Emilie Auto Repair & Towing deserves 10 Stars and Beyond! Especially Barry, who took special care of my car after an accident that occurred on 01/04/2024. What an awful way to start out the new year (rear-ended while pregnant). Despite something falling out of my trunk after the accident, Barry picked it up and put everything back in my (totaled) vehicle. It's been one month since I had the pleasure of meeting Barry (01/05/2024). Barry was genuine, compassionate, caring, and showed sympathy given my current situation. He allowed my husband, Tommy and I (Tia) to take images of the damage of my vehicle and take out all of my belongings. He didn't rush us and we were able to take our time. He gave us large bags, as I had lots of items in my vehicle. He was generous with his kindness and time. In a difficult time (post-accident), Barry was a shine of light that helped us get through the darkness. He listened to us and supported us. He really cares about his job and the people who's vehicles end up getting towed. I cannot thank Barry enough for how kind, respectful, and caring he is. Barry also recommended an auto body shop for possible repairs, and that was a great experience as well. I hope to never need towing services again, but Barry will always be on my mind for treating us so kindly at our time of need. Tommy and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You deserve all the best and recognition! We appreciate you. Thank you for all the support, Barry! You went above and beyond for us and deserve more than 10 stars! :) :)

It's been 1 month since I had the pleasure of meeting Barry, 01/05/2024, after my vehicle was involved in an accident. Barry will permanently be tattooed to my memory for being extra kind, supportive, sympathetic, and caring towards me, my vehicle, and my husband. Barry took special care of my (totaled) vehicle. Even though an item fell out from my trunk, he took the time to catch it and put it back in. He secured all my items. He gave us more than enough time to go through my car in the towed lot. He was even generous enough to tow my vehicle from the lot to an auto body shop nearby. My husband (Tommy) and I cannot thank Barry enough for all the time he spent with us and providing us with so much support. We appreciate you. You deserve more than 10 stars! Thank you! I highly recommend Emilie Towing and Barry!

Very quick response. Courteous employees. Barry to his time and care with my vehicle. Loaded and unloaded the vehicle like it was his own. Excellent tow company from the owner who answered the call to the driver. Only company I trust to tow my vehicles.

Last Saturday my son hit a pole and totaled the car. Falls PD called Emilie towing to get it. They were there quickly and cleaned up the scene before leaving. They were kind enough to drop by our home and delivered the contents of the car. Professional service is hard to get. These guy's did a great job.

Very good experience with Barry at Emilie Towing, the other night my tire had come off of my truck and rolled away. Barry was quick polite and very respectful of my property as it wasn t easy to load being on 37s. The best part of the whole thing was when Barry went out of his way and found my wheel I have been missing. I highly recommend the service through the whole team.

If i could give these men more than 5 stars i would, especially Barry. They were so professional and went above and beyond to help me when they didn't have too. I called them after hrs (i didn't know it was after hrs for them at the time) to try and get in my car they towed from an accident the previous day. Not only did they come in on their time to let me get my belongings out my car but at the accident scene Barry who was the tow truck driver made sure all my belongings got picked up off the street and neatly put in my tote bags and placed back in the car to make sure it was easy for me to retrieve. I cant thank these men enough for all they did for me. My family and i are very grateful for your kindness.

Great guys let me and my daughter come get all our things from the car after my wife accident on a weekend when they are not even open but worked time out of their busy schedule to let us get our important items on tyburn rd. Outstanding!!! Thank you guys!!

Had an typo on my registration and ended up having to be impounded. Joe and Barry were able to get me sorted by making sure I had all the information I needed to get my vehicle aswell as work with me on getting the vehicle back to me. Absolute top notch service and made a not so fortunate situation, tolerable! Highly recommend!

Really nice guys. When the insurance company was dragging there heels they reached out to me then got on them to get the ball moving faster. Barry is SOLID and in an industry not known for its honesty it's refreshing to see.

I called them to request a tow of my vehicle to my house and they were reasonably priced compared to some of their competition in the area. When the driver arrived at my house he was polite and even complemented my car. He also recommended a place I could take my car to get it repaired which was nice. I highly recommend them for any of your towing needs!

After having as accident I can't tell you how relieved I was to have such a superb, excellent towing service. Empathy and professionalism goes so far in such stressful situation. Thank you. ADDING ICING to the cake, thank you Barry for the courtesy and help extended when I cleaned out my car. Really, can't express my appreciation enough. GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT AERVICE!!!

