I am so glad I found this garage. They are honest, reasonably priced, friendly, and go out of their way to help you! Don t expect anything fancy. This is a real garage, not a dealership with an expensive waiting room. What you can expect is a fair deal and good work!!!

Honest, reliable, fair????Really? If you can tell me that those 3 values are possible in today's world, I'd tell you "prove it"...However Twins go beyond those values. And imagine, if the world had more people with thesevalues, how nice it would be...I've been bringing my vehicles here for the past 15+ years with the past 5 of them being 30miles for me to travel there and 45 +- of my time...sure I could gamble and try to find another shop alot closer, but not confident enough that I will.In closing I'd like to thank AL & Ike, for being who you are and addressing all my mechanical needs throughout the years and the years to come...God Bless,Mark

I used Twins Auto for years before moving to Florida where there is no inspection so when I came to visit and took my car in for them to give it a good look over, I feel so confident driving it back now . I recommend them to everyone.

My wife and I have been taking our cars to Twins Auto Repair over 20 years. The brothers are the most likeable and trustworthy guys you will ever meet. They let you know exactly what your vehicle needs and never try to up sell you. Recently my car battery died. They came to my house jumped my car and took it to there shop. I needed a new battery, it was 8 years old. They replaced the battery and brought my car back to me same day. ( note: I live within walking distance from there shop.) Even so who does that nowadays? NOBODY! Well they did. And to top it off it cost me way less than if I did it myself! This is the only place I know of that you can trust, is extremely reasonable and actually cares about there customers. They go above and beyond. In this day and age that is Absolutely Amazing! My Wife and I highly recommend these guys (The Twins) you will never find a better place for all of your vehicles needs.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Air conditioning

These past couple years the only persons that I trust with my car are the twins Auto Repair. So does my entire family . There are extremely honest they give you your estimate and they never mess around with changing prices. Their customer service is extremely friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. My car is old but they check it out and it flies. There is no words to express more than 23 years experience with the same mechanics (Twins brother).The brothers one of the most trustworthy gentlemen I ever met. I highly recommend The Twins. Al and Ike are the most honest and friendly mechanics you will ever meet. They take great care of their customers and treat everyone like family. I can't say the number of times I've waited there for my car and have been offered food while I waited.I've also had them tell me at times that something I thought was necessary was not at the time. Most mechanics would just do the work and charge you an arm, a leg, and your first born for it.That's another thing. The Twins will never over charge you. They're as fair as they are honest. I just can't say enough good things about these guys. They're great! The perfect example of how any service type business should be run. Stop going to dealerships for repairs.GO SEE THE TWINS!

They were able to diagnose and repair my car in about two or three hours and it s been running well since. The people who took care of me were amazing and extremely helpful in explaining what happened. The price seemed to be great as well. they even gave me recommendations for some home improvements I ve been working on! You never want to need a mechanic but if you re ever in the situation where you need one, consider Twin s Auto!

The Twins are the best mechanics I have ever been too. Not only are they knowledgeable about cars, but they are fair, kind and good hearted people. For them it's not all about the business, but it's about being fair and really looking out for customer. They always bend over backwards to help and ensure that you're kept happy. They once gave me their car to drive home as my repair would take longer than anticipated. Honest and friendly garage. My family found them about 20 years ago, and i have been going ever since. They would often fix lights on my Saab and would not charge me, even when I insisted. They can be stubbornly generous like that.

I have been going to Twins for years. Ike and Al are the two most honest mechanics I know. They are very reasonably priced and they have always treated me well. At first I would love to express my feelings, I have never been able to say that I ever really trusted one until now ( Twin s auto repair) The twins brother very helpful and will let you know what s wrong with the car if they find it. Fair prices and very very professional. Highly recommended to anyone that looking for trustworthy mechanics.

