As others have said, this was truly the best vehicle buying experience we ever had. I reached out to Truck World in response to Car Gurus ad. The truck was already sold so Ryan patiently took a list of all the things we wanted. He explained that he had acess to several dealerships in the area and would look for us. Within 3 or 4 days he called me and had something for us to look at. We requested the carfax, a copy of the original window sticker which he sent a link for. We had a price ceiling set and it was higher than what the other dealer was asking and Ryan negotiated them down. So in the end our price was met, no hidden fees, tip, tax, tags, dealer prep out the door. This truck was clean, yes it was a one owner but they detailed it well, not just a swish and shine. This is a long review but I wanted to explain why it was a great buying experience.Bob & Tina Henry

I rate them 5 stars for customer service, patience, good inventory, and a historical value that drives them to do better at Keller Bros. I went to truck village from 2 and half hours way with ZERO of my ducks in order, Jay from truck village help me get everything in order and I ll tell you it took for ever on my end. He was just patient. Ryan also helped from truck village. As well as Jake from the original Keller bros franchise with historical value date back to early 1920s. I was given a tour as we were waiting. I am pleased with my truck, and I hope it does me well. Worth the 2.5 hour trip. Jay also helped return my car rental. Jay got some good stories. They are good people.

Jay and Ryan were welcoming including a sign in the truck I was test driving welcoming me. Jay was informative and very personable during the test drive. Ryan was very nice as well and put numbers together for payments fir purchasing the truck. They both made me feel comfortable during the process of approving the loan. Jay kept my wife and me company to and back from Keller Bros. to sign the paperwork for the loan including a tour of the lobby. Upon returning to Truck Village a sign was in the truck congratulating us on the purchase of the truck. Everyone was very hospitable and welcoming through the entire process.9

This was by far the most welcoming vehicle buying experience I ever experienced. I had been searching for an F-150 extended cab (these are becoming more and more rare as the 4 door short boxes are becoming more popular). Found one here that matched nearly everything I was looking for. Couldn t have asked for a friendlier staff, and it was really great working with both Jay and Tom who were easy going, patient, and not interested in the high pressure tactics I have come across many times during this process. Jay indulged my love of automotive history with a tour of the Ford dealership where the final transaction took place. Kyle was great in finance, and helped secure the most manageable financing plan. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would definitely give them my business again the next time I need a new/used vehicle.

What a great experience it was to purchase my first vehicle with Truck Village. The staff was beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend these folks to anyone and will definitely go back to purchase with them again in the future.

I had been looking for F-450 s and F-350 s for a few weeks when I saw the one at Truck Village. Because I live 320 miles away I was a little hesitant to make the drive, but the truck checked off all the boxes for me. I called ahead to make sure the truck would be there when I arrived. When I got there , a lime green sign had been printed up with my name on it and hung from the mirror. Goofy little detail? Absolutely. Meaningful? Absolutely. Cody had written it up, and answered all the questions I had as best he could. When I stumped him he didn t make stuff up. He went and found the answer. His laid back sales approach was exactly what I was looking for. Danielle Keller got involved during the price discussion. I enjoyed her style. We did the final sales details at Keller Ford on Schaffer Rd, and everyone there was great. That location is in a perfect setting. It is too bad that these dealers are so far away from me because I would come back to them in a heartbeat, and I highly recommend Cody especially.

I shopped for 6 months before buying my truck. I knew within a few minutes of walking into their showroom and meeting Jay that this is the place and the person I wanted to work with. The feeling of family and trust continued throughout the whole process. I'm still amazed that I now have a truck of the type I wanted! I recomend them to people I care about.

The best vehicle buying experience I ve ever had! No games, no fine print, and straight to the point for a very quick vehicle purchase. If you are in the market for a 4x4, Jay and Tyler are the guys to go too! Can t forget the last minute wash/ detail they had their guy do for me right before I took my truck home!

I agree with every one of the five star reviews!! But the ones that said it was bad customer service ect I fully disagree! My husband and I had a wonderful experience with truck village/keller brothers! Jay, our salesman, answered every question we had and was so helpful. The truck was spotless and rust free! But most of all you guys have excellent customer service and that impressed us!! We are enjoying every mile we drive in this Laramie longhorn Thank you!!!

While looking for a truck online I came accross a 2023 F150 at Truck Village. Not knowing anyone or being familier with this dealership I reached out to them and scheduled an appointment. Upon arriving I was greeted by Jay Burkos who showed me around and explained how they operated the dealership. He could not have been any more pleasant and informative, after a test drive and inspection of the vehicle we proceeded to make what I felt was a very fair deal. I would definitley recommend this dealership along with working with Jay.

The overall buying experience from Keller Bros Ford was fantastic! Jay, our salesman, promptly returned every phone call and text message. He answered all of our questions and delivered us a great deal! The entire buying process was simple and easy from purchase negotiation and trade in through financing and delivery. Jim, from financing, got us a great rate and an extended warranty I could not pass up. (I do not buy extended warranties). The detail shop guys had our truck sparkling when we picked it up! I would definitely buy from Keller bros again and recommend them to family and friends.

I had a great experience with Keller bros. I was looking for my first truck in the price range I wanted. Adam helped me a whole lot explaining how the trucks were and was willing to let me test drive as many as I needed until I got one I liked. Very willing to help out with any questions I have and concerns.

