Got a set of tires for my vehicle here. Not only were the rebates great, but the service was outstanding. The service reps gave me a detailed quote, explained everything really well, helped me get the most rebates possible. Will definitely get my next set of tires here.

This will be my new auto repair shop. The people were so nice and communicative. The waiting area was clean, warm, and had amenities like phone chargers, outlets, and coffee. I felt like they were honest and trustworthy and judging by the number of customers that came in throughout the afternoon, I can see why they have 4.5 stars on Google. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience they lie to you with cheap tire prices, then come in and they don't have em in stock. But wait we have expensive tires on hand now! Don't go here use Mavis Tires 3 min down the road. Got my tires at Mavis saved $100.00 and got the same tires.

I get all my car needs done here. Have never had a bad experience with the employees nor the services that were rendered. Will continue to come to this location and recommend this place to everyone.

Staff is some what friendly, they do ok work. They have water,tea and coffee for the customers which is very nice. Facilities are clean, nice sitting arrangement if you need to bring your lap top and do some work.

Getting my tires replaced at Goodyear was a wonderful experience. The price was exactly as what was quoted, and they got me in and out much quicker than I even anticipated. And most importantly, they allowed my puppy in the store, and all gave him a ton of love. I will always go back to the store for my future needs.

Fran and her team were great! They fixed my rear tire which had a slow leak and got my state inspection completed in a timely and efficient fashion. I love coming here as they make it easy! I highly recommend coming here for service!

I had an appointment for tire change and balancing at 3:30pm, they refused to do the balancing bc the store closes at 5:00 pm and it would take more time than they had, I said ok ... 2 hours later they came back telling me that they broke 4 nut caps while changing tires and that they would not pay for it.I will never go back to this place and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Goodyear Tire Service in Levittown that I feel compelled to share. After visiting their location to have my daughters tires replaced, I left the service center feeling frustrated and dissatisfied due to their negligence resulting in the switching out of my original wheel locks and the loss of the wheel lock key itself. First and foremost, the primary reason I visited Goodyear Tire Service was to have my daughters tires replaced. It was a simple and routine task that I expected them to handle with utmost care and professionalism. Unfortunately, they failed to meet even the most basic expectations. Upon completion of the service, I noticed that they had somehow switched out the wheel locks with someone else's and then misplaced the wheel lock key. This was highly frustrating as it meant that I would have to invest additional time and money to rectify the situation. It is deeply concerning that a supposedly reputable service center like Goodyear could switch the wheel locks and lose such a crucial item. The staff's response (Mark the manager of this Goodyear location) to the situation was lackluster at best. He pretty much called my a liar and stated that his employees would never do such a thing. He seemed indifferent to the inconvenience caused and kept insisting I bring the vehicle to the shop so he can look for himself, that of course was not an option because I at this point have no trust in them and would not allow them to look inside the vehicle After some back and forth discussions they finally offered, that I get a new set of wheel locks and they would reimburse me, but they never offered to help remove the wheel locks they wrongly installed on the vehicle.In terms of customer service, I found Goodyear Tire Service sorely lacking. The swap out and loss of the wheel lock key was not taken seriously, and no genuine effort was made to rectify the situation promptly. As a customer, I expected a much higher level of competence and accountability from a company of their stature.In light of my experience, I would not recommend Goodyear Tire Service to others. Their negligence, coupled with a lack of customer care and professionalism, has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I urge anyone seeking tire services to consider alternative options that prioritize customer satisfaction and take their responsibilities more seriously.I hope that Goodyear Tire Service will take this review constructively and work towards improving their service standards to ensure that future customers do not encounter similar disappointments.

I am not a regular customer because I don't live in this area. But I had a serious issue with a "check engine" light and they immediately read the code without even charging me.This is what I consider true customer service.Thank you again

Very courteous people. They will not sell you anything you don't need. Vehicle always ready when promised. They explain services in full. Will return. Prices are fair. Lots of things to do within walking distance of the shop if you are waiting for your car.

I've been a prior customer here and had good experiences during prior visits. I walked in without an appointment and needed a tire mounted and balanced. I offered to leave it but they took care of it while I waited and the staff was friendly and provided quick service.

My experience from first call inquiry to final sale was excellent. Ricardo, front line was pleasant and attentive. He had no problem calling in Fran, the manager for clarification and best tire for my situation. I've been coming year for years, I have never Bern let down.

The staff are awesome. Purchased 4 tires on 5/27. Great customer service. Fran and V are phenomenal. On my way home I was run off the road and I hit a pot hole. Brand new tire flat. I returned to the store and Fran and V took care of me. This was my first time at Goodyear and I will be back. They deserve a 10 star rating

My wife hit a curb and had a flat on a Thursday morning. It took me forever to change to the doughnut bc my lug nuts were bigger than the lug wrench for reasons I will never understand. I ended up getting the doughnut on and drove it over to Goodyear. Eric (whom I believe is the manager) and Daniel were really great to me. Granted it was probably time of day, but they were able to diagnose the source of the leak and get a new tire on the rim within 30 minutes. She bent the rim and they offered me several options to have that fixed, didn t pressure me one way or the other. Just presented the options and enumerated the benefits of each, and reinforced that all were safe. They didn t try to oversell me, were respectful, and were patient with me. Can t say enough about those guys. Thanks a lot

I got a screw in my tire and realized it was leaking the afternoon before a Sunday, and I had a 5 hour drive I had to make the next day. Every place I called was telling me I had to wait until Monday or drop my car off and they may get to it by Sunday. Not this place! On a Saturday afternoon they took my car in immediately and patched the tire in less than 15 minutes. Ricardo (I believe is his name, I'm so sorry if I'm wrong!) was INCREDIBLE. He was so very nice and helpful. Goodyear Auto Service is lucky to have him. I highly recommend this place.

