Sadly, # of words are limited on reviews! I don't do enough of my own alignments to justify buying a $10k-$20k rack. I put new tires on 2 of our cars. Both drove true but I opted for alignments anyway & took a chance at Leaser's. I arranged 2 nightdrop appointments back to back. Late day I got a call stating they spent almost 5 hrs on someone else's alignment & needed to keep mine. I said no, & that I'll pick it up and leave the 2nd car & just have to rearrange the 1st car for another day. Oddly, I got a call shortly after, claiming they got it in and it's done. Dropped my keys for car #2 in the nightdrop slot. Got into car#1, immediately noticed as I pulled out of their lot a hard right pull. Phoned Leaser's hoping someone was still inside to get back my keys for car#2. Had to drive car#1 all the way home. Literally smelled rubber melting from my brand new tires. I left a message not to touch car#2 until we spoke the next day. I get a call, they already started on car#2! I asked if they drove car#1 & to save me the alignment spec printout. Tech said he "almost always" prints out the spec sheet, but not this time. Hours later, I get a call car#2 is done. Thought it was already on the rack 1st thing in morning?! Over phone, discussed billing & arrangements for taking back car#1 to be fixed right. I told him not to charge car#1 on that credit card. I'll pay for that once they fix it! I should have them charged for unauthorized use of my credit card! Picked up Car#2 which steering wheel was no longer centered! Paid to have someone else align both cars correctly. Less than $400 was an inexpensive way to flush out a thief! They charged for both cars and botched them both up. Could've played with schedule to take both cars back to have them "try" to fix their botch jobs, but I don't like the feeling of incompetence, thieves, or liars!

They were quick, fairly priced, fixed the problems and told me the cause of the problems to my car. Really helpful and even were hosting someone's sale of masks (covid friendly)

Worst ever. They replaced my battery, then tried to scheme me out of more money. Then the battery they put in didn t even work and now my car won t start 2 months after a fresh battery
