My family and I were on our way to Philadelphia when our check engine light came on. We stopped here, and the very nice and helpful employee checked our car, looked up the codes for us, and gave us his opinion/advice! As I said, he was extremely nice and very helpful. Thank you guys so much!!

Overall very Expensive. Apparently most of the prices on the sales floor tags are incorrect. The vehicle battery I didn't buy was $10 more on their computer than on shelf tag. A guy named Greg let 2 uniformed guys from a local garage in town on his computer to help with their shops pricing rather than help me find my battery ( he needs more counter help and to clean up his mouth, " f bombs" coming out with the 2 hispanic guys on his computer) Rick , who came off the floor and helped me was nice...honestMoral of this review...go where service and prices are better...

They're a little expensive you better off buying a part online ordering it and having it come to your house and have a mechanic put it on for you got to find a mechanic that's willing to put the part in for you there's a lot of mechanics that don't want to do that they want to overcharge you so if you know someone that knows someone that's the best route if you want to you buy the part and have someone put it on for you still spending more money if you want to save order the part online have it come to your house and have the mechanic put it on that's the best way jest make sure you put the right year of your car and go over the part before you purchase it so you don't have no problems when it arrives and it's time to put it on I hope this helps you out

The customer service sucks. There was only one person at the registers (Sadie), who for the whole time I was in the store stayed on the phone taking business calls and completely ignored my presence. I didn t even get so much as an I will be right with you . When I m coming to an auto store to buy expensive merchandise, I d expect at least some kind of greeting and recognition that I m in the store. This is honestly my first and last time at Advanced Auto Parts.

My daughter was just in here and your staff was SUPER HELPFUL - we are from out of state, she was borrowing my car and the headlights died. I am six hours away and unable to come fix them for her and she didn't know how to replace the bulbs. One of your employees went out to the parking lot and talked her through it. He went ABOVE an beyond.

Lester went above and beyond to help me. I am so appreciative that he was there and could assist me. He really was great!

A little after 8:30 PM on Saturday July 7th and the door is locked and lights on. Called number and can hear phone ringing with no response, yet sign on glass says open till 9pm. Without no other notice on glass, customer service is not your top priority.

We needed to go in for a new battery. Getting those replaced is always stressful and expensive. However. The employees here made this experience fantastic. They helped us find the product we needed, and answered all our questions. They were so friendly, and have made my boyfriend and I lifetime customers there. Just because of how welcome we felt.Becky (GM) actually taught us something important that we didn t know. She let us know that leaving items on in the car slowly drained your battery. Which is good to know.I appreciate them making us feel like long time customers. What is also great is Becky s customer service expectations. She has high standards for good customer service and she s teaching all her employees that. Which is amazing, because these employees will operate like she does.I also loved that she enjoyed doing the services that they offer. Like battery install. She likes to be around customers, which is great to hear.So thank you guys for being wonderful and teaching us new things. We will definitely go back. You guys were great. Sorry we didn t catch the guy s name, who worked with on our car.

New general manager knows nothing about vehicles. The other two managers in there are experienced in the field of parts and are already knowledgeable and yet the new general manager is they re boss? I thought advance auto gave they re current employees a chance to move up and that s not what it looks like. That s is 100% wrong of advance auto. They re managers are training the new general managers what the hell is that. Completely wrong. How do you think the other managers with experience feel? Or do u just not care.

This store has earned my permanent business! Every one of the staff from managers to drivers was phenomenally helpful and kind! They ordered me an all new front brake system that was ready to pick up by the next morning, gave me advice, enough rewards for my next oil change, and even helped my carry my parts out!

Called to make sure they had a battery in stock and told right away they won't install it..okay cool, I'll can do it myself. I ordered the battery, went to pick it up and there was 4 employees working. One checking out a customer and three standing around. I didn't get a we'll be with you in one moment or nothing. The one employee was too busy checking his bonus and the other one was just standing there. If it wasn't for the 25% off, I would've just gone to Auto Zone

I bought a snow scraper recently at the Mechanicsburg store and sadly the extender broke. I called today talked with staff member. She was very respectful over the phone and the staff in the store were very kind and demonstrated excellent customer service. I would definitely come back here.