Great Company - GREAT SERVICE !!I have a 2017 Mercedes Benz GLE350 4MATIC that wouldn t start or go into gear. I went through 4 other companies who were not equipped to tow my vehicle due to this - but the guys at Emilie Towing got the job done !!! Definitely calling them first next time !! Thanks guys !!!!

if I could leave zero stars I would. I called and confirmed my appointment twice. Then the morning of my appointment sat and waited in front of the business for an hour they never open I called and then Joe informed me that he had to move my appointment to 1 o clock even though we spoke the day before twice about how I had to get in first thing in the morning and get out very very unprofessional. Luckily HESSKI SERVICE CENTER was able to get me in and done the same day

We had a horrible accident, and the next day we couldn't get info from the police about where the car ended up. These guys knocked on my door the following day, told me they had it AND made it a point to make sure I recovered a necklace from the wreck with my late sisters ashes in it. They could've sat on it and ran up the bill, but they did not.

My sister s car had run out of gas and abandoned on the side of the road. I could not reach her nor did I know any details about what had happened. It was towed by Emilie Towing. I had to retrieve the car for her and had no idea where to go. I was expecting to be dealing with someone that could care less about me or my issue, someone that would just abruptly tell me how much it was with a take or leave it attitude. Nothing could be further from the truth. I spoke with Barry. He could not have been a more polite, helpful, and professional representative for Emilie Towing. This shattered my imagined preconception of a typical towing/impound type of business. When I mentioned to Barry I would have to make a stop for gas to put into the car before I could get there he not only told me not to rush to do so but also offered to stop along the way back to to put gas in it for me. When I did arrive they were very busy, ready to respond to another call, but Barry was still very polite. We handled the transaction then proceeded home. Here is one more thing that impressed me. After my wife and I got home, Barry called me to make sure we had no problems arrived home and we were ok. Unbelievable, right? Sorry for such a long review but I assure you every word is true.

I recently have requested a toe from this company, which they have came out on time were respectful polite and very professional. I also have left my key in my car that was toed to the shop as requested, and the driver brought it back to me with no complaints I highly recommend this tow company

My car was towed there and when I went for my belonging . The older caucasian Male attendant asked me for money since they took my stuff out of the car. I was gonna give a ti . No need to gauge me for money. I'm missing brand new Eagles mats that my daughter gave me for Christmas not even used and missing a eagles blanket that I use when I sleep in my car cause I commute 1 1/2 hours. The attendant replied that he's in the truck all day. Well what happened to my stuff. Hoping my insurance company drops them. I cant imagine what he would want from a women going to retrieve their stuff. Very disappointed

Barry is awesome tow guy. He towed me out of Fairless Hills with broken control arm on my vechile and then after I set mechanic he came back and towed vechile to mechanic...very professional and freindly...thx Barry

My car was towed from an apartment complex. So be it, my own faught.No signs posted anywhere where it was towed... so be itFinally find my car tue.(towed thur) was told 8 days storage fee.(math dont add up there) but they did agree to release it for a fair price. Took approximately 3 weeks for them to tow my car where I paid them to tow it too.When I finally did see my car at least 5 weeks from the tow date my tools and God knows what else was stolen. Thieving lazy hustlers.

I needed a tow & I just had amazing service through these guys as part of my AAA. Barry was there 30 minutes AHEAD of schedule which is literally unheard of and was sweet as could be! Thank you for the great service!

So I put a pipe over my exhaust pipe to fix it, & without my knowledge the mechanic who did my inspection took it off WITHOUT notifying me, nor offering compensation, & then proceeded to fail me on the exhaust, then stole a clamp for the pipe (I had bought 2 extra just in case I messed up), out of my backseat, & opened the other one. DO NOT GO HERENone of what you wrote is true I know it isnt...& They weren't Zip ties they were actual clamps that you had to go & take off yourself don't lie...& I don't live in a half way sober house...so nice slander there. Also don't lie, I didn't offer you cash to put an inspection sticker in my windshield either so nice try there too.

Very professional, dependable & flexible and Informative help me in the middle of a accident after I was hit , told me where my car was, what wrong with my car with everything in place even tho I know I got on they nerves but thank u wishing u many blessings and success on your business.
