Never really used the service department. Always use the parts department one guy in particular there Is very rude answers, the phone doesn't acknowledg You just put you on hold always Miserable looking. The Manager is know better. Told me to go to Campbell if I didn't like it.

Just don t come here to fix your truck! Go somewhere else but not this place! Absolutely horrible place! Don t know what they are doing, will do diagnostics and find the problem. They replace the part and try it if it was the problem then apparently it was not the problem. But they already changed it. So no diagnostics here just guessing and replacing parts and if not works keeps replacing parts! And you receive estimates with 1000 diagnostics and thousands of dollars! Oh also they order part from somewhere and charge for that shipment too, never warn customers that they have to also pay for shipping! The worst place I have ever fix my truck and still not fixed.

We addressed them due to our truck def system issue. We suggested to do fully diagnoses. It took 4-5 days to identify and eliminate the issue. Afterwards when we took the truck it showed ICU internal memory problem, ABS problem. We called and they answered that we have to wait another 3 days for getting truck to the service.

Didn't have the part that I needed in stock but did offer a special order it and have it shipped by the next afternoon. Although I didn't choose to use their service. They were very cordial and very helpful and gave me a reference to find the part at another location. So we do appreciate you guys over there.

If you have any vehicle that is freightliner, even under warranty, Skip this place. Do not tow or bring your vehicle here. They are absolute crooks. Overcharging and lying about the work done and needed! Bob and Brendan in service continue to lie about the time needed to complete the work and what is actually wrong with the truck. Do not do business with them or transtek.This is why they don't do credit cards and need wire transfers or certified checks before actual work is done. It's a trap.Campbell's freightliner is a little further, but a well run service shop.

Worst Dealer there charge me 350$ for nothing even not cleaned inside fuel filter there accept only cash And recommend me installing Dafco filters for only ...... 2500 $ looks like there work smart people ( smart fools ) going to found ATMHow I told before...... there are working smart foolsmy question is not what to install or notmy requirement was clear fuel filter how this is possible whiteout clean installed DAFCO FILTERS

I had a lot of issue with this place. Take your truck to NJ or Lancaster. They replaced surge tank on October 5. November 28th all but one bolt was missing. I also got new air lines put on and they put them on backwards.. It is the mechanics at the place. They gave a free safety check last time I was there said nothing was wrong. Less then 2 weeks later took to another dealer did the same safety check. Even that dealer said they didn't do there job. Do not waste your money. After going to a different dealer and spent more money to get it done right.

They are good. Have service from 8 a.m to 9 p.m. Warehouse has a big square and if you need some parts for Freightliner truck you can got it here.

This is a horrible place. They overcharged me for just diagnostics . They lied. I don t think they re really freightliner dealers. I Hope they out of business soon.

I will not recommend this place for service for anyone. They over charged people for just diagnostic . Guy take your truck to different dealership and avoid this place for real. They told me the diagnostic is about $495 and they end up charging me almost $900 just the diagnostic. Never come back to this place again nor recommend to anyone.

Please Owner Operators avoid this place at any cost! There s another Freightliner in NJ Campbell Supply, in just another 30miles away from this place,it is definitely worth the extra miles to go to Campbell Supply. They know their stuff.On Friday 7/10/2020 I dropped my truck for check and stop engine light it was derating at 5mph and they told me they can t look at it until Monday and they d call me for updates. I didn t get any updates until I had to call around noon, they told me they d send me an estimate of around $2500 and they were telling that they had to tow the truck from the yard to shop which is 100ft and they charged an hour labor for that because apparently the truck was no crank no start which I NEVER had that issue before. Anyway I signed the estimate form and sent it back to them 2-3 hours later I call to check for updates, they re telling me that I had just sent the estimate and they didn t start working on it yet. Alright, I was like I m not gonna bother again on the same day, I called them on Tuesday 9am to see what s going on, the woman on the phone is telling me that they didn t schedule a technician yet to look at my truck and she said that probably it will be the next day, and then I decided to read the reviews and see that I was doomed for going there!At this point I needed to get out of there, called the Campbell Supply and they told me they were backed up and the earliest to look into my truck would be Thursday, I said okay at least they re transparent. I went to pick up my truck from this location in Philadelphia and I see a bill of $667 for literally towing the truck from yard in the shop and from the shop out in the yard which is two hours labor. Charging me an hour of labor for trying to charge the batteries and turn the truck on but apparently they couldn t do it. And also charging me for 1/2 hour labor for diagnosing the speed sensor where in the first place I had asked the woman just to replace the speed sensor because I broke it, and I wasn t planning on paying something that they never worked on nothing finally the manager comes out and voids the 1/2 hour labor. I paid a bill of almost $600 for just visiting the shop and mechanics leaving some air pipe hanging on my truck with their valve on it. Very unprofessional.As of Tuesday 7/14/2020 I got the truck towed away to Campbell Supply and they told me probably they wont be able to look at it until Thursday but guess what, they kept updating me without me calling them on what s going on, they got the truck in the shop today Wednesday 7/15/20 , they were able to turn on the truck right away and have the truck running and didn t have to tow it in the shop.So now I m really wondering did you guys even try to work on the truck anything or you just towed it in and out. Really really really disappointed. I m sorry for not being able to do business properly.So again, Owner Operators beware from this shop. Stay away from this shop. They don t have mercy and they don t care about your time.

