After several phone calls over a four week period without receiving a call back, I hired someone else. A simple call acknowledging my request would have made a difference.

Needed a control board for my Rv furnace. They were very knowledgeable, courteous and even had it in stock! The downside was they were a little higher priced, but no one else in the area stocked it.Will definitely return them with any of my Rv service needs.

Jim and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Quick service. Jim called and kept us in the loop. We had a little mishap but Jim took care of it immediately. I appreciate Jim's call to check up on how it went. You don't get calls like that very often. We highly recommend Sycamore Hill RV.

I highly recommend Sycamore Hill RV! For the second time they did repairs on our Motorhome on short notice so we could go on our scheduled camping trip. Professional and friendly service at fair prices.

Jim was great to deal with. They are very busy, but he was still able to repair our conditioner. They came on site, called the warranty, and took care of the repair. Highly recommend them for service.

Based on several recommendations, this was our first visit. We have a 2006 Class C motorhome. Jim was friendly and took good notes about the various items we wanted fixed or replaced. He gave us an estimate, but kept us informed the whole time as costs mounted. He also kept us informed about a delay due to needing a part, but overall length of time for repairs was reasonably short.Price actually came in under the quote and they showed us what was done in terms of repairs and how to use new parts.Will definitely go to the for any future RV repair or mmaintenance needs.

I have an older travel trailer and Jim from Sycamore Hill RV always performs top notch maintenance and repairs at a fair price. He helped replace part of my RV roof from a prior owners neglect that nobody else wanted to touch. He's always there to answer any questions I have and I can personally attest that he stands by his work. He replaced my old awning fabric and within a year the fabric was ripping due to a manufacturer defect. He replaced the awning fabric with a brand new one no questions asked. If you want great service at a reasonable price then give Jim a call.

Sycamore Hill RV is a fantastic independent RV repair shop. They have some limited mobile service which can be very helpful. Several years ago they came to a camp ground about 30 miles from their present location and replace a motor on my landing gear which had left me stranded. I have found them to priced responsible and excellent to work with. Happy Camping

If you need an RV repair. Sycamore Hill RV is the place to take your RV. They are amazing. I have a Jayco Eagle 314BHDS, 2007 year. I have done most of the maintenance myself. This time the repairs were above my pay grade. I found them on a print add on the campground map (old school) and called them on a Saturday around noon. We talked about what was needed to fix it. Set up the drop off location on their property. Which was right as you pull in off the road. Filled out the drop off paperwork and left it there. The owner called me the next day to go over the list. Then his team went to work. I received a call stating that the stuck slide out was an easy fix and it was good to go. We talked about replacing the slide topper and he gave me a great price. So I replace both slide out toppers. It was our 14th season with the factory ones. And then the main awning. He replaced it. Very affordable. They did some electrical work on lights that had bad switches sine the 3rd year we owned it.It felt like a new camper. Not a broken down 14 year old camper. It was excellent.The broken refrigerator he has ordered it and its on backorder. We are going to drop it off in December to have a new refrigerator installed over the winter. He even told me that we could put a larger refrigerator in the same space. How nice would that be? I can only imagine.A wonder what someone else pain would have been if it was not for Jim and his team?Oh, this was all done in 2 weeks. Constant communication from them. A nice job.5 stars is not enough. They deserve more.Thanks. Andy.

They have serviced my RV 3 times and I am completely satisfied with the service. This business is very honest and ethical. No over charging or replacing things not needed. Everyone should know that Sycamore Hill RV is both honest and professional.

Sycamore Hill RV did a fantastic job replacing our awning. We even had a tight time frame because we were leaving the State in a couple of weeks. The first awning arrived damaged but they worked with the supplier to get a replacement in time.

Every once in a while you luck out. My once in a while was finding Sycamore Hill RV. After years of dealing with service departments, large and small, for service on my Meridian, we happened to move into the Lebanon area. We lucked out when we found Sycamore Hill RV. Jim is a gentleman focused on doing things right without taking advantage of the consumer. Kudos and thank you to Jim and his staff.

Never returned our phone calls after coming out to our campsite to say he would contact our warranty company for approval on a repair we needed. Just ignored us all together.

Only reason they didnt get 0 stars is because there isnt the choice for that. Where do I start....? The bearings were overpacked, but they needed replaced. Does anyone know how dangerouse overpacked beaings are driving across country, apparently not Jim. The worst part? The bearings needed replaced, but he said they were fine and just needed packed. He repacked them with to much grease. On our way to Yuma AZ they were throwing grease, and burning up on the road. Don't put your life and families lives in Jim, or Sycamore RV's hands.