I was looking to get a 2013 focus st that was at the pre-owned lot. Adam reached out to me and was extremely helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. I was originally going to finance the car but the down-payment was a little higher than I was wanting to get the payment I was looking for (bad credit). Adam sent me another vehicle that would work better with my credit but I was set on the ST. I ended up just buying the car outright since it was exactly what I was looking for. Adam made the whole process run smooth and we were having conversation like we've been friends for years. Great guy, great service and a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

Keller brothers was awesome. They worked with me on my purchase and did not push me into a sale. Very friendly family-like environment. They helped me find the perfect truck that i was looking for and in my price range. I called them and told them i had a downpayment for a truck i looked at a week prior to purchase and i told them i want it. They kept everything on file so all i had to do was bring the money and sign some papers. They even had the truck shined up and waiting for me in the showroom when i arrived after work! Im definitely going to deal with keller brothers for all of my future vehicle purchases.

We had a great experience with Keller Bros. I paid a fair price for my vehicle, but what impressed me even more was the service after the sale. I had a few issues with my vehicle and they were very helpful and honest and made things right. I would recommend stopping by to see them. Tell Chris I sent you.

As always excellent service excellent communication when possible repairs are needed. I say possible as in, do I want them to make the repairs, or do I want to make them myself. Always very cordial and remember my name though I only see them twice a year, for the most part.In addition to the service center is sales. My last 4 vehicles came from Keller Brothers and all 4 times I stopped there first went elsewhere for comparative deals then ended back there. So my experience over all is excellent AAA+++

I received the most wonderful Ford Explorer Sport from Keller Brothers. The sales staff could not have been better. Everyone was so considerate and helpful. My main sales person, Eric, was so informative. Jeremy was great, as well as, Jake. If you want a non-pressured sale of a car, go to Keller Brothers.t

I ve been looking for a VW tdi for a couple weeks and found one here. Overall it was a great experience. Adam was awesome and really made the whole process very easy. I would definitely recommend contacting Adam for your next purchase.

This review is in reference to the original Keller Brothers at Beffalo Springs. I have been dealing with Keller Brothers buying quite a few automobiles from their dealership and having all services on my cars done in their shop. The service and parts associates have always been excellent. Above expectations. Whether the service provided was minor or a major job, it was done on time and correctly.Prices are very competitive with all comparable dealers shops and better than many. I will be buying my 10th Ford product, hopefully within the next 6 months and it will be from Keller Brothers.Thanks Keller Brothers for an honest and pleasant experience each time.

Had just moved from out of state and was looking for a car. I had stumbled across an SUV at Keller Pre-owned. Eventually decided upon purchasing this car after extensive searching. Unfortunately, 2 days after purchasing, the cars air conditioning became spotty and the airbag light was coming on and off.The team at Keller's was fantastic to work with from day 1. I called and let them know the issues and they didn't hesitate, they worked the car into the local GMC dealership and fixed all the issues when I know they probably didn't have to do this. 3 months in, the car is still running well and have had no further issues. The team was nice, courteous, and understanding of the process of purchasing a car and were very helpful in the process. I would highly recommend purchasing from here in the future for a no pressure and helpful experience in buying a car.

Great dealership! Keller bros gave me top dollar for my truck that I traded in-$2,000 more than what any other dealership offered. They also have a great selection of pre-owned trucks. If you end up checking them out, ask for Dave, he's been there for over 40 years- not pushy at all and won't waste your time. Also I had a bit of trouble with the ford mykey technology. Keller bros sent me to their main dealership and fixed it free of charge AND sent me away with an extra set of keys! Thanks Keller bros, you definitely have my future business!

The Keller crew were just wonderful. We had a slow tire leak due to a nail in the tire. We knew this needed repair/replacement, before going back to Canada through all those up and down hills in Pennsylvania. As soon as the problem was discovered they went to a neighbouring dealership to get a new tire and then installed it. In the meantime there was lots of coffee & donuts to enjoy.

From the beginning to the end fantastic experience Amanda did a great job making me feel comfortable, she took the time to play with my daughters while i went through paperwork . This is a family dealership i would recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Keep up the great work !!!

Purchased a 2012 Chrysler 200. When I test drove it it seemed to pull to the right. Seller just stated It needed a front end alignment and that would be done before purchase made.Made agreement for purchase, went to pick up car. Deal signed. Salesman said as he handed me a key, I sorry there is only one key. Kept my calm an mad no comment. Even though these keys are at least 380.00 to remake. Drove off with the steering still pulling. Next day my mechanic told me need front bearings..830.00 later

I can't say enough nice things about this place. I just bought my second truck from here. I worked with Dave and Stephanie but Jim was also involved. Their prices are fair and they will be willing to jump through hoops to work for you and give you the deal you are hoping for. I made a mistake by looking anywhere else. I will most certainly be returning to truck village no doubt about it. Thanks again. Keep up the great work

We first met the folks at Keller Brothers about four months ago.We traded in two cars to purchase a used vehicle. The process was nearly seamless because our salesman, JJ, is a true professional,We came back a month later when my parents purchased a new vehicle from JJ. My parents instantly fell in love with their car, their salesman, and, the dealership.Last month, my fiancee purchased a vehicle from JJ and she received the same gold star treatment,Yesterday we picked up an item from Parts (another seamless process) and had some warranty work done on the my fiancee's vehicle. The Service department obviously holds to the same high standards as the rest of the dealership.Keller Brothers has earned our trust and repeat business for years to come.

Excellent work, fair prices, amazing customer service. I can't give enough credit to Keller Brothers service team. Even though I live about 45 minutes away, I will take my car to Keller Brothers for service. There's no comparison!
