We ve been bringing our cars here for years now and have nothing but good things to say about the staff and service. It s very close to our home so it s convenient for us to get to, and they re always quick to schedule our cars for service which is great. Overall their prices are very competitive and they have member rewards coupons that you can use towards oil changes, tire rotations, etc. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a good automotive service shop to give CJ s Tire & Auto in Leesport a try!

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service. Saved me hundreds of dollars as I was told by the dealer I needed new brakes and tires. Turns out the brake pad measurements from the dealer were wrong and CJ s picked up on it. Tire price was reasonable so my bill was around $500 instead of over $1,000. If you re looking for an honest mechanic, this is the place!

Great service! I needed 4 tires and wanted to purchase online. I had several questions I wanted to ask before I bought them, so I called the store and spoke with Leon. He was extremely helpful and patient, despite being the only one there on a busy Saturday. I stopped up a few days later before work to get them put on and was in and out. Very pleased with both the tires and the service. Highly recommend!

I have taken my car there for oil change only. On more than 3-4 times. I went today. Come to find out the maintenance tech never never told me my oil plug threads were stripping. So Robert (the manger I guess )had to rig the plug so they could get my car out there shop he said. Robert told me my car is old and this happens with age. That might be the case. But to not tell me about it and spring it on me all at one time is not professional. That s bad business. Granted he did not charge me for my oil change. But that s not even a drip in the bucket Because he told me because this is such a big job now it s gonna cost me a lot to have fixed. Robert said it s a 5 hour job they can fix it Why the hell couldn t they point these things out from the get go so it s not a 5 hour job. Then to make things worse he said the mechanics working there are not fully educated to fix cars. Now I believe that. He said they only know the basics. Then come to find out when I called him out on it. Because Robert said the guys put notes at the place on the work order as to what they found. ON ALL MY INVOICES THERE ARE NO NOTES. So if I only had oil changes at CJs why is this solely my problem. Don t employ guys that don t know anything or very little. They set me up for big failure. They seen a female and took advantage that s for sure. As for Robert. I can read between the the lines. You humiliated me by talking loud at the cashier area for all to hear that you feel my car is junk and should be delt with accordingly. Sir. If it were that simple for me this car would have been gone awhile ago. But it s not that easy for me. Sorry. As for your attitude. Work on it sir. Your very condescending. So I don t see me getting rid of my car unfortunately. And now I m am forced to bring it back to CJs for oil change Putting that kind of plug in was not cool. And another garage is not gonna know how to remove the thing out of the oil pan when they will twist the plug and the metal part will stay in the tank because it was twisted off the 4inch or so screw (I ll call it ) and lay in the pan. So thank you for not doing a customer due diligence. And withholding valuable information. Remember not all are as well off as you are.

I have been going to C.J. tire from the time Skip and his father started the business, I feel very comfortable with the advice I received from Robert when I go to the Leesport store yesterday I was prepared to pay more money and Robert told me I didn t need to. I also remember a time in the past I had a problem and I was told I would be better off taking my car to the dealership. What I am saying is if they can fix it, they will at a fair price if they can t they will tell you I like honesty and C.J. tire always has done that for me . This is Why I continue to do business with C.J. after maybe 50 years ??(

Dropped front wheel driven car off. Go to pick up. New tires on back. When they were requested by customer to go on front. Counter person argued that when getting only 2 new tires they always go on back. Their sign says it is a suggestion. So they over ride the customer request and go with a suggestion. We will be going elsewhere for truck tires in spring.

When I called CJ's the staff I talked to was very knowledgeable. Pricing was very competitive, and the tire I wanted was in stock. From the first call till installation everything was very professional. Kudos guys

Quoted my fiance $250 to mount & balance 4 tires, not including disposal. Not sure who is in charge of pricing here but you got your numbers all wrong!

We ve been taking our vehicles to CJ s for years now and have nothing but great things to say about the service and customer care we receive. The shop is very clean and well cared for. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a full service vehicle maintenance shop. They also have a loyalty program where you can earn rewards dollars and they usually have coupon booklets for additional discounts on standard services like: inspections, oil changes, etc. Highly recommended!!

I went in there asking for one thing . When technician checked it wasn't my problem I thought. I was called right away and told my issue. Was fixed in no time. Happy customer here.

I cannot possibly sing their praises enough! I had a flat when I was out of town and they got me fixed and on my way same day. They worked late to make sure I wasn t stranded 4 hours from home and they were incredibly nice and helpful about every single thing, including the fact that I had kids and a puppy. Then they helped me load my things back on the car and made sure I was headed out safely. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you so so much to everyone at the shop!! Recommend them, 110%.

I came in on Saturday near closing time for an oil change and tire pressure, check, and without any qualms or questions they got me in, got me squared away, and got me back on the road very quickly! The workers were extremely thorough and worked hard on getting me out but made sure I was satisfied before I left. The manager was awesome and communicated things very well. I ll make sure I send all my friends there from now on to that location specifically what a great crew!

This place is awesome!!Got my second set of tires here. It s nice for tire service no appointment necessary. Inspections on all my vehicles are done here too. Never disappointed. The girl at the front desk( I think here name is Sharon)helped me with the paper work process. Another great thing is they except Affirm to buy tires. Keep up the awesome work!!!