I know they will try to turn off my comments because it about they not doing nothing in the vehicle nd they made you pay a lot of money for no reason they made me pay $700 for Dianostic and still not getting my unit fixed please guys don t go there they making a crime over there and I told them I want my truck today they tomorrow I can come get it when I came back tomorrow they charge me $168 extra for no reason and I told them I wanted my truck

The service and staff are top-notch. Brandon kept me updated on their service progress and was knowledgeable and helpful. Bob also took the time out to check on me. An absolute awesome place to bring your vehicle in for service.

We have our units there to get fixed but with all respect to the men who worked on it they could not fix it. also asking more money is not an option for us, we had one unit which is getting back to the shop again with the same issues but second unit I have asked them to stop working on it because, I think if almost $3000 for labor could not find and get the problem fixed it means they wont fix it even if you pay them more. I am not happy with results but God is the judge. I do not wanna blame nobody, just look for some better mechanics.

they don't know nothing when I drop my truck I told him can you check first I have a warranty for my truck fix it the recalls if I don t have any warranty for my truck don t fix it I don t pay anything so And when I came to pick up the truck, they told me that I should be paid they are cheating they say i did diagnostics And then I paid 1,295 cents dollars, I will give them to the court

Idk who is posted here a bad review. They are did an amazing service for some of my trucks. Never have any problems, you can not compare them with Chicago dealership.In PA wait time was 1-3 days, in Chicago 21 days. Always keep me updated, always making an amazing service!

Ed is the shop foreman and he is awesome. I deal with him on an almost daily basis and he seems like he's always on top of it. He's also not afraid to talk to you about what is going on and seems to update me so often I'm almost sick of it lol. Weird I thought I would never say that. The other foreman Matt seems like an ok dude too.

Went there in August 2022 for an inspection!!! Inspection means State and or FMCSA. They did only FMCSA not state. How do you people not now or understand what an inspection means? Not only that you actually ruined our truck!!! Got as far as Wyoming and diesel was leaking heavily!!! And this is work done by your shop!!! Wyoming shop notified you and you won't honor the repairs. 15k plus in repairs!!! We had no problem before we came there. 1+1=2. You touched it you damaged it. Legal action coming soon. Lawsuit in Effect!!! We have video of your customer service rep indicating that your responsible for any repairs across the country. You failed the fuel rail it was not secure. I have pictures. Lawsuit!!! Your customer service rep Matthew is on video saying that your work is covered under warranty by any Freightliner in the country. You guys did not honor that. Either pay us or we will take you to court. Your work is horrible!!! Can't wait to sue you!!! I'll be so happy! Can't wait!!! Lawyer is happy !!!

Brought my truck in on a Tuesday, and it was diagnosed after a few hours. The guy at the service desk said they just had to write up the estimate and they d call me for a deposit. About 3 hours passed by and I showed up, the service guy goes back and receives the estimate almost immediately from the shop, gave me the details and said the parts will be there in 1-2 days so I d have my truck Friday. Friday comes, so I show up. Service guy looks into it, sees the part has been in, but the second shift would be unable to do the work. My frustration with this situation is that it seems the only time anything gets done is when I show my face. I m an independent owner operator and these things are very difficult to handle. This place seems to not care for the smaller carrier like myself, but if you re Penske or any larger carrier they will call the tow truck, order the parts ahead and have it ready to be worked on the next day, as I heard a manager request from the service guy while I waited for an answer.Edit: Monday rolled around, I called and the service guy assured me it would be done by the end of the day. No call, no update. Tuesday comes, I call around 330. They say the tech is just finishing up. I showed up at 5, and the truck wasn t released to me until 7:15pm. The service guy offered me his greatest apologies.

I would've put -10 review if it was possible. My advice DO NOT bring your truck for the repairs. $537 for diagnostic with the answer they couldn't find the problem, they need more time approval for more money($895).Everything is about money.Auxiliary power outlet wasn't working they charged $179 for labor to change $5 fuse.They also added road test for $189 after they could find what's wrong with the truck. Saying they do it all the time after each repair... funny...

This Freightliner Dealership we use a lot for Part Service and sales there best in the town never had any issue with themPs Update Sales Sucks bought over 20 trucks from this dealer canceled order got all kind of threats i took my business to other dealers they are much better to deal

I would not recommend this place for truck repairs. Worse freightliner delaer i have ever had serviced. They will overcharge you as much as they can. I paid $1067.83 for diag only and yet they said they needed more time for diag. they spent one hr for checking the noise and invoiced separately for road test fee, although on the notes it says one hr includes test drive. Also, it was not even authorised estimate and yet it was still invoiced. Basically, we got scammed !!!

Incorrect parts were ordered despite attempting to provide a diagnostic report which indicated what part to purchase. Initially was charged for the incorrect part and after discussion a credit was provided back. However the overall bill continued to increase significantly. I asked to cancel the service but the parts that were taken off of my truck were trashed. I am now chasing a rebate that should have been sent out weeks ago Matt s a nice guy but poor service by others and still left with a truck that had issues and had to be repaired elsewhere.
