Just plain terrible. Contacted my insurance to get towed and they sent me this towing company. They kept pushing my time after waiting an hour and a half, the said 45 minutes more and then added an extra 30 and still had the nerve when I contacted them AGAIN that they weren t even close to me and were picking up other cars meanwhile I m waiting. Terrible place, if you contact your insurance and they give you this towing company PLEASE cancel, I ended up just canceling after waiting 2 and half hours and called a nearby towing company and they came in 5 MINUTES, 5!!! I felt so dumb waiting for this towing company. PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR CAR TOWED HERE THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!!!!!! Get a nearby tow and then get reimbursed later pls!!

These guys are always there my friend priced another tow company who was a friend of my friend and jack at secoda beat their price by 200 bucks not 20 dollars 200 bucks WHO YOU GONNA CALL, IT'S A NO BRAINER. Thank you secoda for another happy customer. PS my friend thanks you also.

Had a good experience during a stressful situation. 2 flat tires. My warranty company quoted me 2 hours at first. About a half hour in, it went down to 40 minutes. 5 minutes later, I got a call from Se oda saying they're 4 minutes out! It was great!Bill was really cool. Very personable and professional. Made the experience a lot better.Overall, I'd use these guys again! A lot better than previous towing experiences.Service: Car towing

THIS CO IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!!!! Kept pushing the time back 5 hours at this point then were rude and lying saying they couldn t find my car. They out here getting $ from insurance companies overbooking and not fulfilling the service(s). Companies like this needs to be investigated for fraud when they getting paid and NOT doing their job. I definitely advised my insurance provider and filed an complaint and asked them to investigate further as this is beyond terrible and poor customer service. USSA attempted numerous companies to have me towed, but had no luck until Secoda's accepted. Steve A. from Secoda's personally kept me updated with ETAs, and other information. When he arrived he was extremely courteous, friendly, and most of all very knowledgeable and professional. The tow to Morgan's Tire in Burlington was done with incredible efficiency and care to my vehicle. It is refreshing to see someone in the service industry exhibit such awesome customer service, such as Steve A. did. I highly recommend Secoda's towing and especially Steve A. I've been using Secoda for over 20 years. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICES ... & FAST! I highly recommend them.We just had our classic Z28 break down at 5 AM ... and it's cold outside. My insurance set up a tow for me with Secodas and I had a great experience. The driver was very communicative and showed up a little bit earlier than the requested time, which was a plus. My insurance arranged for Secoda's Towing to come to my residence to test and replace my battery, if necessary. Travis quickly and efficiently changed the battery. My car need to be tow, si my insurance is the who gave me that towing services, I waited for 3 hrs for them to come, they extended and extended and when I called them they said call the insurance again and ask for another towing service, Balasubas ! And the guy I spoke to didnt apologize. Rude!

Nine hours and they never showed up. They just kept pushing the time back and then they refused to answer my calls. They literally left me, my two dogs, and my husband with a heart condition, dead on the side of the road. DO NOT EVER trust this company with your vehicle, your money or ONE SECOND OF YOUR TIME. Don't call them and do not let your insurance company use them as a service provider to you. REMEMBER their name (SECODAS in Levittown, PA). Tell your parents, kids, friends, anyone you care about - to NEVER use them.Service: Car towing

I requested a tow through my insurance company and got an eta of 90 mins from Secoda's.That seemed a little long considering AAA usually has someone out to me within 30 minutes or less, but I settled in to wait.90 minutes came and went, and not only did no one show up, but they never contacted me with a status update. When I called they seemed irritated and said that they're really busy and they'll do the best they can.About two hours after my initial request, my insurance company reached out to see if they'd arrived. When I said no, they contacted Secoda's and were told they got delayed on a previous call and it would be another 45 minutes.When that came and went my insurance company reached out again and were told that they got delayed on a previous call and it would be yet another 45 minutes.Nearly 4 hours after my initial request, Secoda's notified my insurance company that they could not provide the service, and my dealership service center was closing anyway so I had to reschedule for the following day.I sure hope they use a different vendor tomorrow.

I needed a tow on a Sunday evening n understand it might take awhile because of shore traffic. But I never got a text a call or an update on my insurance companies request. I tried to call them and the posted number was wrong. They never came !! Fortunately I didn t need to stay with car n got a new tow in the morning.if I would have seen the reviews of this company I would never have used them !!!Service: Car towing

Been using this company for 12+ years .. They not only Tow my classic car for me , they also have Towed my kids cars several times . Not one time do I feel like I was over charged . The owner picked my daughters car up two weeks ago at 2am . He had no drivers on duty because ofThanksgiving . I ended up needing a tow from jersey to Philadelphia because my axel broke. Everything was good until we get to the place of drop off. Like an axel repair wasn't expensive enough. Paid cash, could get a receipt. He's already done by the time I get to the place. He's in a rush to leave. Says before getting in his truck that it slid off the bed of his truck when he was lowering it. This is what I found. The crazy part is this is supposed to be 24 hours and when I called to talk to someone it sends me to a voice mail of another number. Thanks for taking advantage.Service: Car towing

They towed my vehicle and damaged it...now I have to go to the body shop to get it fixed. It's really unfair that I pay them for towing and they add damage to the vehicle.
