Very quick, professional and reliable service every time. Mechanics changed snow tires to summer tires on our cars. I highly recommend their service.

Dont go here! The employees have serious attitude problems. The girl that was "helping" us kept rolling her eyes every time my husband had a question. Theres no reason to be like that to customers. Very rude. Also was not very helpful.

You dont want to know. Bought the tires online and what a nightmare. They cancelled my appointment via email for no reason. The phone lines aren't working so you can't speak to anybody. You have to drive down to communicate with anyone in automotive and the reg store line wasn't working so the phones rang and rang and nobody answered. The attitude of the employees is horrible. They really make you feel like a POS for choosing their employer for your tires and oil change. I would have went to any of their competitors for tires if I knew this is how I was going to be treated. Same type of situation I experienced at the optical center. Prices keep going up and customer service is finding that secret door at rock bottom which allows them to sink even further than the already super low piss poor customer service at Walmart. Choose wisely.Oh i did speak to CS on the phone and still haven't heard back and it's been like 2 weeks. They have my contact info and i asked for a follow up. Guess what? Nada. And that was the home office I called. Even the home office doesn't give AF anymore. Sam is rolling in his grave

Do not go here. Save yourself the money and go elsewhere. I took my jeep here for a routine oil change, it s been maybe a month and a half with minimal driving and my oil light is on again at 40,0832 with a suggested next service date of 12/16/2023 at 42,921 miles per their sticker that is normally placed in your car after the service. This makes me question if the oil change was properly done to begin with. Never have had this issue before. When I try and call no one picks up, EVER. The non existent customer service is unacceptable if you ask me. Do better Walmart.Service: Oil change

Best quick lube in the area pretty fast sometimes short handed in staff but other than that no complaints. I tried to call to figure out whether or not they were available to change my oil today, and the first time I called, I was hung up on while they were transferring me to the auto department. I understand it can happen and just tried to call again. The second time I ed they just picked up the phone and hung it up, didn't even say anything to me. Then the third and final time I called, nobody picked up the phone, and it just hung up. You're going to lose customers this way.

Places sign says 9-4, fiat I get there at 245 after being told by phone that if I got there by 3 no problem to install One tire.. No one answers and some other employee who supposedly no hablo ingles points me to another dude who had the door locked. He was the Same dude I spoke to on the phone who said to get there by 3 and tried ignoring me. But I caught him and he says we short handed no can do with no cars being worked on.Yep Biden keep bringing them in

Tried to call for an oil change appointment and no one answered the phone. Went there and told there were no appointments even though all the bays were empty and everyone was standing around. An hour and a half later after shopping all the bays are still empty and everyone is standing around. What's the point of having an auto center if they aren't doing anything.

I waited at the desk for 30 minutes without one employee coming to see if I needed help. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to figure out where my tires were. Another hour for them to put on 2 tires and I'm pretty sure they didn't even balance them right. Worst experience ever. I will never be going back there for anything automotive.

Do yourself a big favor. Spend a little more money and go somewhere else. I bought four new tires 2 months ago. I asked every tire ""PROFESSIONAL"" about different tires, and they all told me they didn't know anything, and that it's just there for a convenience to walmart shoppers.Today, I came in for routine maintenance, and I have been here 3 hours. My car is still outside. BAD, BAD, BAD service.

Worse place to get tires let alone any auto care, I was sitting there for 3 hrs running back and forth with them finally came up with a conclusion and another hour goes by and they ended up telling me they dont have my tire size. Not only that, the service manager,out of all people, tried to tell me that they couldn't find me in the system, when the first person I talked to initially found me in two seconds. I dont recommend getting tires or maintenance done at this Walmart ever.

Lebanon walmart auto center. Sucks...got there around 2 o'clock i was told they going to lunch come bac in 2 hours. I do. So then they tell me they're closing for the day very dum could have told me from beginning dont make people waste time waiting on u ..

When you pay for the $50 oil service that includes topping off your fluids and vacuuming your car they should do it! The last 2 times I went here they didn't do it! That's completely disappointing when you pay for this service and never get it.

almost 2 hrs. for my oil change..and my car was done for 45 minutes and no one came to tell me..I finally went out and asked the young man working there..and he got my paperwork..4 cars in there and only saw that one guy..felt sorry for him!!

3 tires white wall was turned out like I ask one was Put on white wall in same visit I asked for my old tires never put them in truck had to come back a 3 times to get everthing cirrect realky bad service

Bought a new tire asked if they could put it on they said no. They said no one was certified to operate tire machine. This isn't the first time I tried to get tires done. I wanted four tires for my truck. They didn't have time, told me to go to Palmyra Walmart.

Went to get oil change and tire rotation, had 2 tires losing 15lbs in 3 days . They took tire off the rim to fix them and didnt even rebalance them !!!! Total idiot's work there!!!!

Very slow so called mechanics stand around and talk more then they work there grocery department is the same that's why I stopped grocery shopping there the whole store is not managed well at all.