Great experience here. I had an appointment at a different Goodyear and they told me they wouldn't be able to take me until 2 hours after my appointment time. Despite a last minute appointment at this Goodyear location, they took care of me within the hour. Would definitely come by again!

Dropped my vehicle off and went to work, I went for an oil change and brakes, well things are never what you think you want or need. I received a call from Mark and he let me know what he saw and needed to make sure I knew what he saw. Well I need more work than expected and the proof was in front of my face. Anyway got the work done and although it's not what I wanted to spend the pain was eased with clarification and understanding but most importantly with Safety in mind. If I didn't fix the issues I had my life and my wife's life would be in jeopardy. Thanks Mark and the team you had with you for doing an excellent job in customer service. Also thanks for the patience after the ordeal I had to go through to get my vehicle. You guys are great. I feel you should have 10 stars. Again thanks for a wonderful experience.

I would like to commend the staff at Goodyear Auto Service. I had called them after looking up Goodyear's website regarding new tires for my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They took the time to explain everything to me, which resulted in my making an appointment and purchasing the new tires on the same day. I received the same courtesy and respect when I arrived at the store. They offered additional services at the counter, which I appreciated and ended up having an alignment and oil change added to my work order. All of the work was completed within a reasonable time of my appointment. I highly recommend this location for Goodyear and want to thank the manager Fran and all of her staff for their professionalism and just a great job! I will be spreading the word about my great experience to my friends and family.

I went there for the Ultimate oil change service and I was told that tire rotation is included. Once the service was done I asked how did they moved tires and the person said fronts were moved to the back as they always do. But I noticed that my tires were in the same spot because I had different color tire pressure tube caps. I went back inside and asked if they forgot to rotate tires. The frontdesk person went back to office and chat with his team and came back with the reason. He said they have decided to not rotate tires because all four have uniform wear so nobody will notice anything. Since the tire rotation was included free there was nothing refund!!

May do decent work but the Integrity leaves a lot to be desired! Used to Service my truck here Semi-Regularly. Watch the Service Writers and pay close attention to your receipts. I was once billed for the disposal of (2) two Oil Filters for the same oil change. Now I am sure there are certain engines that have two oil filters but typical passenger cars and light duty trucks are not them. Keystroke error was claimed, went home and reviewed prior W/O's and found them to be the same way, scamming you for a cost of a disposal wherein they recycle the aluminum filter and get paid by whoever comes and picjsup the srcap metal bin, they have to double gouge their customers for incredulous "Fine Print Fee's" thieving, troglodytes!

I have been taking my cars to Fran and the team at Goodyear for more than 10 years. I have counted on them to give me great service, a fair price, and honest advice about what is needed for my vehicles. I now have my family and friends counting on them too. My wife recently had her car inspected and they had said she needed new brakes. We decided may as well change them all, so I brought the car up to Goodyear and Fran quoted a fair price, so we went for it. A few hours later I got a call from Fran saying they had the car up on the lift and the brake pads were perfectly okay.They could have easily put the new pads on and we would have been none the wiser. We ll be taking all of our vehicles to Goodyear from here on out.Fran displayed honesty that is really hard to come by from mechanics these days. Awesome experience.

Mark the technician/serviceman was patient and insightful in helping me tune-up my old 2006 Mazda! There was a wrap-sheet of repairs that he suggested be made and he gave me real advice while allowing me space to make the decisions I wanted!I believe the woman at the counters name was Fran and she was also patient and kind while ringing me out.I ll be coming back for sure and highly recommend them to anyone!

Fran was incredible! She did everything in her power to reduce the cost of a broken headlight that was mangled by another person and unfortunately ended up turning into a very costly project. Photos of the headlight were taken and shown to me , everything was taken care of in a quick , smooth manner . I don t live in the area but I ll be sure to take my jeep here anytime I need something fixed . Thank you!

My vehicles has been in the care of Fran for YEARS. It is very obvious that she cares for her clients. She is one of the only mechanics that I can say never tried to sell me anything I don t need. She explains any problems effortlessly and easy enough for someone who isn t a mechanic to understand. As long as Fran is there I will continue to She is a staple to the Langhorne/Levittown store. She is strong. She is smart. She is Fran

I had a nail in my tire. I was not losing air. I needed it plugged. Went to Goodyear and was immediately told that I would need a new tire. Left, went to gas station nearby, they plugged and all good. I have 4 cars so Goodyear, you kind of messed up. We had been a loyal customer. Honesty IS the best policy

Fran provides such wonderful service. :) Whenever my mom needs anything with her car, we go here. They are honest, fair, and friendly. Just recently had my mom's car inspected and I feel better knowing my mom is safe on the road. Thank you Fran and everyone who works here.
