 minutes. When that was done, headed out to the Gladiator a little after 7 pm and didn't get home until close to 9 pm. 3 hour ordeal when it should have been done in no more than 30 minutes. If you took Rob Delbo out of the equation and just sell the Gladiator, I would have been satisfied. Insulting my intelligence, not accepting "No" for an answer and wasting my time will not earn any future business. I'm sure everyone else in the dealership heard our conversations since none of this was done in a private setting and voices were raised. Again, just a military Veteran trying to answer insulting questions. I'm sure this type of behavior is probably expected and applauded at the other Blaise Alexander dealerships. I sent a message on Facebook 2 days ago asking for contact information to voice my concerns and they did not respond.**Missing the mark is an understatement. Your aim was way off. When the Gladiator wasn't cleaned and ready to go, that speaks volumes of your dealership. No attention to detail. That's kind of a military thing.UPDATE: After trading in my Jeep, apparently this dealership has not sent any paperwork to PennDOT since my trade is still registered to us. We get letters from PennDOT saying about cancelled insurance, $500 fine, etc. 5 Apr receive a registration renewal for my trade so actually talked to someone from PennDOT. She confirmed we are still the registered owners, no paperwork on file indicating a transfer and said it doesn't take this long. She advised I contact the dealership. Sent Dylan an email that day, said he would "reach out" to me on the 8th. Nothing. Still don't have copies of any of the other paperwork either. Only the temp registration and buyer's order.

The men in the service department were amazing! It was my first time at the Lewisburg location for an oil change & tire rotation. I ran into some miscommunication from a different location and the Lewisburg Blaise team were all so kind and generous when defeating the obstacle. Thank you again! (:

For me really really 5 star service. First of all I would like to say Service manager Tom and Sales Manager Scott thank you very much. They allowed me in their parking lot till monday 5/23 because Friday when I arrived to Blaise Alexander Dodge Ram service Mr. Tom's service team checked my truck but 2 diesel technician was out of work. Family reasons. And than they did necessary checked but the truck will lay down up to monday. Wait for technicians. In the meantime Mr Tom arrange me a car go to speak bar owner allowed me in his parking lot. He was nice guy and gentlemen.Today afternoon sales manager Mr. Scott came and ask me do you need anything we have sandwich and coffee etc in dealer ship if you like you can come and get it. He was nice and gentlemen. Believe me guys I never see like this service honestly exellent exellent Dodge Chrysler Ram service.Thank you very much Blaise Alexander Dodge Ram.

Under BZ Motors, I had given a 5 star review when I purchased a 2017 Durango back in 2020. Today, I feel dishonest by leaving 1, as 0 is not an option.Had BZ's still had the lot, IF the SUV I had stopped to look at was even on the lot and not in an auction house, it would have been run through the shop and any body work taken care of, cleaned and repaired. Instead, I was met with a $44k SUV with scratches, dents and stained seats. I barely made it 2 miles on the test drive before turning around. Salesmen said "We'll probably fix that". It had been on their lot since November, no excuses. Looking around at the other used vehicles, they should be ashamed of the quality they are trying to push.Like BZ, I had the same salesmen, still as helpful as he was previously. Unlike BZ, I was met with a beat up used car and an incredibly low trade in offer, like I know nothing of the car market. I feel bad for anyone who takes the first trade value they are presented by these crooks. Typical Blaise tactics, I've bought three trucks before from other Blaise dealers as well and typically its a 6 hour fight to get fair treatment financially, the only reason ever stretching a sale out that long for me was because they were the exact vehicles I wanted.Sad to say I know two others who got the same poor treatment from this dealership since BZ's sold out. They no longer have the vehicles they purchased there.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, I recommend Van Campen Dodge in Williamsport.

These guys were fabulous - they were so down to earth, helpful and professional - equally important they had the exact model that I wanted to buy and sold to me at a very fair price - I would highly recommend them to anyone - from anywhere - I travelled apx 400 mikes to buy from Blaine Alexander Subaru Lewistown and am glad that I did - I searched a large geographic territory to locate the right car at the right price and they delivered big time!!

RRRUUUNNNNN AWWWAYYYYY. No service after the sale. Garbage trade in values. Rob the GM is too much of a coward to return phone calls when he knows he's wrong. Their Service department is the most incapable service department that I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They told me I couldn't purchase factory extended warranty at the time of purchase BUT never fear, I could purchase the "inhouse warranty". I found out afterwards that is false. Of course I couldn't use the extended warranty outside of the Blaise group without paying a deductible. After 3 nightmare service visits, I traded a 2023 jeep with 16k miles on it 10 months after purchase JUST to get away from this dealership location. I will NEVER return.My best friend did the same. traded his lemon he bought from them in and lost big money just to get away from this location. Of course Rob fed him the same line of making things right but would never return a phone call.bottom line, I wouldn't take a car from this location if it was free. go somewhere else, and in a hurry!

Ben Battista was our sales consultant. He was very informative and worked hard on getting us the vehicle we wanted. It was at another location and he made the 4 hour round trip to bring it to Lewisburg. We highly recommend Ben as your salesman. He is fantastic!

Gave my email and phone number to test drive a car I was interested in. It turned out the car was no longer available, but they tried to get me down to the dealership to look at other options. I told them I wasn t interested in any other cars. Weeks later, I am still getting spam calls and emails from the dealership. I would avoid giving your information to this dealership unless you would like to be pushed to the brink of insanity by endless calls and e-mails. I am not interested Marcus. Please stop I beg of you!

Jayson and Noah just finished doing the body work on my car after I hit a deer and they did an amazing job they made her look better then before I hit the deer!!! They talked to me every step of the way and made me feel comfortable Definitely Great customer service!!!