As young person that is brand new to the area I was looking for a honest, affordable and skilled mechanic. I evidently had a slow leak in one of my tires that needed to be fixed and after giving Twin s a call I was met with professionalism and a very kind person. Excellent trustworthy and generous mechanics. Since my first service, I've made Twin's Auto Repair my primary mechanic. Even after moving an hour away, I still make the trek to get my car serviced here. They have fit me in on emergency situations, and offered the best prices for some involved transmission jobs. The shop has felt more like visiting family. Always a great experience at Twins Auto Repair!!!With low profile tires, my car used to get flat tires or bubbles in the tires every time I drove over a pot hole or a high mahhole cover. Our friends at Twins Auto Repair found the perfect-size smaller rims with thicker tires for my car, so I can save myself the hassle of new tires for every bump in the road, and only get them when they're actually worn down! They took care of me as if I were family, like they always do! Thank you!!!

I have been using Twin s Auto for the last few years and their legendary customer service is remarkable. They genuinely care about your budget, safety, and performance of your vehicle as if it were their own. Honesty is unmatched here at Twin s Auto. I ve had lots of past experience where an auto repair shop uses my minor need for service and turns it into a major repair that just has to be done. I ve seen it many times before where they UPSELL you for more services so they can be profitable. Twin s Auto Repair has your best interest at heart and they have earned my respect and trust over the years. I have had a ton of mechanic shops and as a women we all know we can get taking advantage of in this aspect or so assumed anyway. I needed a new mechanic and after reading all the positive reviews I decided to go here. I do not regret it! They are honest, fair, super helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone. This time I just had my annual inspection done. Have been going to Twins Auto for years and prefer them over the dealer. They are very friendly, honest, and reliable business and I would recommend anyone to try them out... you won t be disappointed. Very fair with their prices and they get the job done !! They also hire and train students from the local tech school whom are learning the automotive trade so they do care about and help out the local community!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

I have been a customer of the Twins for about 3 or 4 years now. I have had many mechanics work on my different cars over many years, and I must say. The Twins are the most reliable, conscientious and considerate professionals I have ever been associated with. My husband and I have been customers here for 6 years. During that time, the brothers who own the shop, Al & Ike, have been extremely accommodating, patient, and kind. When we moved to Philadelphia in 2017, we chose to continue to bring our cars here because of the personal touch and attention that they put into their business. They have lent out their personal vehicles to my husband on multiple occasions, so he could get to work while his car was being serviced. They don't try to upsell you on services; they always give an honest assessment on what you do and do not need. They also remember details about your life, which shows how much they value their customers. I am always asked how my son is doing, by name, even though he was only in the shop once, several years ago. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of a mechanic. Whether you need short or long term car care, urgent assistance or maintenance, they will always make time to help you.

This was my first visit to Twins Auto. I was simply blown away by the professionalism, honesty and full transparency with which the twin brothers run their business. Further, both Al and Ike take pains and time to go over the process they plan to go about in identifying and correcting the issue. And on top of it,, they both have an engaging and alluring personalities which makes makes the whole experience immensely enjoyable.They say that having a good mechanic and a good lawyer goes a long way in making life easy. I'm very lucky to have found these mechanics. Not only are they amazing mechanics and offer very reasonable pricing for their services, they are probably some of the kindest and most generous people I've met. Al even drove to my house, which is probably 40 minutes from him, to help me with my car. Today was my first time going to twins auto & it will not be my last. I had amazing experience & will recommend to everyone i know ! . I am new to the area , i gave them a call & they were able to fit me in the same day. Within a few hours my car was fixed! Very professional , courteous & kept me updated on things. Awesome place. Even when they are super busy they will make the time to provide great service. I came in with my car making a horrible loud squeaking sound. The mechanic was able to find out it was just a piece of wood stuck in between the breaks! He didn't even charge to look at it and take out the piece of wood! Absolutely top rate place. Him and his brother run a great and honest mechanic shop. This is definitely the place to go with your car.