Was in there shopping for a car cleaning supplies I have never been watched so hard being the only person in the store. Pretty sure the lady thought I was stealing I told her that and I left my cart full of stuff there for her to put away.

Never will I ever go to this place again! Dude recommended me light bulbs because I didnt want to buy 70 dollar led bulbs for fog lights but recommended the wrong sized ones didnt even hand me a receipt. Called the one told me that place had it in stock which they didn't, but that I could return them opened or not called the one i bought it from, and the dude refused to even take them back told me he had my receipt. First off you dont ever recommend someone when you're unsure it will fit. So i wasted 30 bucks and ended up going to autozone with the nice gentlemen who helped us out but still ended up paying another 30 dollars! If I could give no stars I would!!!!!!!!!

I went In for a pulley and Alaina didn t even know how to find it. After about 7 minutes gino stepped in alittle and finally got me back on the road with the correct part that Alaina couldn t find. Why is she the general manager aside from doing paperwork she knows nothing this is sad. You guys always say your gonna send it to the leadership team yet nothing gets done why lie about stuff. Address the situation put someone that knows what they re doing in charge.

Only one worker had their mask on properly. The young male working there on Saturday around noon would take his mask off to talk. The young female was the only one wearing their mask properly. Would not recommend.

Store manager educated in auto parts, friendly and aims to please. Not so much for the rest of the employees. Product knowledge is nill, clueless is what I would call it. All look as if they hate there jobs. I Frequent this store often but now only when becky is working.

This is the only place I go for auto parts , auto tools, and auto care. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. I've tried AutoZone down the road as well as Walmart. These other stores have sales people but they lack something that only this store seems to have. The store is not the largest, and getting in and out could be difficult if traffic is heavy; but knowing your getting a good price and experienced advice is worth the trip.

Went in for a can of spray paint. Didn't have a clue where I was going. Was asked by cashier what I needed help with within ten seconds and got a location of the item within 3 seconds. Out the door in 2 minutes. Flawless experience.

Not a bad staff, but they push expensive 3rd party parts on customers when even OEM parts might cost less. The location is a little sketchy too. Usually these places feel open and welcoming, but not this place.

Friendly and "mostly" knowledgeable staff that are eager to help keep a clean and brightly lit store. Unfortunately not every thing is in stock and needs to be ordered , but they almost always can have it within a day or two.

I was looking for a part I didn't expect to find at any parts store. I thought I would have to go to Ford or the junk yard. They helped me figure out what the part was and even had one in stock. Very helpful staff. Also I always seem to get help quicker at this location over others that get much more traffic.

The general manager was extremely rude about not installing a new battery in my 2011 Volkswagen. I consented to the install risk of my car's computer not accepting the battery, because I've had batteries installed successfully without specific Volkswagen tools at Advanced Auto on previous occasions, but she talked me out of it because she was talking to me like I was an idiot who knows nothing about my car. I finally gave in and terminated the sale and left. They wouldn't even test my battery! Luckily my car started and I was able to have it changed elsewhere.

I ordered wipers blades for my BMW, they received in 5 hours. When I went to pick up, rain was pouring. When I asked the peron to help me replace, he went out on his own with Torch light on his mouthand installed both wipers. When he came back on store he was completely soaked from rain. Not having another shirt, he spin his shirt and drained water. He wore the wet shirt again. Even his pant was soaked. He veilingly did without any expectation. This act happened on 10/31 at 7.30 pm.I would recommend highly to shop from. On previous occasion one lady was very helpful.

Best customer service out of anywhere near by. They are incredibly accommodating and helpful while also not shoving unwanted things down your throat.
