John at the Lbg store was fantastic! I stopped to inquire about a part for my wiper blade and it was an item that is not carried by AutoZone. However, he came out to take a look and was able to solve the issue for me! Fantastic way to start the day! Thank you for your help!

Wonderful customer service! When the wiper blade I got, which was listed as fitting my truck, ended up not fitting they worked with me to find a blade that did fit. Will definitely be going back in the future!

Went to the lewisburg pa store today. Looking for parts. J J asked me what was needed bassoon as I walked in. 5 minutes later had what I needed and out the door. Great experience. Will be taking business back here instead of the competition up the road.

I walked in yesterday needing a Jeep battery replaced. It couldn t have been easier. John the manager actually did the install, was efficient and very helpful. Very easy to recommend with 5 stars.

I forgot what the young man's name was that helped me but he was an absolute blessing. I had to take a battery back a core and I'm not able to pick it up he actually came and picked it up for me and brought it in I was so grateful for him that day.

I just want to send a huge THANK YOU to the employee(s) at Auto Zone in Lewisburg PA who refuse to install batteries in newer cars with fuses or amp metering devices attached to the terminals. We at Advance Auto appreciate the opportunity to show the customers why our service stands out above the rest.

shouts out to the Lewisburg auto zone for sending us advanced auto parts a customer who wanted a battery changed in her vehicle and was told that they can't do it so she came to advanced auto parts in Lewisburg and got her battery changed with no problem.

John at Autozone was super helpful. I arrived at their store to have my battery checked, I needed a jump to get there, and when I arrived at the store I tried to start my car, it wouldn t. I wasn t sure if it was the battery or possibly the alternator. John diagnosed it as likely the battery, and lent me tools so I could install the new battery on the spot. After installing, John rechecked my system and found the alternator was working fine and confirmed it was the battery. He was very helpful through the whole process, much appreciated!!

So I broke down on the side of RT.15 on Saturday afternoon. I called the store explained what I needed and everything was in stock. My vehicle wasn t driveable at the time and I was about 3.5 miles from the store. The person on the phone with me said not worry that they would happily bring everything to me. I was absolutely taken back by that. After a very short wait an employee from the store showed up and delivered my supplies to me. I really appreciated the great service. You guys made a stressful situation go away with ease!Especially when I was about 1000 miles away from home! Thank you all again

I was impressed by my shopping experience at AutoZone Lewisburg, PA on Dec 10, 2022.I identified replacement headlamps for my daughter s car on AutoZone s web site. It was simple.I bought a pair of lamps in-store and casually asked Wyatt- the store manager, if an associate would offer me guidance for install. He asked Hynes to assist.The series of events that occurred next were impressive:- Hynes took initiative with my request, whereas alone, I would have struggled- He demonstrated product knowledge assuring me the replacement lamps will offer my daughter safer night driving compared to the inferior lamps being replaced- He earned an upsell by showing me our car needed quantity 4 lamps, I had purchased 2- Hynes demonstrated problem solving & empowerment with an inventory concern during upsell and proposed an alternate solution that both Wyatt and I supportedOverall, the Lewisburg PA team delivered me a wonderful customer experience. Thanks, guys!

I was very disappointed with Nick unkown last name on 4/29/2022 at 3:12 PM I called and asked for a part I know every parts store has; battery cable . It was like he didnt even hear what I asked him and his knee jerk response was nope we dont have anything like that here. I would not except that as a answer and pressed him to go look. Exactly 17 mins on hold later he had finally found it and grumbled when I asked him to have it at the counter for my wife who would be picking it up. Who ever runs this store needs to have a chat with Nick. Yes this time I got my part. But next time Im just calling Advanced Auto instead ..

Found what was needed. Wiper blade prices vary greatly. Service was at an ok pace although the worker did not seem highly knowledgeable could have been a new employee. Over all was an easy in and out.

Update: 12/5/20 Picked up some supplies for car. Although employees nice, two out of three are not wearing masks (young guy had mask on). Other customer wasn't wearing one as well as well. Seriously, in global pandemic spinning out of control and Autozone won't even do the minimum to keep customers safe?I've been here three times. Employees have been super nice and knowledgeable.

Friendly staff. The store manager personally introduced herself to me, answered all my questions and when I was leaving I felt like, "I wish all stores were as neat, well organized and employees so friendly and helpful.

Had to get my own oil and air filter then waited 10 min for someone to wait on me and it was not busy also didn't even get a greeting when walking in the store in Lewisburg is not very friendily

Had battery for my car checked and replaced in no time ! It was easy straight forward and the customer service was fantastic I believe Ron was my guy, very nice. The store is also very nice looking. Would recommend for sure.

John and Dolan are nice, patient guys who went out of their way to help my wife and I with a couple problems that were beyond us: we rented what we found out too late in the day to make relevant changes was defective moving equipment. Desperate, behind schedule, we called around and only at AutoZone did anyone offer to help. In fact, Dolan told us over the phone that he "would be happy to help." Happy to help--how often do you hear anyone say that and mean it?Now, I am not a central PA local, and I feel blessed to be able to say that I no longer live anywhere near Lewisburg or environs, so perhaps I hope to an unreasonable degree to find manners--or even baseline human compassion--among at least a sliver of the general population. Such was lacking almost entirely in the Lewisburg area, the exceptions being the gentlemen at AutoZone.If you're tired of the Wal-Martification of American commerce and service, don't consider going anywhere else for your automotive needs.

Went in for wiper fluid. All of the employees were taking customer calls, but let me know that they'd be with me shortly. Then one guy magically popped out of one of the aisles and checked me out lightning quick.

Most most of the staff is pleasant. However there is a younger women who has a horrible attitude and was yelling and putting another employee down in front of customers. It was very disrespectful. And horrible conditions for employees. As for knowledge some staff know what they are talking about while others dont know acura is honda.. I have made many 2nd trips after ordering a part because the staff gave me the wrong item. You are better off going to the website and looking up the part number to call in and order the part number instead of them play click and guess. This location is closest to me but I no longer go here because there is a man who follows me around and tries to get my phone number..

Had to wait about 10 minute just to get waited on. Employee was very polite but also hard to follow because he was helping me but also walking away and helping the other employee. Confusing to me anyways.

If you are going here to find Motorcycle parts you may want to go elsewhere. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean. Not very promising for a cyclist though. Skimpy parts in that regard.

We were on the road and the check engine light came on. We stopped and had the free dignostic run on the car, which verified what we expected. The staff was great and helpful.

I almost always have a great experience here. Staff is very helpful and friendly. There was only one occasion I encountered a cranky, unhelpful staff member, but for the most part Autozone is always good!
