As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile.The service was exceptional! Bill helped me find a battery that was right for my vehicle. He also installed the battery. If you're in need of battery or Auto parts I would definitely recommend AutoZone 4662. Thank you for your kind service.

Needed a new battery for my car. They didn t have the specific one I wanted, so I went to a couple of other locations that did. Neither of those locations would swap out the battery for me though. I called this location to see if they d swap it out for me even if I bought the battery at a different location. The store manager personally changed my battery and was super kind about it.

Better know what you need and don t let any of the workers convince you that you have the wrong thing or you will spend your whole day doing an oil change that could ve taken like an hour and be sold oil that is meant for Alaska

Always kick myself when I visit this location. Just because it's closer to home, I always regret walking in here. Wanted to get my battery charged. Was told I had to have it removed from the vehicle and brought into the store. Ok. Would be helpful if that information was anywhere on the website or if there wasn't huge sign plastered outside advertising you offer this service. You can't work on your car in the lot, so I couldn't remove the battery and bring it in. Maybe a little asterisk on the sign would be helpful.Drove 5 miles down to a much more pleasant and helpful store where they offered to charge my battery without removing it. Won't catch me making the same mistake walking into this location again.

This is a good store. I get almost all of my auto parts here. They have pretty much everything I need to work on my truck. The people are helpful here. Sometimes the website is slightly inconsistent with what is in store but it isn't a big deal.

Managers busy talking while 1 new employee managed one register. I waited approx. 20 mins. in line for a battery. When the manager was pulled away from what he was doing, he had an attitude with me for no reason. Never offered to test my current battery and was Very Condescending when speaking to me (a female) who happens to know (probably more) about cars than most. I purchased the battery in stock (not the cheaper one I wanted) because I was in a hurry! The new employee offered to carry it out for me, the manager was again busy talking to his assistant manager. I bet your MOM is proud of you and I bet your a 40 something SINGLE man, wonder why?

I visited this store to purchase windshield wipers. Of the 3 employees working during my visit, not a single employee was smiling. When I asked the woman who waited on me if someone could assist me with replacing the wipers, I felt as though I asked for something unreasonable. Every moment of my interaction I felt as though my presence was inconvenient. There were no other customers in the store at the time, with 3 employees. As the attitude continued when checking out I finally had enough. I left the store without purchasing anything and visited a competitor where every employee was friendly and helpful. I have since made 2 more purchases at your competitor with repeated excellent customer service. I felt compelled to inform you of my terrible experience at this store. I will continue to use your competitor in the future. Hopefully your employees will learn the importance of quality customer service.

Helpful, friendly staff. Also recommended a great mechanic for my VW. They are very knowledgeable. Several staff members have taken time to explain my car related issues when I have needed the clarity. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Popped in for a quart of oil, and on the way in I saw their sign offering to diagnose a check engine light. I asked the salesperson and they were super helpful! Not only did they check the code for the check engine light, but they checked my oil and poured in my new quart of oil. I was expecting to feel awkward, you know, fixing my car in the AutoZone parking lot. But I actually felt welcomed and with their help, I was out of the parking lot and back in the road super fast!!

Every time I come here everybody that works here is amazing!! They helped me get things for my fiance things I had no idea about. I just went in there with a scratch on my new vehicle and they fixed me right up!! The Manger is so awesome!! Thank you so much for kind service!!

Excellent staff, they helped me get the right part, let me use some tools, and in 90 minutes I fixed my car. They even disposed of the old part, it wasn't a CORE part, but they took care of disposal anyway. Excellent staff!

The manager is very rude. I tried to return a jack that another associate told my husband he could return. He wasn't sure if the jack was tall enough, so he asked what the return policy before he bought it. He was told 90 days with the receipt. He informed them he would be back if it didn't work. Well it didn't work and I returned it. The same lady he bought it from told me I had to have my husband's debit card to return it. So I left the jack with them until I went home to get my husband's card. When I returned the manager was there and his response to me was " I don't know what she told you, you will have to take that up with her, but I'm the manager here and it was opened and obviously used so you can't return it." I took my jack and left. The biggest problem isn't just the jack.....another store associate told me this is how the manager always treats people. What they don't realize is our family is highly invested in the auto repair business. AutoZone won't be used by any of us....hope $80 was worth it. We'll go to advance.

Friendly staff and they usually know almost anything you have to ask. The store has a wide variety of things for your car, things for cleaning, decorating, or making it smell good! Also they have lots of smaller parts, some bigger parts as well but certain ones you have to go to a specific store for them. I really like the free check engine light diagnosis, they can show you what comes up on the computer, &even print it our for you if you need to show it to a mechanic or something.

They helped me a lot. Informed me on things I needed to know. Like not to touch the new headlight bulb. They even gave me free gloves so I wouldn't blow up my headlight!

I must have just hit this store on a bad day because usually Auto Zone is my go-to store. However, today my husband and I went in for a battery check on his truck. The young guy that came out kept putting the battery tester on the plastic piece that covers the positive post. He finally got frustrated and just told us our battery was bad. Ok. We knew that was probably going to be the answer. The reason we left and didn't buy a battery was when my husband asked him what type of battery he recommended, as we pull a trailer a lot and didn't know if that would matter, he said "One that works." At that point we left and went to Advance Auto and had a new battery installed.

I love this place they Go out of their wayt to find what you need for your vehicle
