Avoid at all costs. The owner, Steve, is completely untrustworthy and will say whatever he can to get you into his shop.Your car will end up sitting behind his shop for weeks, or months before he ever starts work on it. All the while, he will continuously tell you that he is working on it, or that it only has a few more hours/days before completion. He will constantly ask for just another day to work on the car, but the work will never be done.At a certain point, it will become questionable whether he's actually done any work at all, or if they work is even any good.More than once I've gotten my car back with most of the fuel gone, and a couple hundred extra miles on the odometer.Simply put, Steve is not a good mechanic, and he will routinely lie to you. If you want your car to sit outside for months, save yourself the aggravation and just leave it in your own driveway.

Awsome business with life saving customer service. My husband and I blew out a tire on a road trip and Steve took the time to find us difficult to find tires, personally delivered them, and provided suggestion where we could get them installed on short notice. When we could not use the tires, he genuously refunded the cost of the tires. If you need work or assistance place give this place your business.

Satisfied customer. This was my first visit and will not be my last (and if you own a Mercedes that is not something g you say). The staff (Sean and Bill) took their time and explained what was needed so I understood. Professional and courteous. Don't judge a book by its cover. Thank you Steve and team!

I've been using Complete German auto care for a number of years. Mercedes is always ready when I need it with the same quality of repair I would find at the dealer at a fraction of the cost. I would recommend complete German auto care to anyone looking for a honest and reasonable German mechanic whether it be for an oil change or major mechanical issues this is the place to call

The owner Steve Nemeth. Has a good heart he takes his time getting to know you and your car he can fix just EVERYTHING...ive been taking my BMW Roadster for 2 years now and I'm extremely happy with the way things are going. If I ever have a problem he's ALWAYS around for me to just swing by and take LOOK

Steve is a drug attic as I come to find out after he screwed me over for more than a year wasting a lot of time and money to fix absolutely nothing on my car and as if that was not bad enough he took parts off my Mercedes for other customers vehicles without my knowledge and getting ahold of this man is like getting a tooth pulled he he comes across a problem he cannot fix right away he will drag it out as long as possible and not answer nor return phone calls and after about a year of this going on my mom and I got fed up with him and once he finally did answer he had the nerve to tell my mom that he loved working on car all his life but now we are the reason he dosnt like to work on cars anymore so whatever this guys problem is needs to be fixed. Drugs mess people up bad, please take your business elsewhere if you actually want a decent mechanic who s skill are subpar in every aspect of this terrible business.