Just had to take a moment to say how impressed I was with the service today. I had a concern about my tires and tire pressure, and they got me in sooner than originally stated. The staff was amazing, professional, prompt and friendly!The cleanliness and organization of the waiting room was also impressive. Thank you all so much.I definitely recommend this location!

Got there right before my appointment time at 10am left at 11am. 4 new tires and front end alignment. Surprisingly fast and at the price I was quoted. Nice. Will go back in the future and tell friends to go there also.

Good service I stopped by with a nail in my tire and no appointment. They got me in wihin 15 minutes and I was there less than an hour total. It has been a couple weeks and the tire seems to be holding up good. Thank you

I had stopped using CJ's 5 or 6 years back due to an issue I had at one of their other locations. I decided to give them a second chance and try the Leesport location. 4 new tires and an alignment. I knew the tires were bad but the Honda dealer said I needed the alignment. CJ's was honest and told me my vehicle did NOT need the alignment. They could have easily done with and I would've never known. Honesty wins back customers!

Always helpful. Will try their best to squeeze you in if an emergency. Do great work and are pleasant even if busy. Everyone there, especially Natasha, are very understanding and helpful. Just called today, and even though he was very busy, the gentleman who answered the phone took the time to answer all my questions regarding a tire installation. Highly recommended.

The store manager called to inform me that my truck failed inspection for having 3/4 inch wheel spacers, which yes - is a violation of PA title 67. Okay This is the issue I have; I proceeded to tell Schwenk that his mechanics have passed the truck for inspection for the last two years,with zero issue. I remained calm and collected, as I know I can take it somewhere else, and it will pass. I didn t ask why, I just said that this store has passed it for inspection twice before, knowing about the spacers.His immediate defensive-toned response, verbatim: I can t speak to what was done previously, I can only say that mechanic is going by the book. His above statement is false, and a lie. For the last two year, when I came to pick up my truck, Schwenk has acknowledged the fact that the three-quarter inch spacers were observed, but the truck passed inspection, because it does not make the vehicle unsafe , and that is how he and his staff exercise discretion with PA safety inspections of vehicles. Both years, he has said the same thing, and would emphasize that if the truck was unsafe, they would fail it. Obviously.My issue is that he said to me that he could not speak as to what had happened during the last two years. If you are a manager of the store, and you cannot speak to what you and your employees have done in the past-that is a problem.My wife and I have been coming here over the last few years because a friend of the family works for the company.We are now pulling our business from all CJ s locations, and along with this online review, I will be sharing this interaction with friends and colleagues.Just don t blatantly lie.I will also say this; on more than one occasion, I have been inside the Leesport store and have observed more than one irate customer over whatever issues. All of those interactions were with the store manager.I thoroughly look forward to a response, and anticipate that the manager will lie again and say that they never passed my truck previously or that he can t speak on what he may have said before. I can cite the other female employee that worked behind the desk for both previous inspections, and even the mechanic, since they both were there in Q1 of 2020 when I purchased $1400 worth of tires from this store.Just my opinion, google other shops in the area and don t waste your time here. There s literally five within 3 miles, both north and south on Rt 61.You are in a customer service business. If you don t know how to speak to people, and clearly aren t accountable for your employees actions, as you described, maybe it s time you seek employment elsewhere, or maybe your employer will decide that is what s best for the company.Nothing personal, just business.

Stopped in because it was convenient to have my tire patched due to a screw in the tire treads. I was told that it couldn't be repaired because it was in the wall of the tire. Then they told me I should get 4 all new tires so they'd wear even. I don't appreciate when a business is dishonest with it's customers to make money. I'm intelligent enough to know that the screw was not in the sidewall of the tire and that 4 new tires were not necessary. A shame you wasted my time and destroyed my faith in your employees/business. Luckly I was able to make it to my normal tire company who had my tire patched and out the door in 10 minutes.

If I could leave a negative star review I would. My family drove up to visit and ended up with car problems. Had to have their car towed to this CJ s, not only did their car end up sitting in their parking lot an extra 2 days because even though we called them multiple times, to confirm they were going to look at it soon since my family had to drive back home soon for work, and turns out they didn t realize the car was sitting in their parking lot THEN they came to the conclusion that the issue was the fuel pump, so they replaced it, then told us the car still wasn t working and that it probably is an electrical issue of which they can t fix. So we had to have the car towed to another mechanic after they charged my family $500 for the parts / work. Second mechanic looked at it and said the old/ original fuel pump was still in it, that it was never replaced, so he replaced it and it ran perfectly. And now my sister just found out that when she went to this same CJ s 2 months ago for an oil change they never actually changed her oil and charged her for it. We found out when she went to our preferred mechanic, who also found a leak in her oil chamber, that the oil had never been changed since she had it changed at her car inspection sometime last year. Needless to say we will not be going back to this CJ s and will be looking into reporting them.

CJ s is awesome!! They had the tires I needed and wanted in stock. I was able to get an appointment quickly, they were on time and efficient! I definitely would recommend them and take all three of my vehicles there.
