I gave em up a call and the dispatch said 30 minutes. 15 minutes later the driver shows up, was careful with my vehicle and was just an awesome guy to be around. I enjoyed the service they provided. I hope I never need a tow again, but if I do there is no question in whom I am going to call. Robert's Towing is who I want to deal with.

Great service! My daughter got her car stuck in a ditch and Roberto's came within the hour and was able to pull her out in less than 10 minutes. He was very friendly and courteous. Thank you!!

Outstanding customer service experience. My elderly Mother could not get her car started. The owner Roberto came to the rescue and followed up with a phone call alerting me that my Mom seemed a little confused, Roberto made me aware of and able to act on a potentially dangerous situation while just responding to a typical service call. Totally exceeded my expectations with genuine honest and caring customer service from a bygone era. Customer priority, honesty, and reliability, The way people used to do business. Highly recommend Roberto's.

These guys are amazing! They came to me within the hour and got me pulled out of the snow in my semi truck! They went out of their way to make sure my truck was moved to a safe place and I recommended them to anyone needing services! Thank you guys so much!

From the minute I called until the minute they left with my vehicle it was an excellent experience. They showed up in a timely manner and contacted me several times to make sure we re on the same page. Chase, who picked up my vehicle was very kind. He made sure I was aware with everything that was happening at each moment. He had amazing customer service. I highly recommend this company.

I locked my keys In my car after calling multiple places. Pricing me about $250-300. I called Roberto and he drove out fast and quick, had it done in about 5 mins at a really good price for something that happens so unexpectedly.

Extremely kind , had a tow service done by them and then also a service check up & jumpstart and he was nothing but patient with me . Also made it very easy to talk to him , he was extremely comical and made me laugh when I was stressed out about my vehicle.

Waited for these people for 3 hours , called 4 times every time I called they said they will come, or they will called me back. NEVER SHOW UP. So don t say that you guys offer a service 24 hours when you don t. I ended calling other place and in less than 20 minutes they were there.

On Saturday July 15th...I had some issues with a vehicle transmission...I called Roberto's to get towed at about 930pm. The staff at the answering service was helpful, calm and willing to do what was needed. The driver of the tow truck, Chase, was not only helpful at coming up with a solution to save me just a little bit of money, but he also helped to keep me calm while I was in the situation!! I will be using Roberto's again!!!! Thank you for the quick serivce and helpfulness of the staff!

Found Roberto online and gave him a call and he came out no problem and helped me with my car battery. Was very pleasant and a gentleman. I've added him to my phone Incase I have more problems.Will definitely recommend him to anyone who's around Lebanon, give him a call and he will help you out.

Roberto's towing really helped me out when I was in a pinch. They were on time and the owner came out to help since I was in the middle of the road to check on me and to see if we could move the car to the side. They were professional and reliable. Said he would be there in 30 minutes and never showed up. Ended up signing up for AAA while i waited and then they were there in 30 minutes.This occurred on June 29th 2023 called around 7:30 or 8:00 PM He said he was the only one working. I told him the problem was the alternater or the battery. I told him I had the money to pay. Not sure why he did not show up. I dont remember the guys name but seeing as he was the only one working it shouldn't be difficult to figure it out.

I called Roberto to do a lockout for a tuck driver at work. They were really busy on a Sunday so Roberto himself came to save the day. He showed great communication and was really friendly.
