My other half and I purchased a 2017 Dodge Journey last year from Moyer Nissan, and traded it in this year for a 2020 Nissan Altima.Chris is our sales representative, he did a fantastic job at remaining professional and staying on task. He doesn't beat around the bush, he cuts straight to the chase.His overall character as a car dealer is that he's the type of man to keep everything 100, maintain professionalism as well as he also addresses your concerns and doesn't make you feel stupid for asking questions or having concerns.We appreciate too that he respected our desire to be personable about our purchase beings we didn't want an unexpected Blessing to be broadcasted on social media. We are very committed to our faith, living in a time and age where loving and following Christ makes you an outcast...For what may seem like a small gesture of respect to not boast our Blessing on social media truly means alot.Carl is our finance manager, he made everything easy-peasy, lemon squeezy!! He has a great personality, laughed quite a bit with Carl... lolHe helped to make the entire loan process a breeze to get through, which is highly appreciated.Carl was also very professional, as well as polite and didn't make either one of us feel uncomfortable with any questions or concerns we have/had.We recommend all looking for a new or used vehicle to stop out at Moyer Nissan in Lebanon Pa!!They're a dealership that cares more about their customers, they go above and beyond to meet the needs and concerns of their customers, and its a good feeling to know period that they aren't "just a dealership" they're a place where you can go with confidence and security knowing that YOU matter!!!

My husband and I just bought our second vehicle from Moyer Nissan in Lebanon! We found a beautiful certified pre-owned 2021 Rogue that we could not be happier with. Our salesperson was Liam and he did wonderful job! He spent a lot of time with us and provided us with all of the information that we were looking for. He was patient and very informative. We also worked with Carl in finance and he was also very great to work with. Thank you everyone!

From the time I pulled my Nissan Rogue into the service bay, the employees were friendly and outgoing. They greeted me as if they knew me forever and they made my visit very relaxing by showing me to the waiting area and offering me food and drinks while waiting. Every single employee who passed by, said hello and offered help. What was to be an approx. hour wait for the recall issue to be taken care of only took 40 minutes. I was treated very kindly from the moment I arrived. Thank you, Moyer Nissan for making my first visit memorable. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience as a walk in. I spent one hour and made it clear that only one hour. After deciding that it didn t make sense to purchase at this time I was insulted by my sales guy Chris.He told me never to come back and not waste his time. Really?I told him that his customer service skills were terrible, and that you never speak to a customer in that fashion. His insults and belligerence continued even as I walked out the door!!Anyone in sales realizes that it is all about the lifetime value of the customer. Your customer who didnt purchase today may buy in the future if treated properly. This was a shockingly poor experience. To the sales manager- Good luck on this one!

Had a great experience buying a (used) new Nissan for our teen daughter. Billy was great to work with so great we also bought a pick up from him a few weeks later. Had to take the car in for a minor issue after buying it (it was a certified used car) the service department is very professional. Top notch dealer! Wouldn t hesitate to buy another vehicle there.

I bought a Nissan Rogue, from Jim Bentz, after a horrible winter in a smaller vehicle. I told Jim I was looking for something to make me feel safer in the snow. I told him exactly where I wanted my payments and he did everything he could to get me to a comfortable number. I left feeling very happy with my decision to go with the Rogue. I would highly recommend Moyer Nissan to anyone who asked and tell them to ask for Jim.

For the first time I actually went to Nissan and the help I gotten from them. I am beyond grateful for all the help. I recently got into a car accident and I needed a car ASAP, with the budget I had and my credit score being low. I got the help I needed by Chris Bailey. Liam was professional and knowledgeable about the car s features and benefits. He used media and in car demonstration to answer questions about functions. Carl was also easy to deal with when negotiating the price and never made feel like high pressure.

This car buying experience is one of the most enjoyable ones we have had. Beginning with a genuine greeting, open dialogue about what we wanted and needed, matching interest with Nissan products, surveying inventory and test drives through the purchasing process and exit orientation the entire experience exceeded expectations. My very first time visiting this dealership. I had an oil change coupon mailed to me. Coupon is good till 9/11 and the soonest they could get me in is 9/13. The service advisor (Pedro) was nice enough to honor said coupon. My hat's off to him and his staff for setting me up for this Wednesday. Thank you.

Bought new tires 6 months ago from Moyer nissan, yesterday my 1 tire is losing air called to have it checked out & hopefully fixed they couldn't find the time to help me! Very disappointed

I just purchased a new 2024 Nissan pathfinder, and Billy Z. as my salesman. I would like to thank Billy and the Moyers Nissan team as this is my fourth purchase from this dealership,I highly recommend them to anyone. this is a great team from Chad , I call him, my mechanic that usually takes care of my cars ,and Doris Walmer and her team in sales ,right down from the accounting team to Billy. If you ask me why I keep buying my vehicle here it s because of a team like this. And I would like to thank Billy also for helping me set up my MyNISSAN app on my phone and helped me with my questions in many of the different gadgets on my car. Very disappointed and it s crazy how we took our Nissan which is under warranty still through them for a noise in the rear end of the car. Come to find out my differential is broken . I still don t understand how putting on a spare tire on the Nissan Can brake the differential and literally shredded to pieces for driving it for about 30 min or so to get to the shop. After arguing about it then was told that it was because the front tire was a different brand Same size as the other just different brand . I have talked to multiple people and ask about this ( mechanics with years of experience and even they can t understand this. No one has worked on the car it has 26,000 miles like new basically and like always these dealerships always give everyone the runaround. How is it my negligence for putting a spare tire on that the manufacturer gave to use in an emergency. But they are telling me that a different brand tire in the front driver will mess my differential in the rear ? Not sure ! Be careful everyone who has a Nissan Rogue ! It s Ridiculous the way they play people and they have done this multiple times to other people . Service here is horrible. It s funny though how all you see here is Good Reviews!
